Can anyone help interpret this dream?

      Hi all,

This morning my wife described a dream she had last night, she said it seemed very real and vivid, and that we were both here in bed together, and an incredibly bright light came in through the window, and a figure shrouded in light appeared and proceeded to get in to bed next to my wife, stayed there for a moment, then came around to my side and got in to bed next to me, stayed a moment, then got up, said something (which she can't remember clearly), and then left as the light faded. She has the impression that the "entity" was female, and child-like, and didn't feel too threatened although she thinks that the figure said something like "you had better not be awake" when they left. It was all very vivid to her.

I was wondering if this is a significant dream or a "visitation" of some kind? I'm not sure how many others believe in "past-lives" and souls transferring from one life to the next, but it made me think about it, since my wife is a couple of months pregnant at the moment - maybe something or someone was "checking us out" prior to child birth? Were we abducted by aliens? Or is it just a random dream?

Hope you can post some opinions,

      Kind regards,

      Colin (RainmakeR)

It could have simply been that, since she's pregnant, she sees a small girl, possibly a pre-carnation of your unborn child. Maybe she is imagining what the child would look like.

The entity gets into bed beside each of you individually, like a child after a nightmare. The speech "you had better not be awake could mean that your child will have loads of pride later on, enough to refuse being afraid.

I know this sounds out there, but I hope at leatst one interperetation helps you out!
      Live for the day.

      Hi there,

No that doesn't sound too out there for me, I'm pretty open minded about a lot of this stuff. In fact, by sheer coincidence I started reading Dreamgates by Robert Moss on the same night as this occurred. I recall him mentioning something along the lines of "the souls of unborn children choose their parents and rehearse for their new life ahead"... perhaps we were being evaluated by a "soul" potentially wanting to become our child? Or perhaps I'm reading too much into it. Either way, I think it was a significant dream.

      Thanks for the reply,

      Colin.
