Faceless figure?

Ok, so my best friend in I usually have one HUGE thing in common with our dreams:

Their are always 3 main people in it. Me, Her, and this odd figure. The figure is just like, there. It's kinda like a silent protaginist...it's like we understand it, but we never see it's face, or hear it. My friend thinks it's a girl with blonde hair, but I can never get a good look....

Any idea of what this thing is? I thought it was really odd that my best friend and I BOTH had the same type thing in our dreams...Thanks in advance. ^-^

I'm guess coincidence and that your dreams and hers have nothing else in common.
