Very long 2-part dream over a long period, very deep!

This is a long one, but I would really appreciate it if you looked at it. Thanks :D

So let me give you a little backround first: I've had an idea for a story swirling around in my head for a while about a person who see's that there is a battle in his mind. Through meditation he enters into his mind and has to overcome the demons that are taking over his mind.

with that out of the way, on to the first dream, which happened about 3 months ago. This night there were two dreams, the first is a bit fuzzy, but it was as though I was on same strange oil tanker of some sort. There were a lot of people that I know there. The next dream is so vivid that I can still remember it perfectly today. I'm on this boat with all the members of the band fall out boy (at this time I was very into fall out boy, and really respected how they were able to get so popular with music, 'cause i'm a musician)

anyways, we're on this boat and we're running away from another boat. The island we've come to make a stop at is very dark and stormy. It looks like hell in the middle of the ocean. Next thing I know we all have flashlights and we're looking for something. There are other explorers there to, and we're all searching. I look over and I see the people chasing me from the other boat have caught up to my boat and they've untied it. They are sailing off as my boat is slowly drifting off to sea. I alert the guys and we run to our boat.

This next part is very vivid. I am running to grab the rope which is still on the shore. I keep grabbing it, but it keeps slipping out of hands, hurting very badly. But I have to get the boat because I can't get stuck here, and I finally hold on long enough to tie the rope to a tree. We get in the boat and sail off.

This is where the first dream ends, now fast forward a little over a month later. One event that happened between this time is that I read about one who attempted to speak to the buddha through meditation, and he said he was able to transcend reality. Not sure if this is real or fake, but it intrigued me none the less

ok, now on to the next dream. Again, on this night 2 dreams took place. The first is very vivid. I am sitting with my dad, cousin, and his girlfriend. I hadn't spoken to my cousin in a long time, but the last I had heard of them is that they were engaged, and that's all i heard of them. Anyways, in this dream my cousic and his girlfriend are arguing and are very mad at each other. The only vibe i get is that they no longer feel the same way for each other.

This dream ends, and then i'm on to the next dream. I'm in a boat, and we're approaching an island in an attempt to escape from another boat that's chasing us. The only people on my boat are me and another person, and I can't remember who it is, or if I even know him. The environment is a complete contrast from my previous boat dream...it's tropical, dreamy, beautiful, and perfect. My friend and I dive into the water and swim to the island. We go all about the island, staying in hiding 'till we finally get to this strange concrete pool area. It looks very peacfull in that there are all these pools were many different people are swimming and enjoying themselves. They could have been playing water polo, which my cousin played in high school.

Either way, my friend and I are laying low 'till I notice the men who were chasing after me on the boat are on the horizon to this place, comming to get us. I also notice I somewhat overweight man walking around the pool area observing everything, not noticing us. I feel that I have to go talk to him, knowing that if I do i'll expose myself to my captors. I feel that the risk is worth it and I approach the man. his back is facing to me and I calmly say to him "Excuse me, but are you the king?"

he turns around, seeming somewhat surprised to see me and says "yes"

Suddenly I turn very childlike and reach out to shake his hand. I sound like a little kid and say "Wow, i've never met a king before!"

it's at this point that my mom wakes me up, and I tell her that I was experiencing a very strange dream. Later that day I find out that my cousins girlfriend has moved out and they are no longer getting married. I didn't bring that part of the dream up to my parents, they just started talking about it.
