Projectile poop - please interpret!

I posted this in my journal, but I am curious of what anyone else thinks it may mean. It is a kind of disgusting and extremely bizarre. I first had this dream when I was approximately 5 or 6 years old and it reappeared occassionally until my early teens.

The dream takes place in a post-apocalyptic like world and there is garbage and debris everywhere. Everything is destroyed or abandoned and the world seems devoid of people save for me. In the dream I am about 5 or 6 years old and am usually wearing a blue or white dress.

I wandered the desolate streets looking for someone, anyone, because I was afraid and very alone. When I did see someone, I would run up to them and without looking at me or saying a word he or she would turn around, drop their pants and projectile deficate at me. Most of the people in the dream I can not recognize in waking life but one person I do know appeared repeatedly when I had this dream and that was one of my older brothers.

It did not matter where I ran, or who I ran into, I recieved the same treatment from anybody and everybody in the dream: they'd turn around, drop their pants and projectile poop at me. Even when I tried to run away, I would turn around and there would be more people there to block my path and do the same. There was no one in the dream I could go to, or talk to, and I remember feeling very alone and hopeless.

If it helps with interpretation: I had an unstable childhood filled with various forms of abuse, from within the family and from strangers. Please interpret if you can and just request it if you need any additional information. Thank you.

Although it's probably way more complicated than that, I would say that the actions you underwent in your dreams by both strangers and relatives are a relfection of the abuse you suffered in your childhood. Nevermind Poop! that's probably just the way your subsconcious re-enacts your preoccupations in the anal stage, since we're talking about childhood events here.

Also, ask yourself these questions: How was your relationship with your older brother? Was he the one who abused you in your family? Did your relationship change in your early teens? If so, could it be why you don't have these dreams anymore?

Hope that helps, and again, you're the only person who can come up with adequate explanations, so i suggest not to be blinded by the weirdness of the dream (poop, desolate land, etc.), and rather explore your feelings and your relationship with your dream characters.

Sounds like condescending rejection all the time. And that is one good question, did your brother abuse you? I get the sense that many people talked down on you and tried to make you feel bad about yourself, hurting your self image on purpose.
