      Cool dream (non-lucid)

I recently had a quite interesting dream. I was at a city close to where I live, and found a large factory I had not seen before. When I went in I saw huge red square-formed tanks being driven around (not the warmachines tanks, but tanks used for carrying liquid).

There were lots of restricted rooms in there and factory-workers patrolling all over the place. I suspected something fishy was going on, and soon I found myself surrounded by workers from the factory, trying to kill me. Now a short fight started, which I won.

After the fight I encountered one of my best friends. Now we were walking towards some top-secret room, but on the way we encountered three alien half-giants that were approximately five metrees tall each, and probably a weight at about 2000 kg, as they had very heavy armor.

I just remember running around them and hitting them a bit, and eventually we won somehow. Then we entered that room, which looked as if it was from another planet, and after that the dream ended.

Came back to these forums after months of absence to post it. So I hope someone will read it.

      Distrust of the Status Quo

This is a dream about distrust of the Status Quo!

I was at a city close to where I live, and found a large factory I had not seen before.[/b]
You have come to see society and repetitious and predictable.

When I went in I saw huge red square-formed tanks being driven around (not the warmachines tanks, but tanks used for carrying liquid). [/b]
You see that society is prosperous but so compartmentalized and contained, including emotions.

There were lots of restricted rooms in there and factory-workers patrolling all over the place. I suspected something fishy was going on, and soon I found myself surrounded by workers from the factory, trying to kill me. Now a short fight started, which I won. [/b]
When you get suspicous of society and ask questions to break away from the collective psyche you are met with resistance, maybe from within you such as force of habit or from others, but you have overcome this and are thinking freely.

After the fight I encountered one of my best friends.[/b]
You found out that he feels the same way you do.

Now we were walking towards some top-secret room, but on the way we encountered three alien half-giants that were approximately five metrees tall each, and probably a weight at about 2000 kg, as they had very heavy armor. [/b]
You have trouble adjusting to your new relationships and feel alienated and distant. You don't understand what you see. The aliens, massive and armored, sound like militarism or demagoguery, but definitely something new and you don't understand and are major forces in society.

I just remember running around them and hitting them a bit, and eventually we won somehow. Then we entered that room, which looked as if it was from another planet, and after that the dream ended. [/b]
I believe the timing you wake up is part of the dream and its meaning. The last scene (and I wish you drew a picture of it) is of the essence. You ultimately feel alienated from everything.

Nope, sorry, no one will read it.

I speculate that you are a teenager and a bit of an outcast who cannot relate. You do not understand and do not trust the ways of society. Eventually you'll come to grips and understand society better, for now you just have a lot of unanswered and unasked questions. You don't even know what they are yet. Socrates preached that the unexamined life is not worth living. Good luck!

Good reply, and most of it is also correct. I have the paranoid type of schizophrenia, making it hard for me to trust people in general.
