I'll start with the lucid dream. I had it at 3:10 AM yesterday, in my second REM period. It started off with me in the bathroom that I always use, with the lights on. The rest of the house had it's lights off (as usual, like it would be at this time if it were real). My hand was bleeding blood, pee, and brown liquids (haha). I figured it was wierd, so I did the nose RC, which failed, and I became lucid. Immedietly after the dream switched to third person view. It felt like 100 pounds of weight were on my shoulders, and I felt extremely cold. I tried to wake up, but I just lost lucidity and had a normal dream for the rest of the REM (I don't remember what happened). Why did my dry-spell ending lucid go so bad?
Now onto the non lucid. It happened at 3:40 AM, which was my 1st REM period (I went to bed later). Since I was sleeping at my grandmothers house that night with my cousins from Toronto, I slept on the floor inbetween the computer room and the couch. I know FOR A FACT that my cousin, Nathan, was sleeping in the computer room. Well, I was dreaming about nathan being attacked by some purple hair monster (I don't usually have monsters in my dreams). He was walking away from it. In the waking world, the REAL Nathan was walking towards his parents room to sleep with them (he's only 3 years old). He hit my legs, which woke me up, and by reflex my legs shut on his ankles. I realized it was him, and I let go. He was too tired to care and he walked to his parents room. I did an RC just in case which showed me I was awake. In the morning, he got up from his parents room, so tripping over my legs really happened. I'm just wondering if you think it was coincidence or not?
