Thread: My Dream Of Death?

Well, this was a portion of a larger dream I had during a irregular afternoon nap.

The portion of the dream began, I was in a school cafeteria(sic?). Suddenly a gunman ran into the room and ordered everyone to get on the floor. He was holding an ak47 or a pistol, I was unable to see what specifically. He began yelling at us and saying things, i was able sneak out of the room and into a hallway. This hallway ended in a door with an exit sign, which i was hoping did not have an alarm (it was the middle of a school day&#33.
I ran back to the end of the hallway, not revealing myself to the gunman, but hiding and keeping safe. No gunshots went off, i supposed this was a complete misunderstanding, i guess i was wrong. I peered around the corner to see him sitting there with the rifle aimed right at me. I surrendered, knees on the floor and hands up, but of course, he was not a friendly fellow and refused my surrender. I heard the bang as he shot at my head from maybe 3 - 5 feet away. At this moment, I had no fear. I lost hearing completely, time seemed to slow down, my vision stayed normal, and there was a ringing throughout my head. No blood could be seen from my view.

There was no part of this dream that I was "reborn" in. I woke shortly after i started falling to the floor.
