Here is the background. I have been having good dreams, which is the problem, because they have been causing me much turmoil over my current situation. My boyfirend's new best friend of a year is very smitten with me. His friend is loyal to him so would never try anything. I am attracted to his friend and have started to have feelings for him but would never consider cheating. I have had dreams before in which we were out with my boyfriend then my boyfriend walks off to go get something, and the two of us confess our love for one another. In fact I dream about him almost every night. The latest one scared me. Here is my latest dream involving the friend. I have been going out with my boyfriend for 6 years.
In the dream, the friend lived right next door to me. My boyfriend lives with me but in the dream he didn't. I lived with my parents. I went outside, and was climbing off a car (yes I was on the hood of a car) when he came over and grabbed me by the waist to help me down. After he helped me down he told me how much he loved and that he would come to get me when he got back. I was ecstatic. He left and I went in the house to wait. I started watching TV and noticed that it had gotten really dark outside and a storm was approaching. I started see the lightning and hearing the thunder. The wind was blowing so hard that thw windows started shaking. I ran into the bathroom thinking the house was coming down. The storm then ended and everything was ok. My love then came to get me. I had a feeling everything would be alright. We ended up walking down the street. Some men tried to attack me and he protected me. We walked for a while and then he pulled me towards him and started kissing me. I closed my eyes and when I opened them I was kissing my boyfriend. Finding out it was him, I pushed him away. He said whats wrong. I was disgusted and couldn't bring myself to kiss him. I told him that I didn't want to kiss anymore. Then, I woke up.
I looked up some of the symbols and I see they mean turmoil, which I am experiencing. But, I don't understand the rest of the dream.

In the dream you kiss and huggle that guy and you feel great but when you open the eyes suddenly, it is not him any more, but your current boyfriend... well why are you feeling disgusted now? the magic is gone?
Right, it's all about idealizing. How hard is to concede that we only dreaming and the reality is usually of a lower quality. I know it from my own experience...
