Most reams simply are little platys which depict our current thoughts. But the trouble is that they are about everyday matters yet they will often not refer to them in any way. The only way to recognize that they are about real life is to see how we are feeling similar emotions. Here there is an obvious symbol in that the dream includes disgusting matters. What thoughts of yours feature the need to get rid of bad feelings? What happened the day before that could represent excrement and vomit? It may apply to you or to situations involving other people. Just match up that vomit with real life. What do you think it represents.

Simply ask what the monster is and how does the battle represent your own thoughts and motivations.

Hmm, Do you feel trapped in some icky situation in life, or not being able to get out of something. Something unpleasent must be happneing and maybe you feel like your caught in the midle, trying to resolve it.
