eraser that play music

This dream took place in the hospital in the future I guess because I was an old lady in the hospital sharing a room with equally old college room mate and exbest friend.. she was in a much worse condition then I was in and nurse kept coming in to check her. We had a bunch of blankets on the end of out beds. The kind we use to crochet together. She dropped them off the end of her bed and she too sick to get them so I picked them up and one wasn’t finished… then I found one of those white erasers with the blue casing and it was playing music and depending on there the blue label was it depended on what song I was playing… I found one and it was by dashboard confessionals and song line I heard was “I am an army of chocolate mint” then it ended
