Snake and wolf as spiritual guides?

Hi again, just curious about a dream that I had the other night.

It started off with me being in an isolated but yet, windy peaceful place by a flowing stream(I was fetching water i think). It was sorta like a grassy prairie with beuatiful red flowers. Anyway, suddenly a strong rush of wind came up behind me and when I turned around there was this tall snake wearing a black hooded cloak. (He looked to be over at least 7 feet tall) He had his arms folded and was just staring at me. Then he transformed into a human. He said, "You are a warrior, the ancient spirits honor your bravery". I was confused and asked him who he was and he told me that he was a messenger of the Great Spirits.(As for his human discription, he looked to be of Native-American/Hispanic descent because reddish skin tone and accent) He went on to tell me that a wolf was going to be my mentor if I would allow him to and that he would teach me to become at one with nature, life and peace, and then the dream ended.

It's all so strange ecause it seemed so real but yet, blurry at the same time. As for the snake/human I would like to know whether or not he mean't any good. I could tell by his white hair that he was wise, but that's just me. This isn't my first spiritual guide dream, I've had quite a few but this one is the newest. Could someone shed some light on this?

Most dream symbols represent the dreamer so maybe your feeling isolated, put peaceful. The flowers could represent spiritual growth. According to Carl Jung landscapes represent an inexpressed mood. The strong rush of wind could represent change. The snake represents tranformation and wolfs represent instinct
