Idk what this means

My Dream starts out when im in a place i dont reconize, and im captive, and i dont understand whats happening to me, but im really scared. So im looking out of this glass window/sliding door and i see my ex boyfriends truck, and my sisters car. so i continue to run out the door terrified the kidnappers or whoever's house i was at would see me, and i run up the hill to his truck, and he is there, like he knew i was coming- and i just start crying and run into his arms, and i remember feeling so good that he was there - so i ask him to come into this bedroom, and my sister follows him into the bedroom, and it makes me so mad because i wanted to be with just him...and i wake up wishing that the dream had gone on because i wanted to be with him. what does this mean?

It could mean that someone in your waking life is taking away what you want most. In the dream, you want to be "rescued" from the kidnappers by your xbf, but instead your sister ruins your intentions and takes that image away....hm....
