I know that some of the mods said the meaning of it, but I cant seem to find it. I ask this because I dreamt this last night, and am wondering if there is a meaning.
I remember reading about this in a book....
think think think *sratches head*
I believe it means that you told a lie and need to confese to someone about it. Or you said something bad to someone or gossiped about someone. It's sortof a way for your subconsious to say "that wasn't good!"
I do not know but now that I read this I most likley will have it in a dream. I seem to dream about new things more often then others.
Although I think it might mean a differant meaning for everyone. I think everyone dreams and the things that happen in them are fragments of something we have seen or heard etc.. Our mind is sorting them out, and using what we know to make a meaning. Sorry if I don't help with this much.

So I did something bad. Well I really havent been a good boy lately. But still to suffer the experience of knowing that for the rest of my life I'm going to have to eat my food mashed up. Thank god it was a dream. :bravo:
AH ha! I can answer this. I had a dream where all my teeth fell out and asked someone who said they were very good at interpeting dreams. She asked me "Do you feel liek there's something inside of you that you want to get out?" And Im not going to go into personal details but she perfectly described how I was feeling and at the moment. She said that teeth are a sign of strength and when they fall out it shows anxieties and lack of being grounded. When your teeth, this force of your body thats supposed to be strong, falls out, you feel weak, from within.
I hope I was helpfull. This is all in second person, and told as best as I could how it was told to me.
Okay this is a really common dreams and there are quite a few interpretations, this is a dream I used tpo have all the time too! It is really unpleasant don't you think? Anyways, these are some really common interpretations...
1. Your just worried about your teeth for some reason, or maybe your due a trip to dentists.
2. A reverse in financial situation - I tend to dream about losing teeth, the week Im skint, just before I get paid.
3. Confidence. you may have a self image problem. Teeth are a major part of our self image. Basically you would feel embarrassed or whatever if you lost them. So just apply it to whats bothering you at the time of the dream, e.g. weight problem, or skin complaint, or maybe your not just feeling your prettiest. But mostly this interp is about outward attractiveness.
4. Teeth- mouth- words. Youv put your foot in it, and now your basically eating your words. Youv said something you shouldnt. Or maybe something you wish you hadn't.
5. Dont take this one seriously, but in a dream dictionary I once had, teeth falling out was supposed to be a prediction of death, but it was a load of rubbish and according to that book dreams almost never meant anythng good. Im only telling you what that book said so that you know if anyone says the same thing, they are talking nonsense.

My finger fell of... Is there something in common with fingers and teeth? :?
I dont know...I once dreamt that my hand lost all its circlulation and turned bright green, it looked like I was wearing a green glove. Thats not relevant at all except you reminded me of it lol.
yes yes,
I'm almost quite sure "the teeth falling out dream " has to do w/ your fear of losing your social status... .
I used to have such a dream quite a bit in high school
LOL
I was going to just simply say, "Got a tooth ache?" but I'll elaborate because.... I'm bored.
Sigmund Freud has a small section within his book "The Interpretation of Dreams" about the tooth ache dreams and all those similar, such as teeth falling out, and they all (typically) have the same catalyst. This dream is commonly utilised in order to argue the point that dreams can be somatically induced and even possibly always somatically induced.
Simply a matter of your unconscious mind being aware of certain "urks" within your body that you may grow to ignore throughout the day, your unconscious will not ignore. If it is a constant dream and reocurring, chances are that you may have a cavity. It also depends on the context of the dream and how the teeth fall out because it may not be somatically induced at all and the teeth falling out could be symbolic or carry sentimental emphasis. Could you elaborate one of the dreams? Or is it simply your teeth falling out while looking in the bathroom mirror or such?
These dreams are somewhat common, much like drinking while in a dream and waking up to find that you really have to go to the bathroom is another common somatically induced dream (the pouring of water is usually associated with urinating).
What do you think?
Hope I have been enlightening.
Hi
I am new here but i have had dreams where my teeth were falling out. The elderly in my country says that when you dream your teeth falls out then someone you know is going to die.
I don't mean to frighten you but after having my teeth falling out dreams my grandfather passed away. Later the dreams returned and my grandaunt died. Sometimes i had these dreams and it seemed to me that no one died but later even years later i hear of friends who died a while before just that the news reached me very late.
Proberly a way for one to know before hand so the news won't be so tragic but it's hard when you don't know who it will be.
Good luck :)
teeth falling out is a very common dream sign (and one my sister experiences). people like to attach very specific connotations to this particular sign for some reason; generally, however, it simply arrises from worrying.
i have had this dream several times and i find it directly correlates to when i forget to brush my teeth, yet i remember later that night but am too lazy, or half asleep so i dont brush them. i guess it is jst me worrying about the health of my teth.
i've had this dream when i was in my early teens and so did a lot of my friends. i very occasionlly have it now, but it is commonly linked to the ever changing period of puberty
Q: What does it mean when your teeth fall out in a dream?
Answer I'd give: Who gives a fuck.
Answer dreamviews would give: It probably represents the decay of your life, procrastination leads nowhere.
Hope this helps somewhat. 8)
