More than coincidence? Seeking advice.

Hello all, I'd like to start off by stating that I'm not very familiar with the area of dream interpretation nor have I been completely convinced that dreams have significant meanings. At this point in my life, I am more or less an agnostic (I'm not sure if I believe in a "god" being or not and I'm actively pursuing the answer). That being said, however, I consider myself a very open minded person and I am willing to accept the idea that dreams might in fact be from (a) "spiritual" source(s) and just may be a link to the supernatural which the existence of otherwise seems difficult to prove. Normally, I wouldn't go anywhere questioning a dream, but something that happened to me yesterday has me second guessing my previous thoughts. The difficult thing with this dream, though, is that it wasn't my dream. A friend of mine (who I'll call Jane for privacy's sake) had a dream about me that seemed eerily applicable to my life. If she and I had been in constant contact or if someone we know had told her about things that were going on in my life, I would probably just shrug it off. That is not the case, however. Before I relate the dream, I figure a quick background on the situation at hand might be helpful. I have been half-dating a girl for a little over a year now that has caused a lot of stress in my life. She broke up with her fiance almost two years ago but she has had serious problems getting over that and being willing to date again even though our compatibility and connection are undeniable to anyone who knows us. We are extremely close friends and spend most of our time together with another one of our friends (a girl). I have been planning on leaving the area to get some time apart because of the stress it has caused. It has been the ultimate test of patience to say the least. I'll refer to her as Mary in the conversation. I'm going to copy/past the details of her dream as she told them to me in an email. (Take note that I can't remember the last time we communicated and I'm fairly certain she has no way of knowing what's going on in my life.) Finally, I'm aware that a dream is best interpreted by the person who had it, but since it applies more to my life than to hers, I'm curious if others might be able to help me or add some of their own input. This was sent through email. Jane: I will tell you the picture part of the dream and where the knowledge came from that I couldn't have known to understand what this meant. The other part of it is logic and reason. (.....) Its alot to dish out to someone I know & its alot to take I'm sorry, & for the abruptness...(.....) Jane: The dream was this. You were standing in front of me (In white sweatshirt 4ft away), in my livingroom, against the couch, and facing to my left. I walked over to you & stood w/ my back against you hoping you would put ur arms around me.( I don't have romantic feelings for you...sorry and I don't consider myself to be God. I do however know that when I'm around you I feel accepted so it wouldn't be different in ur arms. I wanted ur A&A in the dream but I didn't need it.) Which you did, after thinking about it for about 2 seconds. We walked around like that infront of everybody and it wasn't just me then, you liked it too...alot. Next scene: I watched from behind,you & [Mary] drive in a red convertible w/ the top down to a supposable "rich" park that had old trailers in it. At the gate a guy in black put a red cape on you & [Mary] that looked kingly but as I focused in on it, I knew it was a cheap imitation. I felt after you put ur arms around me u were gonna tell everyone that we were going to get together for good but then I saw you with [Mary] & I had an uneasy feeling, was confused & sad cause u were going away from me & had ur back toward me. And someone else in a black outfit was cloaking you and [Mary] w/ less than the very best. It was really about you but she was following you & u were leading her so she got cloaked too. But you both didn't see or know that what was being done to you was bad cause it was disguised as good. Me: Wow. That's very very interesting. I'll be honest, I don't really know how to respond. And you're sure this dream happened exactly like you say? Jane: Well I was reading through my letter and saw a correction I needed to make besides spelling..haha Its that (I) had on the white sweatshirt. But other than that you read it exactly the way I saw it. End of communication so far. I could probably give more information that could potentially give people more insight as to what is going on in my life, but I'm interested as to what people think the general meaning might be without any bias from another person's interpretation. If people have any questions for me, I'll most likely answer anything that is asked. I don't have anything to hide. Thanks in advance and sorry about the wall of text =) Jon

hmm the easy answer would be yes its a coincendence so what happened was you wanted to move out and this girl had a dream about you moving out could be a coincidence or not who knows everything in my life seems to be coincidental tbh the other day i had a dream i went back to my old sch and during the day it had a fire also one day i had a dream about madaline (missing girl) and it was on the news that she had been spotted its werid... no way to explain it :S
