Lost in my building
So, every once in a while I get the same dreams/nightmares everytime where I'm stuck in my building and I can't find my way back home. I go to the elevator and I can't read the floor button where my house is at so I take the stairs then once I reached to the floor I realize that I'm still on the same floor where I was before. It's really confusing and strange.
What the hell does that mean?

I remember having similar dreams, and beside that that I can't find my flat, I usually meet many people on the stairs or waiting for the elevator, so I can't get inside and I must walk up to my floor. Most of the time in my dream I think that I am in my building, but when I awake, I discover that my building is not like the one I saw in the dream. Very often the building I am wandering through and trying to find my flat in, is made of glass and I kind of like it. I think it has something to do with our previous lives, some memory mixed up with our present life experiences.

I have dreams like this some of the time, but not with my house. I am some where outside trying to find my way to a place. In these dreams I know where I am going but for some reason every turn I make is the wrong turn. And I become even more lost.
Anyways :) I think a dream means what you want it to mean as it is an extision from yourself. In this belief you are the only one who can say what your dream means. However I have found when I have these 'lost' dreams I am almost always worried about doing something in waking lifeor going somewhere. I also have had one of these dreams when thinking about a friend in my youth a lot before the dream.
I hope this has helped you a little. :)

Well the dream involves yoiu feeling lost. That will often signify that you lack confidence or drive in some way in real life. Think back to the day before. Going upstairs can indicate a wish to come to an understanding about something... make a decision. It may mean that you wanted to come to a conclusion about something. But you were to

We often go to the movies or watch TV and can get highly involved in the plot and emotions that the characters go through. Dreams are very much like this. If a dream seems highly emotional then it maybe is capturing the emotions that you feel about some situation in your life. So see how these little movies really captured your emotions from yesterday. Pick out crucial moments from the previous day and see how the emotions and feelings are replayed. Many dreams simply capture the emotions that we feel - many simply capture emotions that are easy to recognise such as happiness, sadness and frustration. When we watch a TV show it may not bear any direct relation to our own real lives but still we can identify with the characters in simple ways. So forget the detailed plot of a dream and just try to get a clue from the dreams simple emotions. Then see what relevance they have to your own life. How do the characters in the dream feel and how are they similar to your own real life?

It may mean that you suddenly realize that you have been deceived or what you previously thought was true, turned out to be false. Maybe you feel everything is changing. Maybe it's just a representation of you trying to adjust to something ( sorry for sounding like a therapist )
