Me and Myself

In one of my last LDs I dreamed, that I was in some kind of Japanese House and I tried to put a belt on, it was my new one, but when I did that my old belt appeared around it...
Somehow I new if I closed this belt too, I will get lucid.
First the second belt disappeared but after a I tried it again I finally got lucid.
A copy of myself appeared in front of me, with a big smile. He then took me through a door behind me and after crossing one room of my old flat we ended up in the kitchen of my aunt... but there were only an Asian woman and a baby.

The baby cried and the woman seemed to be the mother. She looked tired and was preparing breakfast. I took some food and was surprised how real it tasted and then I woke up after she walked to the baby, and I tried to remember her face at the same time.

Can someone tell me why a copy of myself appeared and why the belts were the key items for lucidity?
And who could this woman represent? (I'm not asian, but I often have contact to japanese people)
