Driving on the Freeway and Feeling Invisible
I was driving on a freeway in my dreamland city called Landley when I noticed that there were no cars, it was just people going along. The odd thing is, though, that we were driving. I'm pretty sure the cars were implied.
It was daytime, which is odd because most of my dreams take place at night or twighlight.
We were all heading toward downtown. I just realized that I was coming in from a route I've never used in Landley. Weird. People were merging from here and there and I was beginning to feel invisible because people kept cutting me off. One thing to note is that all of the other drivers were women and I knew them only in my dream.
I started waving my hand in front of my face just to see if I could see myself. A driver behind me and to my left asked if everything was OK. I said I was just checking to see if I was visible. She started to say something, but I don't know what because the alarm clock went off.
