Dream I was pregnant, and ex was with me at hospital...help

I had a very vivid dream I was pregnant. I was in a hospital in labor and the doctor came up to me and told me to lean foward so he could give me a epidural. I actually could feel the needle going into my spine. The next thing I know my ex is beside me, holding my hand telling me everything is going to be ok. I look over to him, wondering "You're not my husband. Wait....where is my husband?" I didn't know where my real husband was,and I was shocked to see my ex there beside me since he had previously(and in reality) acted like I didn't exist after he broke up with me. I don't remember what happened next, but all I know is this dream creeped me out because my ex(in real life) is treating me like crap, acting like I don't exist and making me out to be a b*tch when I honestly have done nothing wrong to him. I don't talk to him, I don't even look at him. He was the one who broke up with me and he's got no right to treat me like this. Any ideas on why I had this dream???

Maybe it was just expressing your fear of something like this hapenning. We often have dreams that ecpress our fears. (Going bald, naked in public, contracting a disease etc) Getting pregnant is a common one.
