Eating disgusting stuff?

Does it mean anything if you eat disgusting stuff in a dream? Last night, I had a dream where I was stressed out or something, then I ran into a bathroom stall and began eating this nasty tasting bar of soap or something. I kept shoving so many of these bars into my mouth, then I ran to a sink to wash the taste out of my mouth. I began throwing up and my hand was turning blue, and I started to scream. I also had a dream where I was just eating cigarettes which also tasted horrible but I kept eating them. I've heard of people also having dreams where they ate their own feces, and luckily that's never happened to me. So, does it mean anything if you do this?

I remember having a dream of finding left over food in my fridge, it was chicken or something like that. It looked rotten and covered in worms but i ate it anyways simply because in my dream.... i didnt care :P
