      dreaming of RL

the only dreams i can ever remember havin hav been of RL (real life)
this is really annoyin coz i cant think of ne possible dream signs

i usually dream of just goin 2 my lessons in school and doin normal things
they usually only last 4 a few minutes (or at least i can only remember a few minutes of them) and nothin unusual happens

the only LD i hav ever had was a few nites ago wen i tried autosuggestion
i suddenly got a weird feeling in bed and did a RC and realised i was havin a LD of bein in bed
but as soon as i realised i woke up

can some1 plz interpret this 4 me coz im really confused

Well... The "normal" dreams you are having I think suggests that perhaps you should start LDing. I think all dreams have a certain message and yours would be you need to start thinking and doing things that are less "normal". As far as LDing, it seems you are doing well, after 4 days isn't bad at all. Next time you realize you are dreaming, start spinning in you dream, this seems to keep you in your dream. It may take some time, but I think your dreams will be a strong cause for your changes in life. - Flowstill

First of all, train yourself to perform reality checks whenever you can during your waking life, because the habit will carry over into your dreams. The more you do it, the better your chances of becoming lucid in the dream. Also, waking up when you become lucid is typically only a temporary thing. The more you become lucid, the easier it becomes to stay in the dream. Eventually you can contain the feeling and keep yourself calm enough to stay in the dream. It's all about practice.
In this crazy world if they don't consider you mad, then you have no confirmation of your own sanity, do you?
Imagine if this crazy world thought you were sane?! Oh my God, worst nightmare!

      ah.

Well, i find it EASIER to realise dreamsigns in a dream than it is to recognise them in dreams where i was, say, being chased by a cyborg gorrilla through a giant cola bottle filled with nitrous oxide.

I usualy get more outragous dreams if i play video games a lot, or watch TV too much. I think your brain accepts them more because you dont think theyre at all weird on TV and so it thikns theyre not weird when you dream about them.

Trust me, its easier to be lucid in RL dreams than it is in outragous dreams.
