Well... The "normal" dreams you are having I think suggests that perhaps you should start LDing. I think all dreams have a certain message and yours would be you need to start thinking and doing things that are less "normal". As far as LDing, it seems you are doing well, after 4 days isn't bad at all. Next time you realize you are dreaming, start spinning in you dream, this seems to keep you in your dream. It may take some time, but I think your dreams will be a strong cause for your changes in life. - Flowstill |

First of all, train yourself to perform reality checks whenever you can during your waking life, because the habit will carry over into your dreams. The more you do it, the better your chances of becoming lucid in the dream. Also, waking up when you become lucid is typically only a temporary thing. The more you become lucid, the easier it becomes to stay in the dream. Eventually you can contain the feeling and keep yourself calm enough to stay in the dream. It's all about practice. |
