Thread: Strange apocalyptic/death dream.

wow. this sounds just like an epic dream, one that is very real and you might remember for a very long time. I've had dreams of this caliber before and let me tell you, this is very interesting considering the state the earth is in at this time, Guantanomo Bay closing and the release of the terrorists into the US, its wierd. I know how you feel about this dream to, the feeling and intencity and the realness, just so fliping real. Mine encompass HUGE battles, like thousands of people fighting at once and bullets flying and men dying, all so real. This very well be an epic dream. The dreams meaning could be a whole bunch of things, I think it is open to descusion and interprition on many levels and many people may think much different thingsthat others so it is hard to say what this one may mean.

Terrorists took over my street with guns.--you're either afraid of terrorists, andor the terrorists represent something terrible taking over your home (representing you)
you were given what was needed to defend yourself and defeat these people/thing. I ran out my front door and jumped on my roof(roofs symbolize the top of you, as in, your mind or spirit). I killed a few people and rushed to a new position. I ran around meeting up with my bestfriend. A terrorist killed her.(the thing or person represented by the terrorist defeats your friend) I went in a berserk rage and suddenly had a sword and made him pay for what he had done. He was screaming with agony but I didn't care. (you will destroy anything that hirts your friend)Once he died I went back to hiding and shooting people.This goes on for a good five minutes I would say. Then..I opened the screen door and shot one. I did not see the one in the tree. He shot me. I fell to the ground and couldn't move my leg. The pain was terrible. I then went unconscious and ended up at a hospital. I was back at my house, still fighting the terrorists. Then, a voice came out of no where. "THIS ENDS NOW". (ultimately you'll be defeated as well)Then the voice asked me how I wanted to die. I said the fastest way possible. (youo get to choose how you will be defeated)I was standing on my porch and a huge cement block came out of no where... I mean HUGE. It was as big a car. It crashed through my roof(mind?), sending jagged splinters at me. It missed me by about an inch. I started crying and then another one came out of no where. This one hit me. This one smashed me in the ground. (this might represent something heavy you feel crushed under within your life)All of a sudden I felt very light. Everything was white and serene. I had no more pain, no more sorrow. All I felt was peace. I had control now. I thought I was dead and going to heaven and started.(well, some people think that happens when you die. I think that, once you defeat your fear and once this passes, you will be in a better place than before. )

Have you been stressed lately?

As far as I know, dreams of death or people dieing are caused by stress. But I've also read that people releave stress by killing others in their dreams.

So are you stressed about anything? Or have you been releaving stress recently? It may just be your mind on it's own releaving some stress.
