Sometimes in dreams babies mean something entirely different than actual babies, but in your case, with the miscarriage happening so recently, I think you're right, this is about processing the miscarriage, and then your sister's pregnancy getting mixed in. I'm sorry you miscarried. I miscarried my fourth child years ago (over 30 years, actually, though it surprised me when I thought about that), and it was a really difficult experience for me. I think we really need time to grieve, even though the baby never got to fully develop. I think, too, that you have the opportunity to express some of the love for your baby by being a good aunt to your sister's child, which is something hopeful to look forward to.

Other dreams where you've always given birth to a girl who can talk at a young age might refer to some sort of new talent emerging, something related to your right feminine brain... it would be in the area of insight, intuition, art, imagination, music, creativity. Her talking at a young age might mean it is something that will develop quickly for you, which I think often happens when past life talents emerge again for us. That's pretty intriguing to think about, isn't it?
