Whatever you focus on in a dream becomes more of what it is. Example: You dream a tooth falls out, and you feel afraid, and find a mirror, and more teeth fall out, then all your teeth, then blood starts pouring out of your mouth, and you scream in terror, and your lips fall off.

There is something that you are doing. Whatever that is could be done better and the right way. You need to talk to the Lord about it in repentance and clean up the mess. We tend to do things and bring consequences upon ourself for our actions. Once you clean your hands of this you'll feel better. Time will heal all wounds.
