2 Diffrent dreams

Alright the first dream i'm back at my house I grew up at when I was 5-14. Except the whole house is backwards, and i'm just moving back in and my dad, two brothers and my aunts are helping me. But all my stuff were moving is on the roof and we have to move it inside and im really scared of heights so i dont like the roof. When we get inside theres a rug in the path that we have to walk over with cobras under it, everyones scared except my little brother whos 19, when he walks over it all the cobras rise up and start biting him but he doesnt get hurt. Then he starts fighting them and tieing them in knots and killing them. After he kills them all we all can walk past safely....

My 19 year old brothers dream
hes in laguna beach with his dog and theres tidal waves coming up to the street and people and there cars are getting washed away. he has to protect his dog from getting sucked into the ocean whenever they come at the same time hes trying to get back to his hotel to call his family and tell them something really important, but he never makes it. he gets to a cave and looks inside but cant go in because its to deep and doesnt want it to get full of water. Then he looks across the ocean and sees a nuclear bomb go off and he can see the city where it goes off even though its really far away and then planes start flying over. He said he just felt scared for his dog and his family

Dream #1-
The whole house is "backwards" is a pun saying you see where you grew up as being a rather backwards place to go back to....for "forward" thinking but it would be more "backward" thinking....to think in yesteryear except for sentimental reasons perhaps, best to try & live in the present day (mindset)

The "rug in the path" with cobras under it.........suggests that something "is hidden" from your consciousness that you are aware is there, but don't want to look at it.
Something perhaps from your past.

You see your brother as the "savior" or the one who comes to the rescue of your family, for as you said, "you are afraid of even higher or heights (the roof)

The dream then is a "reflection dream" of how you see your daily or everyday lifestyle and how you see life.

This is also a Reflection dream and not to be taken in a literal way at all.
It's NOT a precognitive dream of the future, or events but rather a psychologically driven dream of the daily waking life in my opinion.

The "high Tides" and Waves from the Ocean, and him seeking shelter in a "CAVE"......simply suggests that he feels in a way, this way in his daily waking life.
He wants to be sheltered from the so-called "storms of life".....and a cave seems a safe haven then.
He SEES others in life getting carried away by their emotions everywhere around him, (the people being carried away by the tidal waves) is a pun for this.
He himself, seeks shelter from such emotions, and doesn't want this for himself, to be "carried away" or having his own mental state or emotional state, overwhelmed by such emotions as he sees other's having in their own lives.
This is why he dreamt (looks inside but cant go in because its too deep and doesnt want it to get full of water)

He doesn't want to face himself, and the deep emotions he is afraid might carry him away and not therefore, give him the shelter from the storms (not literal ones, but psychological storms of everyday life)

The Nuclear bomb across the ocean he sees in the dream, is perhaps the fear he has inside of him that his world is being blown to bits in some fashion.....

It's not literal necessarily but rather a Metaphor or reflecton of how he feels about his life.

Oceans are puns for Deep waters (deep emotions) and tidal waves are worries of being "carried away by emotions"

Rivers and riverbanks are not necessarily as treacherous, although they can be calming or treacherous (depending on the dream) to reflect what emotinos are being felt.

Lakes are "placid" and non threatening in dreams - so non-threatening emotions

See emotions in the dream state as water.

Reflect on the daily life as lives.
