Can anyone help interpret this?

Well Im unsure how but I saw tons of ghosts outside of my grandparents cottage. I was following them and saw my on and off girlfriend of two years and some other girl who I can not recall. I followed them until the party of ghosts split.

Some went down one set of stairs and the rest through a door. I choose the stairs thinking my girl was with them. Mistaken, the doors locked behind me and I was unable to find her. I spent the time looking through this hell, which was more like a gothic jail ground. I saw another ex of mine there who was decaying and seduced me.

Right afterwards I awoke. I told her of this dream and she was a little freaked out because she almost crashed three times today. I have no clue what this could mean.
