Recurring theme maybe?

I think the past two nights have had the same type of theme which is me walking over a long distance.

yesterday was my birthday, so two nights ago I had a dream that for my birthday my family took me on a trip, but I don't really know where we were. But my family left me somewhere, and I had to walk back to the hotel, which was past the airport(don't know why, but that part really stands out and I kept saying it over and over). so I started walking trying to find my way there. Along the way I go through a school campus(not sure of the age group of the students) and I'm walking along a river. Finally I see some older man that I know, for whatever reason he has like a grandfatherly feeling, but I know he's not my grandpa. anyways, I ask him for a ride to the hotel and tell him its just past the airport, and he agrees, but I wake up before I ever get to his car.

2nd dream was last night, where I had to go to school to take my final. I had to be there at 1:00, so I get there and take my final. It takes me about half an hour, and I can't get my results until 2:00. So I decide I'll drive home and come back for my results. When I get my results, I decide to just leave my car there, and walk home. so I try to take a bus, but it takes me in the wrong direction or something, I can't really remember exactly what happened, but it took me hours to get home when it really shouldn't. When I get a couple blocks from home, I'm walking down a hill and see a girl I went to middle school with that I was "in love with".(quotes because she was just a crush, but at the time I thought it was, and I last talked to her a couple years ago maybe and actually told her that I liked her back in the days) Anyways, so I stop and talk to her, and I can't remember word for word what was said, but she said something along the lines how she wanted to get together with me, but there were certain people who couldn't find out about it, at least not now. we start talking about her pictures on her computer, and I ask her when she wanted to get together, but her friend walked up so she just said later and she started walking with her friend. Anyways, I manage to make it home, which is my old house from a few years ago, not my current one, and my brother tried to get me to go out to get some dinner, and I told him I'm not going anywhere because I'm tired and I told him about my long walk.

Ok, that's it, sorry its pretty long, but does anyone thing two nights of back-to-back long walks means something?
