Help eye test and a odd necklace thing!

hi I'm new here and I need help! In the last week or so my dreams have become extra vivid and emotional, I figured they must be trying to tell me something more important than usual. If you need anymore info please say. and thanks in advance I would love help in interpreting these recent dreams all about the same person. This first began as a lucid dream where I ran into the next room to tell my mate 'look i'm dreaming' he wasn't very enthusiastic. so I went back to my bedroom to mull over what to do and found myself somewhere else at that moment the control I had origionally left but I still knew I was dreaming. I was in bed with a chap I know and only wearing my necklace all was fine until he started playing with it I eplained the reason I wore it and he said I don't care and then proceeded to pull it untill it hurt he told me it needed to come off and I became scared as it hurt. I ran away and then came back I no longer had the neclace but I had a red mark where the chain had been he was nicer that time but again he grabbed my neck and was squeezing it. Each time I told him you have to be gentler with me please stop hurting me. Dream 2 I am at uni and I am in a seminar and it turns out they are doing eye tests I have forgotten my glasses which wasn't too bad until I saw the way the man was conducting the exam (he was the same chap in the first dream) THe exam was done by him putting his hands on your chin and staring into your eyes for 30 seconds from around 20cm away. I was scared to look in his eyes. The lass next to me said watch you can tell what he thinks of each person by the way he looks in their eyes. At this point I became even more nervous. when it got to me I tried to fight him but he held me still he was also not the required 20cm away he was more like 1cm away. my vision filled up with his face and i woke up. Dream 3 I had this dream in which I was aware I was awake ( not unusual but I find it hard to walk talk and see in them think its because it freaks me out a bit). Yesterday I got upset during a dream like this because for the first time I heard someone trying to talk to me. I started to panic and tried to jump up from my bed. I tried to turn the lights on, I kept trying the lights in every room (I’m pretty good in he dark) but I kept flicking the switches and nothing happened. The panic attack got worse. At this point I was in my hallway (the only time things are exactly the way they are in real life are in these dreams). Two people were looking through my letterbox.At this point I realised the lights where not bust it was my eyes and I said to myself 'I'm dreaming again' . I freaked out again and passed out. The next thing I remember is they where in my kitchen . I then tried to say to the man (who I did but did not know) get out. I passed out and he was trying to help me but as my senses would not work I freaked out. He was yelling my name and 'what did you take what did you drink don’t worry I’ve got you'. Sometimes my sight seemed to work and I caught glimpses of his hands and his navy blue jumper. I knew him and I trusted him but I was still scared. I Reawoke and he was trying to calm me the time I kept trying to say ‘who are you’ he kept saying ‘its me, you know me its ok’ I needed him to say his name as many of my senses were not working. I then (during the still crazy panic attack) said his name He then relaxed a little but he started repeating ‘look at me, you know me’ his face became lit up and I was just beginning to see his face when i woke up. Usually this man turns up in my dreams about once every two months not everynight and then they are just a bit bonkers and random (more like 2d as opposed to 3d is the only way to eplain it) not with all the scary emotional stuff and never so vivid. I have never felt such a presence In a dream before I felt like someone was actually in my head (if that makes sense)
