Recurring theme...

I have had several variations of this dream, all vivid as hell.

In some I am lucid, and sometimes just paralyzed.

It always involves watching a HUGE bomb(either atomic or otherwise) go off/get dropped in the distance/horizon.

Its always a different environment, and different colors, and a different reaction each time.

Either I watch it, paralyzed and waiting, as the aftershock or radiation or fire comes towards me or a couple times it has reached me and turns everything fiery. One time it actually turned into like an apocolyptic movie, turning everything orange, making all these building crumble and fall and I tried to get out/save people along the way. (Sorry some details are lost here)

Recently, I became lucid and I decided I wanted to try and stop it, instead the dream changed...

I've had similar dreams. I can vividly remember one where I was in my room peering out of the window when I saw a massive explosion on the horizon and I recall waiting for a shock wave to hit, but I awoke.

I used to have plenty of dreams in which I'm dying. My last thoughts were always: I hope this is just a dream. Then I wake up.
