re occuring dream or past life recall?& water in dreams

hi has anyone evere had the thought that when you dream of being in the same place it might actually be a past life recall? maybe you dont believe in this but its just by thought. I ofter have a re occuring dream of being in a sea side town and visiting a deserted beach, I know my way around this beach and know that if I go up a certain dune it will lead me to a cliff side or down a path will lead me to a calmer beach. But something that is a kind of dream sign to me is water. I dream about it all the time.sometimes the water is rough like ill be on a windy clifftop with the waves smashing against the rock or sometimes the water is smooth like a puddle or flood or calm sea. does anyone know what water in dreams mean. whilst lucid ive often wanted to trywalking into the water or touching it (does anyone else actually have feeling in their lucid dreams? I do ie cold hot etc)somethig tells me if i id id probably get to another dimention so ive been to afraid to try. am new here and cant belive im posting this am sure everyone will think im nutz! but would like it if anyone has any thoughts on the waterwater

Well, you might be right there. I wouldn't be surprised if a recurring dream that happens throughout one's life had some importance to it. The knowing of the surroundings could be false memories, memories from other dreams, or perhaps your guess. I too have feelings in dreams, I've even had pain before when I purposely made it super-vivid. I know that Ev once was in a palace where everything was made of water. I've made energy balls made of water before, so I tend to think of water as symbolizing energy.

Being a bit of a "beach bum" I tend to have a lot of dreams involving the ocean...most of which I'm surfing or trying to surf. I also have this reoccurring dream of being on the beach, scrambling up a very steep dune trying to avoid being washed out too see by incoming waves...and I started having those dreams "pre-tsunami."

Everytime I am in water it always feels warm...dunno if thats just me though.
