Interpretation of a somewhat strange dream?

I am in the high school marching band with a boy I like. Yesterday we had a parade. Last night, I dreamed that I was walking to my mom's car from the parade, and the mother of the boy I like was pulling out of her parking space and accidentally hit me. I became unconscious, and I went to the hospital. I woke up a few hours later and I had no major injuries, only a few bruises and scratches, so they sent me home. I was taking a walk in the local park and saw the mom waving me over. I walked to her, and she was hysteric and apologizing for accidentally hitting me with her car. I forgave her, of course. Then I saw two of my friends on the drumline, one of which was the boy I like. The other boy asked me to come talk to them. So we talked and they made sure I was okay. Then the other boy said that the boy I like had something to say to me. So we began to talk, and he admitted that he had feelings for me. So we discussed it, and finally the other boy got frustrated with us just talking instead of acting, so he "announced" us being an "item," if you know what I mean. So we hugged, and then I woke up. Which sucked because it was a good dream.

I know the dream is pretty direct, but I know that most dreams have hidden meanings. Think there are any with this dream?
