Dreamt of an ex-friend moving on my street

Hey,

I often have dreams of an ex-friend that I haven't spoken to in years, and we usually reconnect and get along in the dreams as if we're still friends...our relationship ended badly in real life so my guess was that I had unresolved issues and that communicating with him via dreams made me happy.

But in the last 2 dreams about him, I'm avoiding him. The first one was vague and I just remember that he was trying to contact me but I denied him.
In last nights dream, I found out that he moved on my street and that made me really nervous. I saw him when I was outside and I jumped into my car and started driving like crazy to get away...I knew he was chasing me but I just kept going and I finally ended back home to hide...
