Lol, the title is interesting.
Although, I don't quite understand what you're asking? Do you want to find out what the dream MEANS? If so, why? If you have no idea, you're probably better off not knowing. Somebody will just probably tell you something like "you're having problems with bla bla bla" and that won't help at all.
Anyways, this isn't really the place for dream interpretation. That's probably why nobody is answering. Sorry

First of all, relax. Dreaming that you killed someone does not mean anything as far as being a violent or evil person. Upsetting, violent, and dramatic dreams exist for a very important reason--they get your attention. And this one definitely succeeded in that, right?

In some beliefs, killing any dream person represents a desire to destroy a part of your own personality (or the actual disappearance of part or yourself). So going by that, the other dream characters were not bothered by her death, but you were. This is important because you are feeling conflicted about whether or not you should have done away with this part of yourself. Your conscious self apparently did not wish for it to happen, but your unconscious self (the other people) seem to think that there is nothing wrong.

The best way to really understand a dream which is upsetting you this much is to see a therapist or counselor. They are professionals and they may be able to help you find out what things in your life are related to the dream.

I copied your text. I'll put my text in bold. This is what I would make of this particular dream; don't take this as law. Also, don't worry about the violence. It's a dream; it's symbolic and has nothing to do with it.

I remember riding in the backseat of a big vehicle with a group of people; I don't recognize them, but in the dream they were suppose to be my friends. We were driving on a one way road as far as I could tell, with no other cars on the road. We drove through an area with lots of trees, and a few houses all pretty close to each other.

this interests me because the whole dream is very solitary. It sounds like you were alone with the girl and your friends, and when your friends started acting strangely, there was nobody to turn to. It's possible that you feel that you've isolated yourself from everyone BUT your friends. This could be wrong, don't take this as law. It's a flexible interpretation.

There was a girl walking on the side of the road with a camera around her neck, she was thin, about 15 or 16. She looked very shy and insecure, but she smiled anyway, she held up her camera, and I smiled at her through the car window and posed. She took a picture of me and I could see her giggling afterwards.

The camera and picture would seem to represent memories. Are you longing for a time when things were less complicated? Does the girl by any chance represent you in the past or a friend or family member from your past? Why is she shy and insecure? What would SHE think about this whole dream? Those are just a few jumping-off points; you can make what you want of her.

We hit her with the car and killed her. Everyone seemed a bit freaked out at first but that didn't last long. Everyone got out of the car laughing and smiling and having a good time. They put her body in a bag and left her on the side of the road. All of the houses seemed empty, there was no one but that girl there. There were tables outside of her house with food on them. My "friends" started grabbing food and stealing things from inside of her house. I was the only one that was freaking out. I tried to stop them and I remember feeling very stressed out, sad, and confused. Someone looked at me and said "lighten up".

So the theme here is that people who you trusted both did something very morally wrong and betrayed and surprised you. This could be interpreted as that you don't think people understand everyone ELSE'S view, or that YOU don't understand the general view. Is there something you need to change your views on, or somebody else that you would like to set right? Are your friends or other close relations actually acting like this? Are you stressed and confused in real life? Why are they taking so lightly what you take seriously? Are you being ignored?

I know there was more to the dream, but that was the only part that was really significant to me. The only other part I remember is in the end, we were hiding out in the woods because the police were looking for us, but no one would stay quiet. They found as, and I woke up.

There are a few things to think about. Don't stress about it too much though. Take a deep breath and relax.
