      Hello, I am brand new to all this. I am starting by working on my dream recall.. I am one of those people who "doesnt dream".
      The last dream I remembered was about a month or two ago...

      anyway.. I tried the drink lots of water trick... and while all it did was make me have to go real bad when i woke up, I also remembered the very end of my dream. Right before I went to bed I kept telling myself I would remember, so when i woke up, the first thing I thought was "what did I dream". The only thing I remember is being with my gf, and she was in some sexy lingerie.

      I think my main problem is that I dont get enough sleep... I work some crazy hours.
      So anyways.. Iam going to keep trying each night, and will keep my progress here, cuz I cant wait to live in my dreams

      Welcome to DreamViews!

      You're on the right track. Continue with telling yourself that you'll wake up after your dream and remember it, and make sure to keep a notepad handy to write down what you remember. You'll probably find that as you start writing, you'll suddenly remember other elements of the dream as well. This will improve your recall, and in turn increase the chances that you'll have an LD.

      And definitely, getting enough sleep is crucial to both dream recall and lucid dreaming. I've been in quite a dry spell myself for that very reason. Life happens, and sometimes we just can't avoid it. But take comfort in knowing that it's just a temporary setback, and when you're able to get into a more normal sleeping pattern, your dreaming abilities should improve.

      slow going in the dream recall world

      Been working overtime the past two days.. so just been going home and passing out.. no recall (

      The weekend is always hectic.. so looks like ill have to wait and try again next week.

      a lil somethin for me.

      A weekend of heavy drinking... remembered some dreams, but didnt bother writing down...

      Every day my boss comes in to work at about 11, so ive been going in later... so today I plan on going in around 9... the last thing i remember in my dream, is walking in, and my boss sitting in the front at a table with some higher up.... in before me... anyways in real life, I got in at 9, and he at 11 8)

      Gotta start writing down more....
