Okay, all reset and time to start a new one.

Two rather odd dreams that I should have picked up on to report.

Nina's Cakes

Just a little quickie now, the day before this dream I'd been looking at Aquanina's cake/jewlery shop and thinking that one of my friends might like some of the stuff from there. In this dream, I was just telling said friend about the things and she ended up thinking it was me who wanted the stuff and bought it for me.

It was a little odd.


Sonic Boom or Something

Another quickie, I was playing some new Sonic game and it had new voice actors :o

Right... I remember dancing. I also remember the Jackson 5. Same dream I think. Shame I don't remember more of it, seems like it should have been intersting.

912 Spare Rooms

Only one dream to report today, but it was really very vivid and odd, so there you go. The entire dream was set in my sisters bedroom, her and I were watching tv. An advert came on fone some show 'from the creators of South Park', showing the real George W Bush trying to eat tomato soup with a fork (stupid detail, there were baby tomatoes floating in it), I think he was eating it out of a culdren. Next thing I know there's a cat in the room, made of fabric (quite how I didn't notice it was a dream I'll never know) and tinsel, which I called Tinsel Cat. Tinsel Cat was brilliant fun, it just sat there changing colours and commentating on the tv. When the next add break came, everything was being narrated by Sarh Cox and Tinsel Cat disappeared. :(

At the end of that add break the channel 4 logo came up and suddenly the room I was in was on tv and I was trying to pose in a 4 shape so as not to be seen. O_O Oh and then Tinsel Cat showed up on tv as a woman, Sarah Cox was saying "Now it's Tinsel Cat and I know you're all gonna wanna get up close like usuall and scratch teh tv to see if you can see her makeup. Me and my sister both did this. Then finally the Bush advert came on again, only I suddenly said "That's my Bush! That's what the show's called. I knew it!", the the announcers said it was called "912 Spare rooms", so then I woke up.

It was quite confusing.

Ynot is a twat

Okay, not the real Ynot, but he was in this dream. Picture the scene, Liverpool Street Station in London (Well it looked more like Paddington Station, but that's not important) and I'm there with my mum and little sister on my way to an unspecified university visit, when we decide to get a little bit of lunch. At the Starbucks, I notice Ynot, who was called Mr Ynot in this dream and seems to have been a teacher of some sort.

I walked up to him and said "Oh, hi Sir (British thing, we call teachers this... no idea if you do that in the US), what are you doing here?" As he oppened his mouth, the scene changed and it was suddenly a look around yoou style educational programme. The voice on it said "Annoyed with the aplications so far, the tierd tutor was angry and not in the mood to look at another, so decided to judge the others on teacher reference. Unfortunately Mr Ynot send in a rather sub par bacon sandwhich (which I think was shown as being one slice of bread, some chips, some ham and some cheese, no bacon) thusly this one was rejected.

Then I woke up. The 'plot' of this dream was continued in the next one, which is cool.

Ynot ruined my life it seems

This was a quickie, I think I half asleep atempted a MILD and just didn't get lucid, but whatever. Some ammount of time had passed since the other dream and I was talking to my Dad about not getting into university. I think he said something along the lines of "That Ynot and his bacon", at which point I woke up.

This dreams aren't naughty or anything, but they'll be written in notes and code etc because they were a little personal last night and involved friends of mine who know about DV, so yeah. You might work out a little from the titles I guess.

London Crash

'Outsiders' shopping London. K drive, crap, crash Lamb? leicester london? Home = walebone, party. Real home. No go, others get ready. Ab +H not talking +putting on makeup.

Play

Quite a dull dream here to be honest, but whatever, let's post it.

When it began I was in a hall at my school (obvious dreamsign, I've left school) I was in there thinking to myself "Right, I'll see Michael's part of the play, then leave, I need to get something done" (though I never found out what). When the play began it was just several people from my old classes (Michael not included) running around shouting "We are dragons! We are from the moon!". While throwing tin foil everywhere.

It was really quite odd.

When the play had finished, Jack (someone from my old Media Studies class a year or so ago) ran shouting "My van, I have painted it!". On it, in silver pain was the word 'Moonbeam'. Everyone was quite impressed. I left.

Afterwards I decided to walk around the town a little, it was arranged wrong however, kind of like the town surrounding Lago De Garda in Italy. It had a very Italian vibe about it. Walking down an alleyway I found a small clothes shop that I thought I'd have a look in. As I walked in, Michael walked out and asked me if I'd seen the dragon play yet, tow which I replied, "Jack was quite good in it".

After that I decided to walk around the countrysideish parts of the town. Looking back it shared the dreamscape with a nightmare I'd had a few months before, only now there were no train drivers killing people. Well, I say that, but there was a dead body in the distance that police were seeing to.

Walking along I met a guy called Alex, who I hadn't really spoken to much in a year and he was asking me why I was so far out, so I told him it was going to be my last time in the town and I wanted to look at some of the nice bits.

Then I woke up.

Umbrella Vandalism

Quite a short dream now. I was on MySpace and went to The Go! Team page, where I saw new album tracks. Naturally I listened, one was 'Titanic Vandalism', which I've heard live. I remember thinking how different the studio version sounded (but put it aside thinking that all their studio stuff sounded different) until it came to the chorus, which was Rhianna's Umbrella. Hearing Ninja sing "Because when the sun shines we shine together, told you I'll be hear forever" was odd.

Then I woke up again.

The (not-so)Mighty Boosh

This was an odd one, it really was. The dream began simply enough. I was in my house, smoking for some reason. I don't smoke, so dreamsign there. Anyway, I went to the lounge and on the door I saw a poster advertising a puppet show that was apparently being held in my house.

Time then seemed to skip to the show and performing were The Mighty Boosh for some reason. It was all quite fun to watch deep green lighting with abstract, nonsense sentences being spouted out, while one of the two (I think it was Barrat) was tied to a harness and made to fly around the room like a strange puppet thing.

So, when that was over I got to talking to Fielding, who said Barrat had run away due to lack of cigarettes, which started some sort of search for him with several of us shouting "Julian, we have fags!"

Then he came back and did another show.

It was strange.

Dead Betty

This was one of the strangest dreams I've ever had, but no lucidity sadly.

The dream began with me sitting down to watch a bit of TV. When I turned it on, the show was filmed so it was like viewing things from the front window of a car that was driving around New York City, then the opening credits for Ugly Betty rolled.

The man show started right away with the car (still view from the front window, it was through the entire dream) hit one of the characters. Then right away it went and hit another, then another, then another, then another until it got to Betty, who was shouting "What are you doing?! You've killed everyone I've ever known and loved!"

I tried to change the channel and turn the TV off, but it wouldn't work.

"Stop!" She screamed, "Please stop!"

"I can't stop it!" I shouted!

Betty, closing her eyes bracing for impact gave one final scream "Do something!"

Then I woke up.

Fun dream eh?

I should watch less TV.

Caught with my trousers down


One of those naked dreams, oh boy! It also didn't make much sense, nor did it follow in a logical order. I should have been lucid in this. How wasn't I lucid in this? I wasn't thinking logically at all either I guess.

Anyway, the dream began with me taking a walk through a field in the town I used to live in. Naked. There were other people walking there at the same time, all nice and kind enough, a lot of them physically deformed in one way or another. Before long I thought I should put some clothes on and head to my old school (which I was still a member of in my dream).

When there, I was all suited up in a tux, looking rather suave. Apparently there was a leavers ball on, which I went to because I was leaving (I did in real life a month or so ago). It was incredibly dull and the lighting was very grey, so I went to have ice cream, danced with my old english teacher (I think it was the monkey) then left.

I then went for a walk in the field again, but noticed I was still in the tux, but it was missing the trousers. So people came, so I thought I'd better put some on , which I somehow did, even though I didn't have any. All of the sudden I was back in the school and I saw some sort of human mutation experiment taking place, then back to the field naked for some reason. There was a head in a jar moaning about her loss of mobility. I couldn't help but stare, she looked at me funny.

Then I was at home for some reason, eating chocolate ice cream. My sister had white chocolate ice cream, I was jealous.

Bloody strange, but not at the same time. Wish I had some control over myself in that one.

Bride

The dream began in some sort of alien factory where I was part of a group of soldiers sent to clear the place out of all life (strangely not what made me lucid). While I was there I bumped into Burns in a wedding dress looking confused (apart from that she looked like normal Burns). I couldn't bring myself to kill another human. Then suddenly I was in my home wearing a suit. Apparently I was marrying her (absolutely no idea where that came from O_o). It was there I became lucid, but didn't really have enough consciousness to change where the dream was going, I just knew it was a dream. From there I panicled about how to get out of it without disappointing the dream character while I got ready for he ceremony. NeAvO was there too with several others (all of whom were from DV, I just con't quite remember who) as I got ready. NeAvO was sort of the father of the bride. Middle-aged with brown hair standing on end.


This dream sucked. Lucid though. Fun.

In-car shopping

I don't really remember much, apart from going shopping, deciding to take something back because it didn't fit right and I saw something better at Asda (which I was embarrased about and didn't want to buy it until my sociology teacher, who was working there for some reason, left.

Jason was in my car and drove it though a shop while I tried something on.

I'll have to type these up for real tomorrow, but so for now there was the Torchwood Essex, London Cardiff dream with the start of Harvard. Then the WBTB non- lucid (:() which carried on the harvard.

Family Affair

So, here was an odd non-lucid dream. I don't remember all that much about it to be honest. I began with my parents having an argument, then time seemed to skip forward several weeks. At this time my dad came back to my house (he's left some time in the gap) with a friend. This friend was a tall skinny guy with a bit of a beard and long hair. My dad wouldn't really talk to anyone except this guy. From what everyone gathered he as having an affair with the guy, so I searched the internet for him. Turned out he was some strange man concerned with giving as many people herpes as possible, so we had to tru and stop him. That's all I remember, it was odd.

Chinese Food

This was lucid (horray). It followed one earlier in the night where I was in my uncles house (which was all I remember), the architecture as the same as in the dream, all impossible and blue (there was an orange room though this time), but that didn't turn up until later. The dream began with me in school, right away I got lucid without reality checking because well, I've left school. Right away there were a load of guys from my old year at my age, so I thought to myself "I might give this lucid sex thing a try". To try and choose who the lucky guy would be I said to myself "First the ones I don't like will disappear" and they did. Then I said "All the ones I don't fancy will disappear", which they did. I was left with about three people left. One of whom was Matt, who I've fancied for about a year now. So I figure, what the hell? I go in to kiss him etc etc when all of the sudden Sarah, Nell and Beyonce Knowles (what the hell?) came and demanded I give them something nice since I'm lucid. All of the sudden Matt turned into chinese food and I ate him (not what I was pannying to do to him but nice all the sam). I gave Beyonce a chopstick saying it was 2 trillion pounds, she was happy and disappeared. Nell and Sarah were annoyed I only had one chopstick left, so I broke it in half and said there was one trillion each, they left a little depressed and I felt a bit guilty about upsetting them.

My old sociology teacher Miss Lamport then turned up and said she wanted to see me, so I thought I'd go along with it. Instead of following her through the school I kind of flapped my arms ad flew a about 6 feet off the ground like an apathetic bird. I flew past a teacher, Miss Salmon, who looked at me strangely and said "Oh, I didn't know you could do that" and walked off smiling.

All the sudden I was in a strange yellow classroom with my old sociology class who were drinking wine, then I was back at my uncles. I think I lost lucidity at that point, my mum was telling my cousin how proud she was that I could fly.

Odd.

Doctor Who Exactly?

This was another of a certain type of dream I've been having a lot of lately. Lucid from the start. Which is awesome on itself as well, who wouldn't want that?

the dreamscape itself was incredibly dark, all moody lighting, which was hardly fun. Try as I might I couldn't change this.

So anyway, lucid I thought I'd try to meet someone interesting, so I opened up the nearest door and who should be through there? A news reader from the radio. No thanks I thought.

So I spent a while walking around, where I chanced upon an old house. On entering there was a strange old lady who gave me a tour. It was all very gothic and quite interesting.

While o the tour I decided I might as well reality check to remind myself that I was dreaming, so I looked at my hands. They were bright pink, the number of fingers kept changing and they were all swirling distorted like.

At the end of the tour the lady told me t entertain myself I should visit The Doctor, which I thought would be fun, but upon entering the Tardis thing (god I'm such a geek in my dreams) Dominic Burne (the news guy) was in it dressed in Edwardian clothes. I thought to myself "No" and decided to climb out and onto the roof. There the dream started to fade when I thought to myself "This is the longest lucid dream I've ever had". The dreamscape started to spin and warp, desperately trying to stay lucid I rubbed my hands together, span round and tried to thing logically (funnily enough I couldn't solve 1+1 in my head at that point) and the dream just faded away at last.

The dream was much longer than that and much more things happened, but I only have a vague memory of them. I remember walking along the cracks in a pavement at night in this town I grew up in, which was fun, it was all deserted and calm, which it never would be in real life. Oh and I think I remember see Matt from my last lucid, but I can't remember why.

I don't remember much from last night, all I remember is playing Mario Galaxy and smiling.

Oh well, after the two LD's I was due a bad night I guess. Staying up until 5AM couldn't have helped.

That's what you get for snubbing the Doctor. I'm sure he knows a thing or two about lucidity.

It's been a while since I updated this, but no time like the present.

Another Holiday

Well, in real life on Wednesday my kitchen caught fire and well a large chunk of it was destroyed, this dream was a direct continuation of those events.

Upon my family arriving home, my dad decided we should go on holiday until the fire damage went away (no idea how that worked), so off we went to this huge mansion. It's was very gothic inside, with long corridors seemingly taking you nowhere.

My sister and I fond the stairs and decided to go to our rooms, my sister went through a door and I didn't see her again after that. I opened up the door of what I thought would be my room only to find a girl sitting in there plucking out her eyelashes, she said it was because she liked the feeling and that she wouldn't leave until she'd done both eyes twice. My dream characters are odd. Even stranger was when DeadDollKitty decided to turn up for a moment, telling me she thought my voice would be deeper.

After she left I went looking for my mum, who told me my sister was in my room and showed me the door. When I went inside it was this huge white kitchen with a wooden ceiling full of old victorian kitchen equipment. Then I woke up.

In an interview, I come across as rather wet

This dream began with me walking through this old manor houses garden, I looked at the house and thought to myself "wow, this is like the architecture I find in my dreams", at which point I should have done a reality check, but I didn't. The type of building here is starting to become a dream sign of mine.

I decided to go through the door and have a look around, directly though was the laying field of my old school, which was littered with tables with two people sitting at each, a person my age and an old man. I walked over to one and sat down to talk one of the men. For some reason it dawned on me that these were interviews for Oxford university, so I thought I have top grades (the day I dreamed this, I found out I'd gotten straight A's and top marks in the qualifications I'd been sitting). The old man started to talk about his love of planes, never giving me a chance to say anything. He ten offered me some of his water, which I took because I was thirsty.

Right away after drinking I began to gag and had to get out of there, so ran to the old sports hall at the school which I thought would be empty (there were people there, but I couldn't work out why) and started vomiting water. pints and pints and pints of it, the room flooded to about knee length and I was soaking wet y the time I stopped, not pleasant at all.

I walked back to the old man and we had a normal conversation, though at the end he said "I'm sorry, I've been wasting your time, that was a test you see, Oxford students don't vomit," then he just walked away. That's all I remember.

University Challenged

Universities have become a dream sign for me it seems, I guess it makes sense as going next month has been playing on my mind a lot lately.

This dream began with myself, my younger sister and my parents in the car on the way to Norwich for university. When we got there I realized that I didn't have anything I needed, no clothes apart from what I had on, no furniture, no supplies, no food, so my family decided that we'd buy it there. The city itself had a similar layout to how I remembered it, but instead of all being made from the same yellowish stone as it is in real life, it had a very silver colour-scheme.


First stop for my parents was a pub, then a restaurant, at which point they decided it would e better if my sister and I just go looking around and get stuff together. It was a fish restaurant, but when my parents got their food it was sausages. Huge ones about the size of a human leg, all in bright, crayon-like colours.

Anyway, at that point we left to get things, but I decided to go on ahead to the university to sign in. When I got there, I saw my old sociology teacher and tutor/history teacher taking their school kids on a trip to see the art gallery at the place. The admissions tutor of the uni told me they were seeing the 'Fable Willy' exhibit. (which was the name of a cat who used to belong to the owners of the house I stayed in while in France.) They drove a bus out of the room, which was odd considering it was on the second floor.

The mass of students then started walking to the main hall, at that point I started talking to Simon, a guy who annoyed me a lot in college for various reasons. He made some bold sexist statement, which I remember humouring and faking a laugh over sating "That's a good philosophy".


The architecture was a mixture of the real life places and the old stuff covered in vines I've been seeing in my dreams a lot lately. (Missed that dream sign again, go me) I noticed most people in the dream were from my old college, which I was kind of annoyed about because I was looking forward to getting away from them. I talked to this guy called Alex about how I wanted to live in Suffolk Terrace because of the nice view, then went and sowed him what I was talking about.
