Today i used a programme called brainwave generator and fell asleep on my bed at about 4pm, and didnt wake till 9pm (english time) and i missed my tea!!...and they say dreaming isnt healthy. But i am fairly content with myself because i obtained my first lucid since joining this site, WOOHOO go me! :mrgreen:
