Hi all. I've already had 8 lucid dreams, but I will be posting my journal starting with last night's lucid dream.

Lucid Dream #8

INDUCTION:
During the induction of this LD, I try to focus on the presence of me having the ability to fly. I focus and focus and then I get lucid. I fall asleep around 11pm.-

LUCID DREAM:
I am outside of my house and I realize i'm in my dream immediately. I leap over houses and make my way towards the seattle shoreline near where I live. I look over the vast ocean and think to myself how real this is. Next, I try flying. I jump high and try to move but my mind can't really get a grip over that fact, as it knows humans can't fly...even a little bit. Then, it starts raining (it had been raining all this week in real life) and I take a dive into the ocean. I swim around, enjoying this LD. Then, I feel colder as I swim in deeper, farther water. I feel a deep sense of relaxation as I am swimming deeply and begin to get sleepy in my own dream! I then start to lose my state of lucidity...I try to hang on, but it isn't enough. I wake up at exactly 4:42am. I then rest my eyes and go into a regular dream for the rest of the early morning. I feel deeply relaxed as I wake up, and have a hard time walking at first. This had to be the best dream I've ever had...such relaxtion!
