OBE - Card Test Failed - Jan 28, 2005</span>

I\'ve always been interested in the phenomenon of remote viewing, OBE & of course Lucidity. The other night I had a dream that I was at a party with good friends of mine all who I knew from back in the days. Well as I start to notice; it\'s all guys no girls and I realize that all of my friends were now gay? So, being really tripped out about this I woke up really fast.

As I started to drift back to sleep I set intention to go lucid but enter the same dream. I thought if I could enter Lucidly I could do a trick and spin myself out of there and impress everyone. I entered the same house and the same people were there, I was lucid because the image came immediately. I told everyone to gather around that I was going to do a trick. I laid on the bed and started to lift up over the bed about 1ft and started spinning. As I started spinning their voices started fading and my vision turned dark. The point of this experiment was to Project back to my bedroom and view a psychic card I
placed high on a shelf so I could see what this was. This really was there in the physical world because I did set this test up in my room for the next time I went Lucid. I ended up in something that looked like my room but not exactly. I floated to the top of the shelf and tried to view the card. It didnt look like anything from my cabinet. As I looked around, it didnt look like my room either. I concentrated harder nd said Increase Lucidity now, Increase Clarity now! Went back to the top of the shelf again, not the ight place.

Meeting with Spirit Guide - Lucid - Jan 31, 2005 </span>

At the end of the night (early morning) I had 3 or 4 short lucid dreams, it was where I noticed a scene was a dream went lucid for a bit, woke up went back into the next dream; was lucid woke up etc. I did that like 3 times at least. In one attempt I spun my self to a new scene, it was outside, blue sky nice breeze near some sort of monumental building (reminded me of the captial). I called for my deceased ather again but he didnt show up; (lately I\'ve had a hardtime getting a hold of him from the other ide). I was really bummed and started crying (I woke my wife up she told me the next morning). For a econd this person walks by who looks just like my dad but when I get a second look its not him.

I woke up again but the next dream I thought, since I\'ve havent spoke to my dad in a while, let me finally try to meet my spirit guide. So I entered a dream where I was laying in bed It didnt look like my room so I knew I was dreaming. I got out of bed and went through a long changes of hall ways, passages etc. I had to keep rubbing my hands together to keep the lucidity it was such a long walk and journey. Finally I come to a room where all these people are, I dont know if they are deceased or what but they are having some sort of get together. Finally there a 3 women before me, only one really paid
attention to me out of the group. She is an african american with long braids. She didnt look like from this time period, but she could have been. She looked very spirtual although, I could tell.

She looks at me and says "how did you find me?" I said I\'m communicating to you from a lucid dream!. She said laughed and said "oh...hahah your one of those (giggle). I laughed too and said "It\'s finally nice to meet you!" She said "well it\'s nice to meet you too" At that time the other two women that were with her had their own thing going on, carrying on about. So I decided that I had bugged her long enough. I think, for a short time continued to explore that area but ended up letting go of the lucidity.

<span style="color:darkblue">Although your deceased one may be busy on the other side, I feel our spirit guides usually can spend some time wtih us! Just call out to them!

Second Meeting with Spirit Guide - Lucid - Feb 5, 2005</span>

Dream started off by; I noticed I was in a field, I didnt recognize this place and instantly realized it was a dream. So I started looking again for my spirit guide. I passed by this pretty woman with dark hair and dark eyes, for a second I thought SEX! But then I said no, no this is not the reason I am here. I kept walking passed her but then the eyes seemed very familiar. Even though my spirit guide appeared to me before as an African American woman, I still felt the presence and familiarity with this woman and knew it was her. I said "...it is you, there you are!" She smiled like she knew she had been found. I
think she was testing me I really do.

The scene changed and were inside some building, not sure where. I felt like this entire lucid dream, which I will not cover because its too long; took place in Mexico (or somewhere similiar (adobe homes). Anyway I asked her If we knew each other on Earth at one time or another. She said "No" and that she was assigned to me since day one. And she knew that when I was born, she felt it and knew that she was going to be my spirit guide. Since in real life my wife and I are about to have a child, I asked her what the SEX would be since we dont know yet. Time is running out for me to test them because we find out next week. She gave me something cryptic back like "Stand and Deliver" a pun intended I imagine. I said "I\'m not testing you..oh wait, I am." She just gave me this grin like "dont try it!" I remember her sitting on my lap and I hugged her and felt very comfortable with her like the last time.

Additional Comments:

<span style="color:darkblue">I\'m curious to find out how many times she or they are going to show themselves with different Identities. So far I\'ve seen her with 3 different looks. When we started talking this time, she appeared much younger, still dark eyes and dark short hair.

Another Long Lucid - Sunday Night 08/20/05 - Mar 21, 2005</span>

Well I was able to hold what I think to be an hour long lucid again. I entered this about 3:30 to 4:00 this morning. These are very exhilarating and tiring when you wake up at the same time. When I say tiring, it must feel like when a Psychic\'s mind has been working for a while. But it was also like I was on a long vacation as well. The good definitely takes over the bad. It was like being on Ecstasy when I woke up this morning and driving to work. I\'ve only done this twice (as far as having what I timed to be an hour) or so of lucid dreaming. I used the rubbing hands technique (which works for me) to keep it going for so long.

First scene was lucid but on a weak level. There was an intruder trying to get into our house, I knew it was dream and I wasn\'t scared. I went outside and thought I would Kung-fu-Matrix his ass just for fun. (I actually snapped my fingers to play some Matrix Techno and it didn\'t work) I didn\'t feel total control like I did with normal lucids! I started practicing some kung-fu move (or something like) but I was sluggish. The guy approached me, but we never fought. It must have been my mind saying you\'re not ready.

Next Scene took place around a very industrial setting, almost like a Navy ship. I know because I was in the Navy and spent 4 years on an aircraft carrier. This was a bit fuzzy but I remember showing these guys I could move things with my mind. I was shooting these steel barrels out of the upper deck. I have a feeling that I was protecting us from something while I was doing that but I\'m not sure what it was.

The scene continued on the Ship, here\'s an interesting note. I remember getting on the ship took several complex passage ways, steps & tunnels. I must have done this process at least 5 times and each time you would think this maze or process would have changed. It didn\'t which is interesting for a dream, usually it\'s completely unstable. The way to get on the ship was the same every time, and I feel I could have done it with my eyes close. I ended up in a lounge with some people, I remember to look for my spirit guide (I call her Clashonda) I saw a young white girl (which originally my spirit guide
appeared to me as African American) and asked what her name was. My spirit guide has appeared in other faces so I wanted to make sure it wasn\'t her. It wasn\'t, there was a bunch of people around me talking about what ever, but they all knew I was waiting on my guide.

Still in the lounge, a cute girl gave me the eye. In my mind I thought it was let\'s go fool around! So I left the lounge and started following her through a complex passage way, I eventually lost her and the corridors and passage ways were getting smaller. It got to a point where I got stuck. Since I knew I was dreaming, I concentrated and broke through the steel like it was paper.

I remember a beautiful beach scene where I was flying with someone else across the beach. It was so pretty outside, blue water, blue sky and nice cool breeze. This part of the dream really felt like a vacation. Everyone on the beach was amazed on how we were flying back and forth. It was so fun, I had a blast and I didn\'t wake up with a sunburn! The last scene we were waiting outside some building I was doing slow motion acrobats, like flipping and spinning in the air but very slow. Everyone was looking at me amazed and they were saying how in the world does he do that. I told that them yeah this is great and all but unfortunately I\'m eventually going to wake up! And sure enough I did wake up about 5:30 AM. It felt like I was on a mini vacation and just returned.

Additional Comments:

<span style="color:darkblue">The long lucids take allot out of you but they are completely amazing. I woke up and felt like my mind had been busy all night.

03/29/05 - Flying the ECHO - Lucid - Mar 30, 2005

Well I woke my self up around 2:00 AM and read "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" for about an hour. I then went back to bed at 3:00 and played my Lucid Induction CD continuously (until 6 AM). All of the sudden I was in my old car (Toyota Echo), I now have a Honda CRV. This immediately aid "Dream" to me. I remember popping out a purple cassette from the player, this tape wasn't mine and I didn't recognize it. Again, this is a dream. So I slowly pulled up on the steering wheel and hit the accelerator and the car started flying (like something from Starwars) or any other future epic. For a second it started spinning out of control, but I was letting it do that and it was not too dizzying;
but I brought it back under control. Eventually I landed it, and started to explore this near by BAR. I started eyeballing these weird people there thinking, "Man, this is my imagination creating these wierdos!"

03/30/05 - A historical spirt guide - Lucid - Mar 31, 2005</span>

Well I started playing the Lucid Induction CD around 3 AM this morning and probably about 30 minutes later I walked right into a lucid (WILD). One interesting note, I heard the CD through the entire lucid dream. I\'ve never done that before.

I was outside with my wife and I didn\'t recognize where we were although everything was vibrant and pretty and definitely looked dream like. I started telling my wife, "honey, we are in a lucid dream, this is what I have been telling you about!" She didn\'t pay much attention to what I was saying. I thought possibly we could have been dream sharing but she\'s never had a lucid before. (I asked her the next morning if she remembered any dreams about me, she said no.) Once I realized I was dreaming, I ask for a spirit guide (as I usually do); I saw a man who was dressed from the 1700 - 1800\'s. His name
was LoHan and was looked like he was at least part Asian. He had dark hair, dark eyes, moustache and tone skin. I asked if he was a spirit guide that I met before (because I believe they change shape/appearance as they wish), he said No. He said he worked (past life) with my father and they were part of security for the Declaration of Independence. I was pretty impressed. If I made this up from my subconscious I don\'t know where it came from. Thinking my Dad (who has passed now) was part of the
protection of the Declaration of Independence in another life. I didn\'t know there was any sort of security group for the document but maybe there was. I provided text below, read the Early Travels of the document, it did move quite a bit but it didn\'t say who really traveled with it or protected it. But it as highly guarded apparently. The rest of the lucid my wife told me to show everyone how I could fly. Of course being the show-off, I flew for what seemed like 10 minutes or so. I had several false awakenings.

04/17/05 - Room Acrobatics - Apr 17, 2005</span>

I was playing my lucid induction CD at 4 AM. I went lucid via (DILD) and noticed I was in my room. I was doing acrobats in slow motion (due to I knew I was dreaming). I was doing flips, twist and other complexe sumersaults you would see in the floor olympics. But when I do these, it\'s always in slow motion, like there is no gravity. I can still here the Induction CD in the background, I don\'t loose touch with the sound. I spun myself into a new scene, where it was beautiful outside, I remembering wanting to get out of my room. Once I arrived, I remeber that I couldnt hold on to the visuals, I was waking up.

Additional comments:

<span style="color:darkblue">This is the second time I didnt loose the sound of the CD. This proves to be very affective in holding on to Lucidity from one image to the next. It was unfortunate that I was waking up.

[size=18]Date uknown - Aspects of the OBE


I had this dream a couple years back but thought it would provide some informations regarding Lucids/OBE's. I was in my room falling asleep, when I opened my eyes my room appeared odd at that moment I was lucid. I started spinning above my bed to transform scenes but instead I started spinning but moving upwards towards the ceiling. I went through the ceiling and I saw nothing but black. A few seconds later the black became light and I was on the ceiling of my sisters bedroom (floating above them). I tried whispering to her to she if she would wake up but she didnt respond. I then returned back through the blackness only to wake up. I followed up with my sister the next day to see if she could recall any dreams about me but she didnt. I told her I was floating above your room in a lucid dream.

[size=18]11-28-05 - Giving a Hand!

This was a quick lucid moment this morning but I remember this girl and myself were put on this ride. Some sort of tunnel contraption where you go backwards etc. I don't remember feeling scared but the girl next to me was terrified. She acted like we were being punished or tortured. Well I instantly new that this was a dream and wanted to show her how to get out of the situation. I said "look we can get out of this real easy, this isn't real! Follow me!" So I pulled us out of the pod thing that held us, and grabbed a bar and pulled my self to the platform. She followed me and was very relieved. I said look if this was real could I do this...I jumped in the air and floated at that time I was waking up!

[size=18]Wierd OBE / Lucid - 12/3/05

Well I did everything to prep for this but I guess it may have just happened. Before I bed I took some B6, did a light and sound machine session. Then woke up and started playing my Lucid Induction mp3 around 3 AM(I let it looped until the morning). I felt this dream to be possibly OBE feeling / Lucid. I knew I was dreaming; so immediately I was lucid. I saw myself in the bedroom but I was partially leaving my body as it was sleeping. In the corner of the room there was a mirror (note in this room there was no mirror). In the reflection I could see myself sleeping. What was strange was this window was opening and closing and a painting or artwork looked like it was being picked up by an invisible entity/ghost and hitting me over my body. Although I did not feel this attack. At that moment my body got a huge shock/vibration and a couple of visual images (I dont know what they were) and a bright light flashed and I immediately woke up. It sort of shook me up but I thought it was pretty cool!

Additional Comments:
I could hear the mp3 playing during this dream; I didnt loose contact with the sounds.

[SIZE=2]Dumpster Diving - Completed DEC Advanced Lucid Task!

Well for my lucid task I chose dumpster diving. Santa has elves, he dont need any help - heheh. Well our baby woke us up around 3 for a feeding. So we fed her (put her back to sleep) and I put on my lucid induction mp3 and listened to it for about an hour. I finally knocked back out and in the later morning went lucid. I immediately didnt recognize where I was, I was outside somebody\'s house, whos? I dont know. So I immediately started looking for the dumpster. This whole time I\'m rubbing my hands together so I dont loose the lucidity and some friend (who I didnt recognize) was following me and blabbing about stuff (I wasnt paying attention really). So finally after I go around the outside of the entire house I see the dumpster. I\'m thinking gosh, finally. Seems like it took my mind a while to create it or something. So this thing has like 5 flip top lids I have to get through. When I finally get to the last lid and open it, theres not a bunch of garbage like I expected. I only found a few cleaning products like SHOUT stain remover. I thought it was funny how my mind must have been putting things together, dumpster and cleaning? Hmmmmm. After pulling out a few products I remembered I was supposed to project myself to my friends apartment and describe contents like "real time viewing" So I took and started flying, much later I couldnt find her apartment. Maybe I should have spun there. I always think that if there is astral travel flying seems like the natural way to go.

Later on, I had a false awakening and went lucid again. I was doing tricks for my family in the living room but they werent impressed. I even had Mr. Incredible show up at the door, it just scared my son. Hey I tried to entertain when I have these powers!

[size=18]Dream Characters - 12/19/05

I'm leaving the details of the dream in short but I found out that I was staying at a house that was about to have a big drug deal go down and the police knew about it. Therefore, I realized I woudn't ever be in a situation like this I became lucid. I decided to ask one of my dream characters who they were and what they represented in my sub-concious mind. When I ask my sub-concious mind these sorts of questions I usually get cryptic answers back. This one character said that he "represented my resources!" I'm not quite sure what he meant but I find it interesting.

[size=18]More Flying - The Superman Complex

I was in a dream and noticed the vivid colors while I was going down in glas elevator; similar like the end scene in vanilla sky. Except this elevator had bars. Because the visuals were so vivid and colorful, I realized I was dreaming. I slowed down the elevator with the thought, and with a motion of both hands I separated the bars. I started to float out of the elevator and began slowly floating and flying. I though to trigger the theme from Superman and it begin playing. I tried to play music in mind previously in a lucid but with no success. I'm going to try to continue to use this skill I find it interesting. The next scene I remember doing slow-motion acrobatics in front of some people, I dont know who they were or why they were watching me. (i've done this previously in LDs)

[size=18]My Old House - 01/17/06

Well this was in the late morning but I remember walking down my old street and looking at something that was supposed to be my old house, but it looked completely different. I instantly knew I was dreaming. The blue sky and clouds looked really vibrant which also assisted in my knowing I was dreaming. I approached the house and went inside. Inside it looked a small club or bar. The guy ask me to pay cover and I think I was with someone but I don't remember seeing their face. Then he asked me how much I was going to tip him, being very forceful and perhaps he was going to kick my ass if I didnt pay extra. His other friends got in on it as well.

At this point I believe I woke up but shortly re-entered the dream and was lucid again. I was outside saw the house again but it looked different on the outside. I was running outside and jumping huge fences from house to house then I realized why don't I just fly which I jumped up and started flying for a while. Eventually somehow we ended up in a chase with some people. I was trying to use my mind and create weapons like a gun but I wasnt successfull. Normally in my lucids I make a point to do the rubbing hands technique to keep lucidity but this was the first in a while where I never did which was a bad idea.

[size=18]04/16/06 - Table top Transport

I was in a wierd dream where my friends and I were using a table to somehow teleport (if you will) to different locations. I don't remember exactly why we were doing this but it was of great importance. So we all sit at the table and put our hands flat on the table and all of the sudden you feel your body and the table spinning real fast. After we arrived at this point I knew I was dreaming. I did the reality test and looked at my hand. My fingers were un-even lengths and one was backwards. So now I knew I was dreaming I decided to show off in front of my friends. We were out side waiting (for what I'm not sure) so I sat down indian style and concentrated on levitating. I started to float and my friends noticed and started freaking out. I told them this is a dream, that's how I can do this.

[size=18]New Audio File - Success! 04/29/06

ZenVotex created a file that I requested with his text to speech program. I added some whitenoise and touch of scapes and drones. My 3rd night of testing was a great success. My MAC alarm was set to play the file at 3:00AM. It started playing but I woke and went for a bowl of cereal. After I return back to sleep shortly I had notice in my dream I was sitting in some sort of shopping cart. I heard the voice telling me I am in a dream; I instantly knew I was dreaming. So I had fun with the cart and starting going very fast over hills and eventually started flying it. Well after that I had a false awakening and later dreamed that I helped my friends with some candy that was supposed to help you do reality checks. On the candy they read all the statements that the audio file was saying. This lady was reading them outloud and once again I was lucid. I think at this point I was really on the verge of awake and sleep but I was still dreaming. I looked at my hands and they were almost translucent. The file has a trigger to remember to rub your hands to keep the lucidity and I did. It was really dark in the dream and I was feeling my body go numb and lost control over it which to me was sleep paralysis.

Notes:
I've always had great success with audio files inducing lucid dreams. This is as useful as the light googles. You just have to train yourself to listen to the voice.

[size=18]Audio File Produces WILD - 05/07/06


I setup the MAC alarm to trigger the ZenVortex lucid file (modified) at 3:00 AM due to problems with volume I snoozed it twice (it was kinda loud). After the second snooze though it seemd to trigger a lucid. (A SEX lucid to boot!) After the 2nd snooze I started having a HILD, I imagined I was in bed with a mystery girl; I was feeling her body and we were making out all of the sudden. I knew I was dreaming but I wasnt going to stop this. Shortly after I had a false awakening and I thought I woke up next to my wife. I was still dreaming, the dream later went in different directions and fragmented.

I'll be adjusting that volume tonight for sure!

[size=18]Audio File Produces a Lucid - 05/13/06

I had my alarm trigger the lucid file around 4:00 AM. I let it looped until I woke up. At one point I woke up at least I thought I did at 6:00. I heard the voice telling me I'm dreaming. I didnt think this was true because I was lying in my bed. I had a false awakening, when I put my hands up in the air to look at them, I had missing fingers and my hands were mis-shaped. My view was really cloudy. When I stood up in my room, which no longer looked like my room, I was calling out to try to speak with my deceased father. He didnt answer (that's only happend twice). At that point the dreamed changed, I was outside with 2 other people and we were practing making things move with our minds. I must have had another false awakening because I couldnt do it. The dream continued into a much stranger direction.

I let the audio file run from 4:30 until 6:00. At the very end of the morning before I was going to get up, I saw myself walking in the mall, I noticed my son's mom was walking towards me and I hear the file say "look at your hands to check your reality" so I did and when I moved them they were leaving major tracers and I could swipe one hand right through the other! I was very excited and told my son's mon this is a lucid. Unfortunately it was time to get up and my body knew it.

[size=18]Lucid YOGI Flying - 05/20/06


I had a dream where I was outside with a bunch of people I didnt recognize, it was dark outside. I thought for sure I was dreaming. So to test my reality I though I would show them that I could levitate like David Blane. Well after a couple of tries I wasnt successful. So I still thought I was dreaming so then I showed them I could walk on water. There just happen to be a huge water fountain near by. So, least to say the were impressed. I went back to what ever place I was staying to practice, trying to figure out why I couldnt levitate. So I sat in front of a mirror, sat indian style legs crossed and started to leviate straight up with quite ease. Later on my parents came by and I wanted to show them my new skill. Yogi Flying is really just where the subjects hop up really high with thier legs crossed. Well, I was going to take this to the next level. I showed my parents first I started levitating, then I actually started flying around the room with my legs crossed. They thought it was interesting to say the least. I don't remember when after that when I lost the lucidity.

Hahaha, that was funny. Imagine a person flying around your room cross-legged. Hahaha. Anyways the first thing people want to do is to fly. And the only reason you didn't levitate, was because you had some doubt you could. So next time if you want to accomplish something, do not doubt anything about it.

[size=18]Audio File Produces Lucid Dream within a Dream - 05/24/06

Well this is a wierd thing and I have heard of this before; but let me expain the dream first. I went to a music show with some friends and returned to their house. A friend from came over to keep me company, and I noticed one of my friends trying to go to sleep. In the dream I was playing the Lucid Induction file and I asked him if it was bothering him? He said no. So I was laying there and my friend from work (who is a girl) was laying next to me repeating the mantra thats on the file. (You would think all of these elements would trigger a lucid.) So in the dream I was also wearing light goggles and I fell asleep and heard the cue, so since I realized I was dreaming I sat up and looked at my arms and hands. Well I noticed I was almost completely translucent, I looked like I was a shadow. Now I've heard when people have seen themselves in a dream they are seeing their astral body or something like that. There may be some truth to this, I dunno. Anyway, after that I awoke (in the dream) my friend had to leave. I asked my friend who was laying on the floor if he had a Lucid dream, he said NO. My other friend came home who his baby had an accident (there was baby crap everywhere) nasty. Anyway at that point I woke up for real in my room.

[size=18]Audio File Produces Lucid - 06/03/06

Well I was testing a new file last night and it seemed to be a success. I woke up at 3 AM, took some B6 and ate a bannana. Went back to bed and listen to the new file for one hour but I was still hungry. So I got back up and ate some oatmeal felt better and went back to bed and played the file again. After about another hour and turned it off and went back to sleep.

Both Lucids were from DILD. First thing i notice was my hands they were blurry and scene was blurry too, so I said increase lucidty now several times and the scene started to get clearer and I was feeling like I had more control. I was in a old looking house, very historic but I don't know what it was. A man who seemed french approached me, I wasnt sure who the dream character was and I was going to ask. But he said that I shouldnt be here. Like I had illegally projected somewhere. I said where is here? He said Galveston (which is our Texas beach). Later on I had a non-lucid dream and I was in the same place and I told the tour guide that this was the place, I was here in my dream.

I had several non-lucids but kept trying to go lucid during allot of them. In one I saw a freind from work which I thought was odd at the time. I told him that most likey this was a dream so I got up and started rubbing my hands and saying increase lucidity now. I went outside because it appeared we were in some strange mall or something. Once I got outside I saw some construction workers so I thought i was show off by leviating like Mind Freak or something. It worked and I was doing it but they disregarded it like no big deal.

[size=18]06/12/07 Sex Lucid

Short but sweet Sex lucid to report. I was at someone's house visiting, who I'm not sure. There was a woman there lying on the couch. I didnt know her or my surroundings so I took it that it was a dream. She was pretty cute so I thought I would take her over knowing it was a dream and she wouldnt mind. I went to the couch and we started making out and ended having sex. Although those details aren't clear. I remember we were laying in bed and her family was coming home. It must have been their house so I got dressed and hi-tailed it out of there.
