Hi Everyone!
I have been posting my dreams on an online journal. I will eventually post them all here since i found this site but one at a time.
Things you should know about me to start is that i can't spell and i don't really worry about it so just ignore my mis-spelled words.

So I had a dream last night that i decided i would post first:
It was one of those dreams that seemed to go on forever. I'm mad at myself for not realizing that i was dreaming.
In the dream i was in an underground society. (this is not the first time i have been in an underground shelter in a dream- I had one a long time ago where I was hiding in an underground shelter because the world was going to end)
Side note: I have been reading dream books. In the current book they talk about 'dream guides'. I have realize that i do have a dream guide. She has been in many of my dreams lately. Sometimes she is not in my dreams at all and sometimes she is just in parts of my dreams. Hopefully i can become lucid in one of these dreams and then i can have a conversation with the dream guide about the meaning of the dream. That would be so awesome. I can't even imagine what i would feel like when i wake up.
So anyways- in this dream i was in the underground society or something. I think i got mad or something and i left to go back above ground. I don't even know how it happened but all the sudden i was on the track team or something and i ran the 800 meter dash and came in 6th place. I was really stoked about the race cause it felt good- i forgot to 'check in' after the race with the time keepers or something so then by the time i remembered they said it was too late and that it didn't count anymore. So then this person who i believe to be my dream guide came up from underground and got me to go back. There was some reason that i had to go back, like people were after me or something or maybe people couldn't find out about the underground villiage so they had to keep me there? So we went to the place to go back underground. It was sorta a hidden manhole type thing in the middle of the country and my dream guide took off her coat and set it aside the hole and started to go down. She wanted me to take off my coat and leave it above ground too. I was wearing my big puffy coat and i didn't want to leave it cause i didnt want anyone to take anything i had in my pockets so i was going to go down the hole with the coat on. We had to swim thru some really cold water to get to the underground villiage. I started to swim down and then realized that i would ruin my cell phone if i kept going so i went back to the surface. I don't think i put my phone above the surface but then there was a man trying to chase me or get underground- there were like 3 different 'doors' with locks so he couldn't get down the hole. I think i kept my phone and just risked ruining it while my dream guide told me to stay there and she would go get a bottle with a cork and i could put my phone in it so it wouldn't get wet. So i followed her anyways and she was still looking for a bottle and i didn't say anything for a long time when i realized what she was doing. She seemed to know everything about the villiage and when i asked her questions she had an answer. I was all facinated by the villiage because she was taking me to parts i had not seen. When we were looking for the bottle i found a rack of wetsuits and then wondered why were were swimming in the water in our regular clothes and everything when there were wetsuits- and the water was cold so it would have helped.
I also remember in this dream we were in a tunnel or something going to the village after swimming down the hole and i got trapped in the middle of the water because there was all the sudden a flood or something. My dream guide and someone else was standing on the side like they didn't know what to do. I had my puffy coat on so i think this was right after i swam down there the second time.
I know there was a lot more to the dream that this but it's hard to remember. The most significant part felt like the part where i didnt want to ruin my cell phone.
I have no idea what this dream could mean. I haven't really tried to think about it yet.

So, that was my first journal entry post on the dream forum online journal. I'm sure there will be many more to come.

I was just curious to know what other people thought about the idea of having a 'dream guide'?

I went with this guy i'm seeing... we will just call him A for sake of the story. We went to some college and were walking around- somehow we ended up getting in line to go on a roller coaster. I thought that A would prolly not like roller coasters and i told him we didn't have to go but he insisted that we get in line so we did and he was lagging behind and i ended up losing him. I found my best freind from High school and we were going to go on this roller coaster together. A's dad came up to me from behind and grabbed me by my inner thigh and said 'lets go' and that they were ready to go. My freind was really mad and didn't want me to leave so i was talking to her for a minute before leaving but i had already pretty much missed the boat and couldn't find anyone after i walked out of the line. I don't rember what happened much after that... i remember that i was walking around the town and then i went back to the college and tried to find my car but i couldn't remember where it was cause A parked it. I finally found it and then was driving around. Another one of my freinds called me and said 'you know that A is on his way to rob a bank in Chicago'... i didn't want to admit that i wasn't with him at that exact moment so i said that i was with him and that he wasn't robbing a bank or something- but i knew that he was. So then i went to his house or apartment or something and talked to his roommate... I don't really remember the rest. I just remember a little bit about being at his house.

I've never had a good dream about this guy... and that bothers me.

The only part of the dream i remember was that i was driving to school, parking my car in the usual parking lot- as i was pulling in the spot, my car just died. I tried to start it again but it wouldn't go- i think i ended up pusing it or something. But i remember getting out of the car and the i the two front tires were spare tires and they were both flat so it was really screwing up the axel.

If you haven't noticed by now, a common dream theme of mine is to be driving... almost always i'll be in a car or in a parking lot.

I can't remember most of this dream, but it just came to me that i had this dream while taking a nap earlier. I became lucid in it. I can't remember what triggered to me that i was dreaming but i realized it and acutally stayed in the dream. I can't remeber much of it. I was driving a car (as i frequently am in dreams) and I think i was on a bridge or something and i decided to just veer off of the bridge because i was dreaming and i could fly if i wanted, thus i wouldn't crash. So i was driving the car on top of houses and just going crazy like i was in a video game or something. It was pretty awesome now that i think about it! I love that 'floaty' feeling i get when flying or jumping in a lucid dream.

I haven't been able to remember any of my dreams. It had been finals week and the week before that was 'dead week'- i've been working full time hours on top of all that so my sleep patterns are way off. I am lukcy to sleep more than 4 hours at night.
Hopefully i can get back on track soon.
