My first day of attempting lucid dreaming.

I am off tommorow, and have the opportunity. I have had lucid dreams in the past, but all were complete accidents.

I have always been fascinated by dreams, and have logged them in home journals, and recently, on my blog.

I shall now write them here as well.

Current Time- 04:49
Current Temp- About 50deg F+ ceiling fan
Drowsiness- Slight, with relaxed feel
Current mood- Relaxed, yet eager

I will try to use this format with all of my lucid dreaming attempts.
I will, however, write the contents of my dreams upon my blog. This journal is only for the dreams that I will induce.

But, I will continue to try. It is now 12:46, I awoke at 11:45. At about 05:10, I awoke to my arms convulsing, a total of three times. It was more pronounced that just having them twitch, yet it was not really violent per-se.

I awoke again at 06:22, used the restroom, and went back to sleep. Again, I tried to lucid dream, yet failed.

Tomorrow, I may try again.
