Last night I had some pretty crazy dreams. I started out just listening to a few of the induction mp3s on warpmymind, and after listening 2 different mp3s about purely induction, I was in a daydream like state, while listening to the induction guy I had some not-so-vivid nypnotic imagery of starcraft. I decided to listen to the induction thats is supposed to deepen the trance state, and then listened to the creepy lucid dreaming curse. While listening to them, I eventually noticed the mp3s stopped. I must have fallen asleep or really deep into trance while listening and didn't get out of it. I had lost all concept of time. I felt like he (the guy in the mp3 talking) didn't bring me out of trance and I just wanted to listen to his voice (I could still hear hypnotic sounds of him very vividly), and so after a while, I decided that the guy really did stop talking. So I decided to try to get out of trance myself. When I finally got up and was awake enough to walk over to my clock, it was about 3 hours later that when I started the trance mp3s.
So after that, I decided that was insanely cool, so I listened to the "deeper induction" mp3 and the lucid dream curse again, and decide to just let myself fall asleep. While sleeping I had a very long, vivid dream. Early in the dream all I remember is walking through the forest, and under a house or something. I rememember watching a version of 24, the show, but being performed by the NTAC agents from the 4400. I remember looking at a television and seeing a channel listing with like 100 channels just for 24. Later I remember the creepy girl from The Ring.
I don't remember any false awakenings, but at some point I felt like I was awake (but still asleep at this point) and my uncle and I were talking about the dream we shared together. It was like he and I had the exact same dream and were talking about it like it was a movie. Also while talking to him, I noticed this really oddly shaped table, and couldn't stop looking at it or holding it. It was all irregular and curvy and I had no idea which way it was supposed to go. I remember remembering being lucid during the first part of the dream as my uncle and I were talking about it like it was a shared lucid dream, but I don't remember being lucid, so I think I'll need to work on my dream recall.
So we were talking about the dream, and it was all really confusing, at this point I had flashbacks to earlier parts of the dream, which changed the dream each time, and at one point, in the flashbacks a dream character saw what was about to happen a minute into the future. The dream character was about to turn into the creepy girl from the ring, so the dream went back to right before it happened and did something to avoid it. I really need to start working on my dream recall again as it was much cooler and I forgot lots of interesting parts.

Last night I had a dream and in the dream I was doing some sort of research project or experiment on dreaming, and I was going to sleep and waking up, all in the dream. After waking up from one of the dreams I woke up and looked at my log book and read several of the pages. It all sounded like normal dream research stuff at first, but the later pages got to be about random topics, like TV shows and music bands. (after waking up for real I also noticed that I was reading the log book right to left, which i didnt notice in the dream) At that point I realized I was dreaming, so I woke up from that to look at the "real" log book for the research project and read about a page in that, and then I realized that that must be a dream too since I saw my dad, who in real life lives very far away, so I woke up again for real.
I had this other interesting dream way back in November:
I was dreaming about driving to the SAT tutor. For some reason I was in the middle/back seat of this minivan, which explained why I was such a horrible driver in the dream. Noticing that I was a back-seat driver, I decide it wont hurt to do a reality check. I look and the clock, I think it was 6:10, I look again and it's completely different. At this point I realize I'm in a dream, however I immediately get exciting and stop dreaming. But I'm still lucid at this point. I feel like I'm floating in blackness. It was like swimming but without dense water. But it didn't feel like I was falling either. I do a barrel roll type of movement and just stay in this nice state for a few more seconds. Then I feel myself lying in bed, and the floating sensation fades away.
