Thread: Gyeren's Dreams

Last night, I had a dream, woke up from it, and remembered it in detail. Because I am married and didn't want to wake up my husband, I couldn't write it down at the time. I went back to sleep. When I woke up for the day, I didn't remember anything about it. When the babysitter came over, she mentioned something that reminded me of the dream.

It had something to do with pictures.

I have yet to remember more details about it, but I think it was nature pictures, or people in natural settings.

I've got to figure out something for writing dreams down in the middle of the night.

Last night, all I remember is something about battle plans and strategies. I was either dreaming that I was in command of an army and standing around a table deciding how many of who to send where, or my mind is combining the war game I was playing before bed and part of The Phantom Menace when Amidala was planning the attack on the Palace.

I'm fairly sure that I was dreaming that I was in command though.

I've been able to remember dreams for the last two nights. I wrote down the one from 2 nights ago, but I don't remember it off the top of my head. I'll add it in later.

Last night, there was a 'bad guy' that was after me and another woman. Instead of coming after us himself, he sent two of his underlings to get us. They were smaller than us, like dwarfs or something, but they were just about as fast as us. We decided to split up and try to lose them in the forest. Problem was, there was no big trees in this 'forest'. It was a very green hill area that had some plants, but none really big enough to hide in or behind. The area was beautiful green hilly land, like a park or a garden. I kept running up the hill and back down, trying to keep away from the guy chasing me. I ran down at one point and tried to hide and catch my breath, but there wasn't really anywhere to hide. He found me, and kept chasing me.

I saw a pond with a lot of ducks and a goose or two and got the idea to make the birds mad, and maybe they would slow down the guy chasing me. I did make them mad, and ended out with this guy and the birds chasing me. Every time I saw a duck or goose standing around, I went after it to get it mad in the hopes that it would slow this guy down. After a few times of doing this, I found myself running into a great library. It was a huge hall that was 2 or 3 stories high. The walls were covered with books. The whole thing was mostly browns. There was a rush of hot wind that went past me and I noticed my companion was standing in the hall of books. I saw my companion put up a sort of shield of air or water that swirled around her and I stood next to her to be protected by it as well. When I was under the shield, there was an explosion at the far end of the hall of books, and fire raged through the books and headed for us swiftly. I woke up.

I did notice while it was happening, the chase part of the dream felt like a game of tag. I was a little nervous with the fire in the hall of books, but not outright afraid. I knew I would be safe, though the dream ended before the fire got to me.

Other dreams I had recently but was not able to post are as follows:

There isn't much from 2 nights ago, but I remember something about being in a store like Walmart. But it was smaller than the local one I frequent. I was buying 5 cantalopes, and my sister was trying to get me to go through the self checkout. I was trying to find a regular checkout with a teller because I only had checks. I won the debate, and I think I was eating one of the cantalopes before paying for it. It was a good mellon.


Before I get into the dream from the night before last, I think I need to explain a bit about a group called RAH. It's a place for mentally handicapped adults to get together and have fun supervised activities all the time. My sister-in-law is part of it, and is always going bowling, sometimes on trips, among other things. That said, I'll get to the dream.

I was at the house I grew up in with a group from RAH. It was time for all of them to be taken home, and my mother-in-law was working to get them gathered up and to the rented school bus out front. While she did that, I was putting up a small castle statue away. It had a fantasy look to it and was pastel colors. It was actually two castles. One fit inside the other. I put them together, packaged them up in the styrofoam and in the box. The box was a little big, so I arranged the brown packing paper inside it so it would not be bumped around. I went from the kitchen where I was doing this into the front room and I took a look around to see if anyone was leaving anything. "At least if anyone leaves anything, it won't be very hard to come back and get it." I'd told my mother-in-law. "Not like when we went to Florida."

(I think I added this mention to Florida in my dream because I was on a trip with her, my sis-in-law, my son and husband once. We were driving from Naples to Orlando, and on the way, my husband had left the camera with the traveler's checks in it, at a gas station. We were hours away by the time we realised it. We did contact the station back and they mailed the camera case and all the contents to our home. We sent a check to them to cover the shipping cost. Anyway, back to the dream...)

After not seeing anything that looked like it belonged to someone else, I went to the bus and placed a box on the shelf inside it. Mom-in-law reminded me that we had to get going so we could get the bus back in time. The sky was dark as it was evening and well on the way to night time. I got in the bus behind the wheel. Instead of the door being on the passenger side, it was on the driver side. And instead of a bucket seat, it was more like a bench that hubbie and his sister were sitting on. They were too close, and I told them to give me space, which they did.

As I was getting ready to head out, I felt someone was missing. I heard someone calling to me from outside the bus, and we started rolling (on the wrong side of the road). I stopped the bus and one of my in-laws neighbors was bringing my attention to a boy laying on the lawn near the road. He was of dark skin and hair, and was wearing my 2-year-old's red and yellow coat. I knew his name was Saka (I'd been watching Avatar a lot and that's one of the characters names). The neighbor told me he was sick and needed to be bundled up and get some medicine. Then, the dream ended.

Before that dream, I was relaxing and drifted off a bit. I saw I was driving north along main street of the city I currently live in. There were at least 2 police cars on each side of the road with lights flashing. On the south bound, traffic was backed up terribly, though I did not see why. Before I got to the first light, which is where I turn to get home, I woke up.

I was at a bay of some sort that had a lot of people lining the water on metal stands and on the boardwalk. There was a killer whale that was being released to the wild. I watched as it started swimming towards open water, then, apparently distracted from the crowd and noise, it swam toward one group. It leapt out of the water and grabbed someone, pulling him under the water with it. I was shocked to see that. After a moment, the animal came up and grabbed someone else closer to me. He was also dragged under the water. A few moments later, the animal came up and I knew it was trying to grab my foot. I put a hand out to push it away, and it did back off for a moment. It came at me 3 times, and each time, I pushed it away with my hand.

After the third time, I decided to leave. I turned to the people I was with and told them I would listen to the church meeting in the foyer. Apparently, the bay turned into church. I made my way off the stands and I went to the foyer. There was a young girl standing up on something high. I knew it was not safe for her, and I helped her down.

End of remembered dream.

I do remember that I was afraid, but calm, when the whale was coming after me, if that makes sence. I wasn't terrified. I was able to remember that with sharks, if they get too close, they can be nudged away, and it worked with this killer whale.

I had progress towards lucid dreaming!

Yesturday, my husband was at work, one of my kids was at school, the other was at Grandma's house. I hadn't been feeling well, so I lay down for a nap. As I lay there, I started to dream, in which I saw the screen I look at for my work schedule. I noticed that it showed me having thursday off, as I normally do. I remembered, not specifically the day I do have off this week, just that it is not Thursday like normal. I said in the dream "That's not right!" and I thought to do a reality check (pinching my nose to see if I could breath). Before I could do it, the dream faded and I felt myself laying on the bed, completely relaxed. I knew if I did that reality check, I would have found I was in the real world. When I got up, I checked the clock.

I wanted to post the progress I've been having in my quest for lucid dreaming. When they did release my work schedule for this week, and I saw saturday off, I did several reality checks, because that is very rare that I get that day off, even if I specifically request it. I've done a reality check about every day to make sure it's right that I have saturday off. That really seems to have sunk in.

Perhaps next time, I'll be able to stay asleep when it happens.


I'd also had a dream the night before that happened in which all I remember is the name "Lance" and last night, I had one that had something to do with Halloween. Big suprise there, considering yesturday was Halloween. I've been sick lately and wasn't able to remember anything in detail.

I have the same problem.. turn on the light would wake up my girlfriend, but I also cannot write in the dark.
By the way, I'm ALWAYS too tired and too lazy to wirte anything down. I try to remember keywords and wirte down my dreams later. This works for me, althought I hope my recall will become better soon.

I said in the dream "That's not right!" and I thought to do a reality check (pinching my nose to see if I could breath).[/b]

I had some equivilant expirience. This RC seems to work for me too, but I also woke up instantly.

Thanks. I had two dreams last night, and one was lucid! I'll put in the normal one first.

I was on the Millenium Falcon with Han Solo. We were being chased, and the turbolasers had been disabled. Wires were cut and they were getting no power. I saw Han trying to jurry-rig the wires for the weapon so we could defend ourselves. There were three wires, and he was struggling with it. I offered my help and held the wires together, providing power to the turbolasers. He left me with the wires for a minute, telling me he wanted the turret to charge for an hour. While I held the wires, I used electrical tape to hold one of them next to a book while I still held the other two wires in my hands. Then, I decided to tape the other two to the first one so I didn't have to hold them anymore. When he came back, he started to pull the tape off to do a better quick fix. As the longer piece was pulled off, it tore the book a little, but we didn't care. Then I woke up. This was actually the second dream I had last night. I wanted to get this one out of the way so I could put more effort into posting the other one. It was actually a lucid dream!

I was laying in bed, drifting off with my aromatherapy eye mask on to help me relax. I'd had problems with my eyes staying comfortably closed this last week while I'd been trying to sleep. I was completely aware as images formed and solidified. I'll do my best to describe what I saw.

I was standing on a sort of platform. To my right was something that looked like the outside of a huge grey pipe, like the ones in the game Jedi Knight that held fuel. In three or four places, there was a grey 'arm' that arched over the walkway of the platform, and at each end of the arms, hanging to my left, was some sort of yellow and light grey machinery. Not quite machinery, but it's hard for me to describe exactly what they were. A bit further to the left of those objects was a yellow rail similar to the red rails on the upper levels of a warehouse I worked at. There were at least 3 horizontal bars to help keep people from getting through, and verticle bars every four or five feet or so.

I started walking under the grey arches toward where the walkway of the platform went down as a ramp, and things quickly faded into blackness. I did not want it to end. I knew I was dreaming, and wanted to keep it going. And I was curious as to what I would find in that strange place. I quickly pictured the area I started at, and found myself standing there again, the picture just as clear again. I walked again along the walkway and got a bit further. I saw that as I got away from the arches with the yellow objects at the ends, the walkway narrowed and sloped down. The way it narrowed is the yellow rail just got closer to the edge of the platform. I knew if I got off the walkway, the area would open up more. I went a little further still, and it went black again. Once again, I pictured where I'd started, it came back, and I walked along where I had already been. I got a little further, and saw that where the ramp meets the flat area I was trying to get to, the walkway narrowed to a point where the rail was at the edge of the platform itself, but it was only an inch or so higher than the rest of the ground. It faded again, and this time I was not able to bring it back.

It was so cool to be aware that I was dreaming. I wasn't able to control anything, except bringing it back a couple of times as it started to fade. I'm hopeful that I can make further progress and start to have dream control. :yumdumdoodledum:

Also, the Star Wars dream was great. I also really am into Star Wars, always have. I read in your intro that you are writing your own SW novel--that is really cool. I have been wanting to read mroe SW novels. In fact, earlier this year I bought a lot of about 100 of them off ebay , but I haven't gotten to read that many yet. I have really been wanting to have some Star Wars dreams. I have had a few in my life and they were great, but not many recently.

I think that Star Wars one was brought on because I've been playing Galactic Battlegrounds, and I finally beat a scenario that has Han and Chewie in it. They were fresh on my mind when I went to bed.

Cool to meet another Star Wars nut.

I was trying to get my kids pants on them while we were on a sort of train ride. This ride was taking us through a dinosaur exhibit or something. I managed to get Scott (2 years old) his pants on and the train ride slowed. We were passing anamatronic dinosaurs that were small ones, and Tori (5 years old) correctly identified them as being the species they were. I tried to get his pants on him as the train came to a stop. Ahead was a volcano and I knew there was a spray of water that would go over the train. My sister Deborah was just getting wet from the spray, and I looked back and saw Tori standing still right where the water was. I got him next to me, and he was shivering and crying a bit, as it was cold. He still did not have his pants on. I put him on my lap and wrapped my arms around him to try to warm him up until we could get off the ride. Ahead, the train turned into small boats. The train car that me and Tori was in was getting close to where it would change into the boat and continue as a log ride style ride when I realised there was something more important I had to do.

I woke up and saw that I had a half hour to get myself ready for work and the kids ready for the babysitter. I did make it on time to work, despite leaving later than I'd planned.

It's been a couple of days since I've been able to get on here. I had a couple of dreams, but have been very busy. One of them had something to do with a feather bed that was not laying flat on the bed. I tried to get it fixed so it would be the way it is supposed to, but nothing worked. I also remember a bowl of candy that belonged to my oldest sister. I asked if I could have one, she said I could. I selected a 3 Musketeers, but when I started eating it, it was an ice cream bar, not the candy bar, and it was starting to melt.

I've managed to forget the part of last night's dream that I had remembered. I'll add it in if I do remember it.

Last night, I dreampt I was at someone's house visiting with her. It seemed to be my mother, but was not quite her. She told someone else it was time to go, and I knew, though she did not look it, but she was going to the hospital to have a baby. I asked if there was anything I could help with, and decided to stay with the other kids for her. After she had left, I decided it would be better for me to clean house.

There were actually two houses, both of them large and elegant and close together. A team of cleaners and I got to work on cleaning the first one. I don't remember doing any of the cleaning, but before we started, there was dust everywhere, like the houses had not been lived in for some time, but they were both in great condition. The first one, I remember walking in a large room with beautiful reddish-brown wood floors. The room seemed to be at least 2 stories tall and I don't remember much more about it specifically, but it was beautiful in there.

We went to the other house, which was also beautiful. I remember one room had a wood floor, like the first house, but there was a square pattern on it. As I walked through the second house, I saw something that looked somewhat familiar from another dream I had once. In this dream, I knew I remembered it from a dream. What I saw was a front room with something that I think came down from the ceiling to just below eye level to me. Just below that was a yellow-ish sofa of a sort. It seemed familiar looking through the gap above the sofa and below the other thing. I turned to my right and saw the kitchen that also seemed familiar. I went and got my husband, who was upstairs talking to someone. I told him I needed to show him something, quietly so the other person would not hear, and we went downstairs. I showed him the familiar feeling area.

Shortly after that, the woman came home with the baby. When I held the little girl, I knew she was not a newborn I was expecting her to be. She already had most of the teeth on the bottom jaw, and some on the top. She was not the pink that newborns are, and she had great control over her body. She was more like 6 months old, at least. I was going to ask what her name was, and the dream ended.

I had started posting this, but had computer issues and ended out loosing it.

I remember there was something about 2 pieces of chicken strips and fries, which as my dream went on, I remembered I had forgotten to take them with me, twice.

The main part of my dream I remember is I went to Barnett Elementary, the place I went to elementary school growing up. This school is about 4 blocks away from where I grew up. There are two places where there is a dirt road off the pavement, and following the dirt in both places, you cross a stream and get to a gate that leads to the larger playground of this school. I was standing just outside the gate closer to the school. I knew I had to get across the playground and on the other side, but it was recess time. I didn't dare go into the playground with the kids, for fear of being arrested or something. I also did not want to go back along the dirt road, to the pavement, and around the block to where I needed to go. I remembered that if I followed the stream, I would be able to get around the playground without needing to go all the way to the road. Wearing flip-flops, which I do not own and can't stand to wear normally, I started following the trail beside the stream. I came to a place where the trail went away, and I would have to cross the stream to continue. There were a few places where small stones had nearly created a way across, but I knew that I would either slip or get my feet wet. In the dream, I really did not want to get my feet wet. Seeing no way to continue, I went back to the gate. I watched kids playing on the equiptment, looked across to where I needed to go, and ended out going nowhere.

The end.

There was a group of 'natives' that had been forced from their homes. The leader evacuated the group, but left something behind that he needed to survive. This leader could not go back to get it himself, so I was selected to go back for it. The item was a Diabetic blood sugar monitor. I remember heading through the jungle to where the group had lived, and starting to search a cave, but I was not so much in the jungle as above it, directing the search. I don't think it was found yet at the point I woke up.

I think I've been playing too much Galactic Battlegrounds. The view of the dream was somewhat like the view of the game. Directing everything, but seeing it all from above.

My dream involved a story. There was a lady with chickens in the back yard. To get water for drinking for both herself and the chickens, she had two buckets to bring water in from the tap outside. One bucket was yellow with a heart or star shape on it. The other was red with a chicken shape on it. The yellow one was for the chickens, the red one was for herself.

In my dream, a child had gone to her to help get water. The lady tried to explain to the girl what bucket to use for what, but as the one with the chicken on it was for her and not the chickens, the girl was confused, and was not sure what bucket to use for what.

I was outside watching in the yard and saw a lioness creaping in the yard, heading for the backyard of my house. I was recording her on video, and saw there was also a lion and a bobcat that were also heading to the backyard. I didn't think much of it except that it was cool that those wild animals were in my yard, until I remembered my 2-year-old was in the back yard. A golden retriever or labrador chased away the lions, but when I looked at the bobcat, it appeared to have been chained in my yard. It was going nowhere, at least. My kid was safe and sound. At the end of my dream, I knew that the girl confused at what bucket holds what had come up with her own solution. Though I did not see it, she had put the blood of one of the chickens in the red bucket with the chicken on it.

The night before last, all I remember is a porch swing in front of a cliff that was huge. A man and his grown-up daughter were sitting on the swing, swinging on it. Then, suddenly, they jumped off and went over the cliff. I ran to the edge and looked down. It was very far down, and I think I saw them stunned a bit some distance down, though that part is a bit fuzzy.

Last night was strange. I was walking around a city near where I live, I don't remember what I was doing, but I was wearing absolutely nothing. And I didn't care. I didn't seem to notice there was anything wierd about that. I went to talk to a guy about something, left him, and as I was walking around, I finally did notice I wore nothing. I got a sheet about the size of a large towel and wrapped it around myself for modesty, and I knew I had to get back home to get dressed, but I wasn't really in any hurry to do so.

I was wandering around the campus of a college in the city, and a lot of people were looking at me and talking, but I didn't catch what they were saying. I left there and was wandering the streets. At one point, I came across the railroad tracks that go through this city. I followed the tracks, and they went into a fenced-in area where there were a couple of black-ish color pigs. The tracks stopped at the other side of this pen. To get into this area, I had to climb around a bit over branches and such. It was just as hard work to get out from there.

After that part with the pigs, I was walking alone for a while, and a man came up to me. I know that he wanted to take advantage of me, being only dressed in a sheet. He was saying something, I didn't pay attention to him because he made me uncomfortable. Finally, I just said, without looking at him, "I'm married." He left me to myself.

I found myself back at the home of the guy I spoke with earlier, and he was questioning why I had nothing on earlier. I tried to tell him something, and he just looked at me with a smile. The smile was a joking around, begining to wonder about you type of smile, if you know what I mean. Shortly after, I woke up.

Last night, Unkle from the cartoon Jackie Chan Adventures had been captured by 4 or 5 deamons. He was being kept in a sort of library, and they were demanding for him to do a certain Chi spell for them. He refused, insisting that he needed his book of spells, which was in there somewhere. The deamons got discouraged when Unkle refused to look for the book himself, and they knew it would take forever to find the right book.

Last night, I was at home, getting ready to leave for somewhere. It may have been the home I grew up in, but I'm not entirely sure about that. It was dark, and when I was trying to get the kids to say bye to me, they kept hugging Daddy and saying goodbye to him, though he was staying home with them. I left, and found myself walking along a city road, in the bright daylight. As I was walking down the block, I saw a large building that I could tell had seen better days. For some reason, I knew it was the Orem Tabernacle building (which does not really exist). I will do my best to describe it.

The building was on the corner of the block, with a parking lot about the center of this block. It was a powdery white all over the entire building. The part facing the parking lot is the first section I saw. In the wall there was a doorway with an arch shape to it. It was wide, like double doors, and the door itself was made of verticle wooden planks nailed together with a couple of horizontal planks. The door was rounded at the top and flat on either side and the bottom. There was also a window to the left (when looking at the outside) and a bit higher up. This window was the same shape as the door, but smaller.

I walked around to the right side of the building and looked up. I could tell there was fancy brick work that had been done on it when it was built, but a lot had fallen off. I noticed that some was being kept in place with duct tape that looked worn itself. A voice told me something about the Temple scrollwork not lasting anymore, or something like that. I did see that the building was falling apart, and I thought it would be beautiful if it was restored.

I kept walking along this side, not noticing much more besides the works at the top of the building. Then, I got to a part that looked like someone was inside it. Through a window, I do remember seeing a lot of clothes, like it's a collection for less fortunate, or perhaps a fund raiser yard sale to raise money to preserve the building. I didn't linger any longer there outside the building.

I found myself inside somewhere that was a cluttered mess. I asked someone how long I would need to stay up to wait for 'her' to get home, and my husband answered to the effect that I would need to stay up until 3:00 am. I knew that this was referring to my sister going to night college classes, and according to my husband in the dream, the teachers would do what they need to until 10:00 pm, then the students would stick around until 3 to study.

I saw a bed on the other side of some boxes, and in this bed, my sister slept. The same one I was asking about staying up for her return. I slid over the boxes to the bed, and in it, instead of my sister, was my 5-year-old. He'd dropped his kitty and was asleep. I got kitty back to him. I don't remember anything past that.

It has been a while since I've been able to get on-line, but I have had an interesting dream lately I want to record.

I was outside someone's house in a city. There had been a party at someone's house, but it was moving to a different location. I got in the car, which was our old 1983 Mercury Marquis, and I started to drive. At one moment, it seemed like one or both of my kids were in the back seat, though I did not see them in the dream. I was just aware of them being there. I drove past one road to where there was a stop sign. I stopped, then turned left, which went up a very steep hill. I started driving up the hill and was pushing the car to get to the top.

At one point, the front wheels came off the road and the car started falling backwards. I remembered being in the jeep falling to my 'death' off a mountain in another dream and thought "Not again. Help!" Immediately after thinking that, the car stopped falling backwards, pivoted around on the rear bumper, and landed safely on all four wheels facing down the hill. I breathed a sigh of relief.

First, a little background. My husband and I work at the same place, but on different accounts. He had to come in to work today (New Year's Day) for a full normal shift, where I didn't have to come in until 10 am. I normally come to work at 6:30 am. I live in Utah, and my last surviving grandparent lives in St. George, about 4 hours away from where I live. That said, I will now go into the dream.

In my dream, my husband was allowed to go home from work before I had gone to work myself. We decided to visit my Grandpa for New Years Day, so we got in the car and started driving. The freeway was a bit icy and covered with snow, and when we got to the town of Ephraim, my husband pulled off to a gas station, and I started driving. From the moment I started pulling out, I was having problems controlling the car. The steering wheel was off center a bit, and I was driving on ice. I go to turn back on the road and when it was clear, I pulled out, but instead of going left as I needed to go, I start going right. I twist the wheel around to the left, but realize there is not enough space to get going the right direction. I end out pulling into the parking lot of the business across the street, driving through that for a bit, and then getting on the road and back on the freeway.

Once I get on the freeway, I notice how bad the road is. It is covered with snow and ice so bad, I can hardly tell where the lanes are. Several times, I wander into the other lanes, and I watch the road closely for any sign of the lane lines, rather than watching the road ahead and using that for a guide as I normally would. After a while, I was no longer driving in a car, but was walking with my husband and a dog. I don't remember much about the dog, but it was about the size of a labrador. As I was walking along, other travellers were walking with us, and we chatted a bit. We finally reached the next town and we stopped at a diner. My husband pulled out some food he'd been carrying with him and I asked for another plate and silverware. I got back to the table, and started getting some of the food from my husband for myself. He was talking about continuing to St. George, and I pointed out to him it's a 4 hour drive by car, we would never get there and home by the time it was dark if we walked. He then left to make a call to AAA, which he is a member of. While he was making the call, I realized I was supposed to have been to work a while before. I would have a No call, No show on record, which I have never gotten before.

When I woke up, it took me a while to realize that was a dream, and I still had a few hours until I needed to get up to get ready for work.

Had quite a dream last night. I was driving home and for some reason, I knew there was a specific toy I needed to get for my kindergarten boy. I knew the best place to find this toy would be at WalMart, but I did not want to drive back the mile and a half to get to it, so I went to the Walgreens that is 2 blocks away from home. I was not able to find that toy there, which did not suprise me, and I went to leave. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, there was a guy with a basketball that was running right toward my car. He jumped as if to make a shot, and I drove forward, hitting him on the leg. He fell to the ground, which greatly concerned me. I rolled down the car window and asked if he was okay. After he confirmed that he was, I continued on my way home.

When I pulled onto the road, I saw two bikers in the lane I needed to go straight through the intersection. One was a lady right at the stop line, ready to go as soon as the light changed. The other was a man with a short grey beard that was pointed. He was about 3 car lengths behind the other. I tried to drive past him so I could get in the lane right behind the biker lady, and he challenged my actions of pulling past him. I had left the driver's window down from when I had hit the guy with the ball, and the biker reached into the car a few times and touched me where he should not have. I told him he had no right to do that, and he mocked me.

When the light changed and I could go, I knew this guy was going to follow me. Rather than going right home and risking him getting me as I unlocked the house, I went a block further than I live, and pulled over at someone else's house. I got out of the car and handed the mail to the lady who lived there. I soon discovered this lady was the mother of this biker that was after me, and the biker was right there. He got distracted doing something, and I took the opportunity to try and get away. I saw something that I would be able to crawl under to loose him, but I knew it would be easier for me to ride a bicycle and get away than it would be to run. I had a bike and was trying to push it under this thing in front of me so when I came out the other side, I could hop on and get out of there. But, the bike was stuck and would not go under it. I pushed and struggled, and finally, it was under and so was I. But the biker man saw me and was coming after me.

I shimmied out from under this thing and started running, forgetting about the bike. All I could think to do was to get to the home of my local church leader. I got to his house, and I think I was running through his back yard. He and another man I know were standing outside in the yard. I called out to them, explaining there was a guy after me. At this point, I knew the biker had guns, and had taken part of a yellow funnoodle (floating pool toy) and attached it to the end of each of the two guns to use as silencers. After explaining to the men from my church that I was being chased by a man with guns, I decided to get inside the house. I started to do that, when the biker man stood next to the house and was coming towards me. I knew there was no way I could get inside before he could get to me, so instead I kept the tree in the yard between him and me.

The biker kept trying to shoot me, and I kept getting closer to the tree for protection. I ended out being right next to the tree, trying my best to keep the biker on the other side of it from me so he could not shoot me. Then I see both guns reaching around the tree on either side and one gun is pointing directly at my head. I cringe and duck, not wanting to be shot.

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but suddenly, I'm inside the house of my church leader and he's fixing some food to help me calm down from this experience while waiting for the police to arrive. I think the biker either ran out of ammo, or the two men from my church chased him off, but as I was safely inside the house calming down, my alarm went off and woke me up.

It's been forever since I've been here, but I had a dream the other night I wanted to record.

I was at a church building where there was a double wedding that was taking place. I had my kids with me, but not my husband. We entered the area the wedding was taking place, and my oldest boy started walking toward the front, where the 'wedding people' sat. I called him, and he came back. Then my 3-year-old walked down the center of the room and sat in a chair with the wedding people. I put the baby carrier with my daughter in it down and went after the 3-year-old. I led him by the hand back down the isle to the doors, and my older one walked along an isle along the wall to the left. He got up on the stand and sat down in a chair that was a bit hidden from the congregation. I went to get him back, and one of the brides told me the kids were okay, and we were invited to the wedding dinner after the ceremony. I didn't know any of the people besides my own children.

I went back out of the room, leaving my boys on the stand and my baby near the opposite door of the room. I pulled out my cell phone to call my husband and let him know we were going to be at the wedding supper and not to worry. As I was talking to him, I watched through the door as a man wearing a red shirt and a reddish-brown tie and light brown pants picked up my baby. At first, he was entertaining her, but I was nervous as I watched him. Someone was starting to close the door I stood out of, but I insisted on watching the man with my baby. Then, his expression changed and he went out the opposite door with her.

I pushed my way through the doors and caught up with him. I told him that was my baby and to give her back. He wasn't going to. I gently grabbed her arm and told the man that if he didn't give her back, I would punch him. He still refused, and I started hitting him until he let go of my baby. I, of course, held her close now that I had her back, and after a few seconds, I decided to call 9-1-1 and report an attempted kidnaping so the police could get the guy.

I got through to a 9-1-1 operator immediately, but she could not understand what I was trying to tell her. I kept trying and trying to tell her where I was, and that someone had tried to take my baby, but nothing worked to get her to understand. As I went outside to describe where the church was, there was a lady in a special wheel chair that rolled into a near-by canal. As I was already on the phone with 9-1-1, I told the operator what had just happened, and I ran along the side of the canal with the current. I didn't see the lady in the chair in the water, but I knew she was being carried with the current. I followed it a few blocks away from the church and another lady dove into the canal and brought the first one out. She lay her down on the ground, and I tilted her head to open the airway. I still had 9-1-1 on the phone, and I looked at street signs to find out where I was, but the signs kept changing and it confused me. I finally decided what street numbers to tell the operator, and turned back to where the lady lay, and she was gone.

I woke up shortly after.

Last night, I dreampt I was at my church building. I was in the foyer with my baby, my 2 boys, mom-in-law, sister-in-law, and my husband. We were waiting for someone that did not come. Finally, we decided it was time to go. I grabbed the baby in her carrier and we all went outside facing the west parking lot of the church. In the lot, there were only 2 vehicles I could see. My red van, and a sage green one. My in-laws went to the green one and called me over to it. My sister-in-law got in the back, mom-in-law got behind the wheel. I climbed in the back to get the baby's car seat carrier put in so she would be safe, and my 3-year-old climbed in, waiting to get buckled next to his sister. Before I could get Daisy buckled in, we took off. We were half way home before I did get her in, and I realized we'd left my husband at the church.

When we got home, it was the house I grew up in, which is in the next town over from where the church is, but I knew it was only a few blocks away. My mom and sister waited on the porch to be let in. We all went inside, but it was getting dark and I worried about us having left my husband at Church. I finally decided I was going to drive back and find him. I opened the door, and he was right there, not the least bit upset about us leaving him behind.

I just remembered that after my husband got home, I went to do something in the kitchen, cook something at the stove, and I got talking about how he had been left for safety, we didn't have enough seatbelts for him, and yet, the van took off before everyone was buckled in, which goes completely against safety. My sister-in-law got upset about me talking about it, and started to blow up like she sometimes does, but I tried to ignore it and kept talking about it quietly so she would not be able to hear as well.
