I was dreaming. I hadn't been lucid in quite some time, which was much to my disappointment, because I had been getting better at it.
At any rate, myself and several others were walking through some sort of dungeon scene, being led by someone who said that everything that was happening was in response to something that had happened in the garden of something and something. It was all happening as a defense to sex in the garden of something and something, is what the person leading us said to me.
Once we got to the main cave area of this dungeon, he asked us all to step back while he went forward to do something. He also asked two of us to go up on this platform and retrieve something being guarded by a demented jester looking creature.
At this point, I became lucid.
I stopped everything I was doing and said to myself, "I'm dreaming. I can't be playing this game unless I'm dreaming."
Because I wanted to take in the lucidity in order to nurture it, I stopped participating in what was going on, much to the frustration of the rest of the people there.

I walked up to one of the people and poked him in his chest, asking him, "Hey, am I dreaming?"
He said yes, a little irritated.
I asked another person his name. "Devon." he replied, with the same irritation I had recieved before, as though I were doing something I wasn't supposed to be doing.
When I asked the person who I had asked if I were dreaming for his name, he looked at me sideways, saying, "Tuck, but we're doing something."
Then he hesitated a bit and asked me "Are you Ava?"
After he said that, all of the other people in the room stopped doing what they were doing, and flocked over to me, asking me if I were the new Ava, speaking of her as though they had once belonged to her dream.
I spun around hoping to see Ava, but forgetting to first say to myself that she(?) would be there when I looked.
I found nothing but dizziness, and realizing that I had already gotten more out of the dream than I could have expected, tried, with quite a bit of difficulty, to wake myself up.
I could see my body lying there, but it took a bit of work getting back into it.

So now I have to wonder, is this Ava some sort of dream guide like I've read so much about, the being whose discovery is a milestone in lucid dreaming.
Now I have to find her.

Well, I found her. And her name's not Ava, it's Eva, and she's not a dream guide, she's a real girl in real life. I'm still kind of thrown off about it, but yeah she's this really awesome person that I just happened to meet in one of my classes, and we've been having a blast together pretty much since our first time hanging out. I know that lots of people think that dreams have some prophetic value, and I could always see that as well, but it's never been so blatant. I dreamt that I was supposed to find this girl months before I even knew she existed, and now I'm dreaming about her for completely other reasons.
