The first time I saw a cars headlights reflected in little mirrors on the ceiling, I thought it might be the remdreamers lights, i jumped to see if gravity has the usual effect on me, it didn't. I realised I was dreaming and I jumped around in my room in slow motion, matrix style. And i remembered to look at my hands (read it somewhere), looked very weird, seems to be a good reality check for me. Then i remembered the dreamalarm was on (function of the remdreamer), so started looking for it in the room (I know it's on my face, just didn't think of it then), I lost lucidity and the alarm woke me up.

11-01-2007
Second time (no remdreamer) I was running in a park (I never do this in real life) and noticed some guy following me, i turned around to punch him and suddenly realised i was dreaming, I flew away. Everything got dark, I concentrated to get a new image, got some vague underwaterworld and woke up.

Then for about two months my motivation was less, busy at work, etc etc. By the end of March I decided to make a new effort to get better at LD. Started doing RC's again, started daily dreamjournal again, started using remdreamer again.

02-04-2007
Third time I woke up (false awakening apparently) and put away the remdreamer, I noticed my bed being covered in camouflage, i did a reality check (breathing through my nose while keeping it closed, read it on this site yesterday, apparently it doesn't work for me) but the result was normal, so I wasn't dreaming (I was off course). I heard a buzzing noise, I turned around and saw a camera attached to my bed. I reached for it to see who is watching me (yes, i know camera's don't work that way), i looked into the camera and saw a recording of myself and a tibetan monk in a previous dream that night, weird. I looked at my hands, all blurry, continous variations in number and size of fingers, i was definitely dreaming. The dream alarm woke me up again.


07-04-07
This morning I woke up early and used the remdreamer.
In my dream I entered my living room, everything was very orderly, someone redecorated the place. I thought 'no way' I did the hand RC and knew I was dreaming. I hovered around in my room, did some crazy jumps and started thinking about what to do next.
Then the remdreamers lights signaled me that I was dreaming. I woke up. I looked at my remdreamer and it was severely damaged, wires hanging out of it, one LED not functioning anymore. I was trying to save what was left when the dream alarm woke me up.

Last weekend and this weekend I had a similar sort of LD, not too great, but better then nothing.

22-04-07
I have an appointment at some sort of university about a some sort of request I made there. I drive there in my car, park it in front of a palm tree, I go to the office, talk to the lady, she goes through a stack of papers, finds mine, tells me I have to be at some other place.
So I go back outside, meet some friends, talk about this and that, tell em I have to hurry because I have to be at that other place. Then my remdreamer goes off, but I'm in a hurry, so I just take of the mask (in my dream) and contiue to my car. I notice my car being overgrown with plants, including two little palmtrees on top of my car. I think it's odd, but I'll probably loose them by driving. I open the door and there is a huge iguana behind the steering wheel, I startle and realize I'm dreaming, then the dream starts to fade, I rub hands (first time I tried it), feel a tingling sensation, but wake up anyway.

29-04-07
I'm in a huge sportscomplex, I'm looking for someone. I meet some guy who is going in the opposite direction, he is happy to see me, asks me where the exit is, he looks lost. I continue my search, go through some lockerrooms, pass a bathroom and end up in a strange place with three possible routes, up, down or ahead, I choose to go ahead. It's some sort of maintenance area where you're not supposed to be. It's huge, I walk over wooden boards that are lying on cables, if I fall I will die, some boards are missing, I hear the toilet flushing behind me and someone is coming my way, I wonder who it is. Then I recognize the remdreamers cue and instantly I know I'm dreaming, but the dream starts to fade, I rub hands again and feel a tingling sensation again, but the dream fades and I wake up, but I think it took longer then the last time.

So right now I'm wondering if I should go ahead with the hand rubbing thing, or if I should try something else first (like spinning). But I'm happy that I at least remember to rub hands when the dream fades.

Finally my first LD in May, and quite unexpected. I didn't use the remdreamer, and it didn't happen while sleeping late.
I did do the visualisation meditation I saw on a video on Youtube (the one from saltcube) before going to bed, and I took some lariam the day before.

11-05-07
I'm in a very bright white room, behind a very bright white desk, wearing very bright white clothes.
I'm trying to fill out some sort of immigration form for Iran, but it doesn't really make any sense.
I stop and think...immigration form?...Iran?...wtf?...I'm dreaming!!!!

I do a number of RC's, again the hand RC works perfectly, trying to put my finger through my hand fails repeatedly, the nose plug RC fails repeatedly and actually gives me a runny nose (only in my dream). I get a bit irritated that those RC's don't work while they should. And the runny nose is very annoying, no handkerchief in my dream.

I decide to relax and just pretend I'm an actor (I read it somewhere on this site), I continue filling out the forms while I know it makes no sense whatsoever. I try to remember something I have to do, but I wake up.

Then instantly, while awake, I knew I was going to try spinning, too bad, next time hopefully.
I'm happy my LD is already getting a bit longer, and also that I had one without the remdreamer.

24-06
My best lucid dream so far.
Last week my dreamrecall increased, maybe because I've started using lariam for my trip to Peru.
During the day I drank about a bottle of red wine, before sleep I took 100 mg of B6.
I've been trying WILD for about a month now (so far unsuccesfull, but getting closer every week), so I have been meditating a lot.
I haven't really been doing a lot of RC's during the day since about a week now. (doesn't seem to work for me)
This night I was sleeping outdoors in a tent, a very unrestfull sleep, I kept waking up.
I didn't use the remdreamer.

The dream:
...I'm walking down a street with a friend of mine. The street is under construction, I cross the street and my friend stays on the other side. The sidewalk I am on keeps getting narrower and higher, untill I realise I am on a 30 meter high wall of beer crates. I realise that it's pretty dangerous, so I'm looking for a way down.
Then the wall starts to fall, I look down and see the street, but because the wall I am on is so high, I won't fall on the street, but crash into the buildings on the opposite side.

The lucid part:
Then somehow I suddenly think I might be dreaming. But because of the situation I'm in (still on top of a 30 meter high wall of beer crates that is falling down), I can't do a RC, but I do try to fly away, this doesn't work. So I decide to stay calm and just sit it out.

I crash through the front of the building on the opposite side of the road and fall down to the floor inside. I get up and look at the mess. I know now that I'm dreaming, because I survived it without a scratch. I do a couple of hand RC's in a row while walking outside to the road again.

Outside I try to fly, it works. I fly in a clumsy manner, but i do fly. I keep crashing into buildings, but nothing can hurt me.

I see some al capone style gangsters on a rooftop and decide to try and smite them with lightning. It doesn't work unfortunately, they shoot at me, but can't hurt me.

I remind myself to write all this down as soon as I wake up, because I know I'm in my best LD ever.

Then I think of something I want to try. I want to try meditation in a LD, so I look for a good place, I fly around and see a nice building. I crash into it but do reach the top. I sit down and meditate. As soon as I start, I feel myself waking up.

False awakening, loss of lucidity:
I wake up on top of the building I was on in the dream, I do think it's strange, but don't realise it's a false awakening. I immediately reach for my dreamjournal, on top of my dreamjournal is my remdreamer (like in real life). I take my remdreamer and see it's completely broken, even the microprocessor in the middle is broken in half. I think it must have happened on impact when crashing into those buildings.

The real awakening:
Then I wake up and realise I just had a false awakening after a great lucid dream, so I write everything down.


This was the longest LD I've had so far. I didn't try anything to make it longer (like handrubbing or spinning, which was actually my goal for a next LD).
Good points:
I did stay calm in the beginning (not very easy given the situation I was in).
I looked at my hands a lot, maybe that's what kept me in it for so long, repeating RC's.
I reminded myself to write everything down while still in the dream.
I tried meditation, but I don't think I'll try it again soon in a next LD.
So I my goals for a next LD are the same, but I've definitely gained some valuable dreaming experience.

I haven't posted for a while due to backpacking and a careerchange.
Now I'll post my ld's of the past few months.
Although I was busy with other stuff and didn't pay much attention to LD's, I still had some minor ones and a few good ones.


19-07 and the following two nights a similar experience. I'm sleeping outdoors in Manu national park in Peru, amazon jungle. I take lariam for profylaxis.

I wake up under my bednet because I feel insects crawling over my body, I'm pretty panicked, I know it's most likely a dream caused by lariam, but I really want to wake up anyway and check to be sure there are no insects.


26-07 trekking through the colcha canyon.

I'm with the guy I'm travelling with looking for crabs, fish, lobsters and other seafood between rocks by the see.
Suddenly we hear a strong vibrating noise, we look where it comes from, apparently some big shell floating in the air above some rocks. I know instinctively that it's bad news, but my friend walks over to it.

A book appears out of the shell, my friend takes two traintickets out of the book. We take the train. There are a lot of attractive girls in the train. We sit across an old lady, we're having a conversation and i notice her face changing colors from green to red, depending on emotions. I'm more interested in the girls so I say I have to go to the toilet. I walk to the toilet and meet a girl, I have sex with her in the train.

The train stops at some strange house, some sort of huge mansion in the middle of the jungle. The train leaves and we are being attacked by medieval jungle warriors with warhammers, knives and axes. We fight back, I remember vividly chopping off hands and feet, cracking skulls and more of that stuff. It's constantly running away, turning and fighting. We meet another backpacker in thesame situation, he's been there longer and he can show us what's going on. We follow him to the mansion and climb some sort of scaffolding.

We get higher and higher untill the scaffolding starts to break down, we fall, I look down and see that the mansion is changing shape to catch us. I then realize that this whole mansion is some sort of entity that traps dreamers.


02-08 I sleep in a hotel in Chiclayo after a night of heavy drinking.

I wake up in my hotel room, but i know i'm dreaming, it feels different than other ld's, less clear, but definitely dreaming. I feel horny so i imagine a woman entering the room to clean it or something. She actually enters the room, but she is not my type, and older than i imagined. I 'will' her to change into a more attractive woman, it works. I rip her clothes off, I notice both nipples are pierced, it surprised me, because i didn't specifically want that. But it really doesn't matter much. After i take off her pants, i wake up...damn.


03-08 after a 12 hour bus trip to Chachapoyas on benzodiazepines we arrive at 5 am, we check into a hotel, we know we are leaving for the gocta falls at 8, so we can still get some sleep. (wbtb)

I'm back in the Netherlands at my parents place calling my girlfriend. She is crying because she cheated on me. Before I can react to that i see something moving near the lights. A big moth? A mouse? No, it's a little monkey.
I know I'm dreaming, i do a few hand rc's and think about what to do next. I look outside the window and focus on the details, i'm amazed by the fact that everything is just so real, more real than reality actually. I keep watching the environment for a while before i decide to do something else.
I walk to the tap and throw some water in my face, it feels real and doesn't wake me up.
I walk down the stairs and meet my father, he starts to talk about holes in the garden caused by explosives, i loose lucidity.


01-09 my last day on Crete. Two days before i start my new job.

I'm having a briefing on the first day at my new job, it's a military style briefing, it's weird. The manager is talking about a lot of work and too little people, blahblah, i realize i'm dreaming.
I take a sip of coffee, tastes like real coffee. I think about doing a rc, but what's the point, i know im dreaming.
I walk out of the briefing and go outside, i walk past some old church. I think about flying, but decide to pay attention to my environment. A small dog walks by, i know this might trigger an association with a big dog. I don't want to be attacked by a big dog, so i think about a little puppy. Then i see a little puppy running past me, it worked. But then it keeps on going, 20 or 30 puppys run past me, i think to myself; this is getting ridiculous.
Then i wake up.

30-09
I'm with a friend of mine who i haven't seen in a long while. we are walking towards a trainstation, i notice that i am spitting alot, i have an amazing saliva production, liters of spit per minute. when we arrive at the station we wait for the bus. Suddenly i realize i'm dreaming. My friend looks the same as i know him, i look at myself, my clothes change to the kind of clothes i wore years ago, a time which i associate with that friend. I do the hand rc, lots of fingers, again i think about flying but dont really feel like it, i want to do something different.
So i direct my attention to the surroundings, but it doesn't really work because of the saliva thing. I hear a female voice giving me advice on what i should do about it. I should breath fast, i do it, but it doesn't work, the saliva is choking me, i have to wake up, so i do.

That's it for now. While writing this down i realize that i now have some experience with changing the dream by will. I've also experienced that paying attention to the surroundings helps.
But my ld's are still far too infrequent and too short. So time to spend more time to ld's again.

Hey yoast, long time no see! Welcome back. Sounds like you've been having fun.

I had a great time indeed, i just need to get out of the ordinary life every now and then, one way or another.

Yesterday evenings determination to ld more seems to have paid off. This morning I had two ld's for the first time ever.
I went to bed at 0130, woke up at around 0600 by my own lucid induction thing playing on the citrus alarm clock, took 8 mg of galantamin and meditated myself to sleep.

05-11 first ld:
I get home from doing groceries, i put the bag down next to the door and i hear a strange sound, some sort of animal, i look for it, but then i get this feeling that i might be dreaming, before i can do a rc the dream fades. But i start to spin (first time, amazing sensation) and remind myself that i'm dreaming, some vague pictures appear, a person, a meadow, the sky with stars. I think i can fly to the stars, but it wasn't stabile enough.

I end up on a pirateship that's under attack by the english (red coats). (first time i experience a dream unfolding from nothingness) I hide behind a big couch, but i remind myself that i'm dreaming, so that i can do anything. I consider flying away and do something else, but i decide to join the fight. I take this huge couch i'm hiding under, jump in the air and throw it on a balkony where 5 or 6 english soldiers were on. It crashes down.
I got their attention and they start shooting at me with their ancient guns, i dodge the bullets with ease and take one of those guns (with a bajonet), they gather around me in a circle and send in their best fighter. Some sort of zombie, i stab it numerous times until i finally beat it down with the back of the gun, i look around at the crowd, i see a window, i jump over the crowd out the window. the dream fades again, i spin again, but i wake up.

I'm in bed with my girlfriend, my brother comes in with some strange food for breakfast. False awakening.


About two hours later that same morning i had another lucid dream.

05-11 second ld:
I'm in a conference room at work with one of my patients, i'm typing an email for him, but everything works strange, and it's a lot more complicated than it should be. He gives me some sort of fruit i've never seen before, i like it at first. But when i take the second part of it, it's just disgusting, it's slimy on the outside, with bones on the inside, i throw it away, i get this feeling again that i might be dreaming. I do the hand rc, i'm dreaming!!

I keep doing hand rc's and pay attention to the surroundings throughout this dream.
I walk out of the conference room and find myself in a hospital i had my internships in, strange, but stranger things have happened in dreams, so i just continue walking down the hall. Everything is just so real, i decide that i'm just gonna walk around and keep doing rc's so that this ld lasts longer. I see a door and open it, i walk in, its the men's room, there's no one there, i see myself in the mirror, wearing some sort of grandma pyjama's, strange, i look again, yes strange, but nevermind. So i walk out of the men's room again, back in the same hall of the same hospital, i see some stairs and want to float down instead of walk down, so i float down the stairs just for fun.
Downstairs i arrive in the lobby, it's more like the lobby of a big hotel. I look around, on the farside of the lobby is a bar with some people, to the right of it is a small stage with two performers on it. I walk to the stage. It's some tacky mother and daughter thing, singing covers, i don't want to waste my dreamtime with that. So i go to the bar. I see an attractive girl, i walk up to her and kiss her. She gets mad at me, we talk about it, everything is fine again. We want to get a room, but the dream ends, spinning didn't help.


Evaluation:
The second dream was a lot more real then the first one, but both were great and lasted relatively long. Between both dreams i was awake, i made the intention that i should do lots of rc's and pay lots of attention to surroundings while dreaming to be lucid longer, and it worked.
In the first dream i tried spinning for the first time, it worked too, very easy actually, different then spinning in real life.
I also noticed that all my ld's start with questioning reality, not one has started with a rc, it's just a test to be sure, for me at least. I don't do rc's anymore for almost half a year, and i still have ld's, i do question reality more lately (consciously, not some sort of mental disorder).
I think my next goal will be to find a way to increase the 'clarity of mind' in a lucid dream, because that's key to using all other techniques.

This morning another LD, unfortunately a short one. Yesterday I went partying, smoked some stuff before I went to bed, took 8 mg of galantamind upon first awakening and continued sleeping. I've been using the Lucid Warp program this week, simple but quit good actually.

The dream:
I was walking down a street in some touristic place with my girlfriend. There were a lot of shops selling wedding gowns. Everywhere there were women in wedding gowns. Somehow it turned into a kind of a red light district with prostitutes in wedding gowns. This made my girlfriend feel a bit uncomfortable, so we decided to take a different road.
But this different road was completely deserted and had an eerie feel to it, soon enough there appeared four guy who intended to rob us. So we turned around and went back to the crowded touristic part. But the guys followed us, we started to run. We ran down some stairs and i suddenly realised it was a dream.

I turned around and performed a 'dragon punch' (video game move, street fighter 2), I punched another guy a couple of times in the face and broke the third guys knees. Then i went looking for the fourth guy, but he was nowhere to be found, so i floated up in the air to search for him. I did some RC's and the hand rubbing thing. It felt like there was liquid glue with sand in it between my hands while rubbing. A friend of mine called me with, some questions about a rash on his hands. I lost lucidity while answering him.

A long and vivid dream continued, without lucidity unfortunately, but i did keep my superpowers in it.

I've been using the paradiso program to learn to VILD. Although my LD this morning was not a VILD, it was some sort of WILD I guess. I woke up at around 0800, went to the bathroom, took my 8mg of galantamind, relaxed and thought about LDing. I felt myself floating away, daydreaming about driving my car, then suddenly I realised that it was no longer a daydream, but a real one.

I was driving my car through a city first, later on I was driving in a sort of dune terrain, I crossed a little bridge that was clearly not meant for cars, a bicycle only bridge over a highway. I realised that that's not the sort of thing I would usually do, I thought about it and knew that I was dreaming.

I didn't want a LD driving my car, so I parked it and got out. Once I was out of the car the dream faded, I looked at my hands, everything was dark, but I did see my hands waving in front of my eyes, glowing white, weird, definitely dreaming.
I just waited until a new scenario would form, it did. Some sort of brick wall, very worn, part of a subterranean tunnel system apparently. I was walking in the tunnels with some other guys, on some sort of mission.
I tried some acrobatics and flying kicks in the air just for fun. Then we came near a bend in the tunnel, we heard sounds from beyond, we got ready for a fight. Some big yellow orclike creatures attacked us. I broke some necks and thought about vampirism (watched a vampire movie last night) so I bit an orc in the neck and blood came gushing out. There weren't really that many orcs, so we were done quite quickly. We arrived at a viewpoint, down in the cave below was a great lake, with wooden structures in it, people were running over those structures to medieval diving bells that were lining the structures, they jumped in the water and got away in the diving bells.

Then the dream faded again, I tried to spin, but it didn't work. This LD seemed less real than most LD's. Same as the LD I had about pirates, feels more like a movie or a game or something. But still a lot of fun.

So you like Paradiso eh? I've considered downloading it. Pretty crazy LD - acrobatics, weird-looking hands, etc. It's cool that you got into an orc battle, but practicing your vampirism on them? I wouldn't imagine that their blood is very tasty; I would have chosen a more desirable victim. But hey, that's just me, and that was a unique action to decide to do while lucid.

Hmm, yes, orcs aren't really desirable victims, i actually thought about that in my dream before biting. But then i thought that i might as well just try it since i'm dreaming now and thinking about it.

Yesterday I had another LD.

I was at my work, on the toilet, washing my hands, but somebody hanged all of his laundry out to dry in the toilet at work, 'how strange' i thought.
I walked out into the hall, and it was dark, again i thought 'hmm, that's weird', maybe i'm dreaming.
I did the hand RC (my favorite) but it was too dark to see. I kept wondering if i was dreaming and went to a light spot, the stairway. I did the hand RC and was definitely dreaming.
I jumped down the stairway acrobatically and decided to go outside. There everything looked beautifull, very bright colors, some sort of park, almost like a fantasy or something. I remembered to 'ground myself' in the dream (read it somewhere here) so i looked at the ground, i found some sort of ceramic bottle, I picked it up, looked at it, felt its weight, knocked it, listened to the sound it made (which was an unexpected 'thud') looked around and saw some people. I decided to drop the bottle and go to them. But then i started breathing heavily (i have a cold) and woke up before i actually got to them.

I went to bed at around 2330, woke up at 415, turned on the lights, started mixing my gaba drink, drank it, and went back to bed. I had a couple of vivid non lucid dreams, woke up because i had to go to the bathroom (around 0900), back to bed again. I noticed myself falling asleep, i saw images forming etc, but it didn't last until i was in the dream. But a few moments later i did know i was dreaming.

The dream:
I am sitting in a circus between two of my colleagues, somewhere near the back of the circus. I just know i'm dreaming, so i tell my colleagues 'hey guys i'm dreaming, my body is asleep at home', they say 'really, prove it', so i stand up and fly over the audience, with my arms spread out, i feel like an eagle or something, it goes better than all my previous attempts at flying. I feel euforia kicking in, so i try to ignore it a little, because i'm afraid to wake myself up. I fly over to the stage, there's some sort of act with swinging ropes and different acrobats, it reminds me of 'the flying fellinis' from 'fear and loathing in las vegas'. But this time the baby is real, something goes wrong, i fly over to save the baby, and i see his mother fall to death (no safety net). The curtains fall, i fly back to my seat.

I wake up (false awakening, i loose lucidity), lying in bed with the same two colleageus (this never happens in real life), i start talking about my lucid dream and ask them if they remember. One of them says he dreamt about a forest.

I woke up at around 1130, so i slept a lot, but i did have very little sleep the night before (nightshift, and normal dayjob monday and tuesday). So it maybe just a coincidence, but i'm definitely gonna try gaba again.

Next time i'm lucid i'm gonna have to stop taking my dc's serious, why should i prove to my dc's that i'm dreaming, i should have just realised that they are also part of the dream.

Finally a lucid dream again, after a dry spell of a couple of months due to moving to a new house (stressfull).
Last night i went to bed at around 0100, woke up naturally at about 0830, took one galantamind 8 mg and stayed in bed.
I woke from a long dream with a short lucid part at around 1030.

The dream is really long and detailed, so I'll just write down an abstract.

I was in my parents garden, it was a bit swampy, i was looking for a way to make the garden more dry. I saw two really big snakes, they didn't scare me, but i did go somewhere else.
A friend called me on my cellphone to invite me to some factory hall, they were going to do a play about lord of the rings, he asked me if i wanted to be in it, sure.
I was at the factory, talked to some friends, watched a crappy dutch version of lord of the rings, and then we first had to clean the factory before we could start playing lord of the rings ourselves. There were only two parts left for me to choose from, Gandalf or Gollum. I chose Gandalf, made fun of him, then started cleaning the factory. Lots of converstion and jokes during the cleaning job, but eventually i walked out while carrying some rubbish.
I walked down a sandy path through green fields, with some trees. The path went down a slope, i could ski there on my shoes, it was really fun. Then i heard some voices behind me, some guys were following me and talking about me, they were obviously up to no good. I decided to keep on walking like i hadn't noticed them. The path ended at a gasstation, i hid behind some trashcans, took off my skiing gloves and looked for something i could use as a weapon, i found a two feet metal thing with one pointy end and a grip on the other end. I put my gloves back on, but they had somehow changed into two righthand gloves 'how could this have happened? I just wore them one minute ago and they were fine.'

I thought 'this must be a dream, i'll just take off my gloves, put them back on while expecting 'em to fit just fine'
Wait a minute... i'm dreaming, forget about the gloves. I rubbed my hands together and looked at them, clearly i was dreaming. I decided to start flying, because it's been a long time since i had done that. Then i changed my mind, first i wanted to kick ass. So i went to the guys who were following me, they were just standing there at the gasstation. I walked towards them calmly, jumped in the air and did a spinning kick. The kick pulverized both their heads. Then i turned around and started to fly. It went really slowly, it was more a calm floating through the air, like sitting on a flying carpet, but without the carpet. I thought 'what shall i do with this lucid dream' And decided to do nothing at all, just enjoy the beautifull scenery and float for as long as it lasts.

About ten seconds later my girlfriend got out of bed and woke me up.

I was a bit disappointed (understatement) about the waking up part, but overall i'm really happy with my first lucid in months. I feel like i'm back and i will have a lot more lucids from now on.

Another lucid this morning, a strange one.

...I was explaining some people something about a forklift (i know nothing about forklifts) and they asked me to give them a little demonstration. I knew i was just making things up and that i'd make a fool of myself if i tried to give them a demonstration.
I went to the toilet to come up with something, i suddenly realised i was dreaming, the whole scenario was just too weird. I looked at my hands and they were completely out of proportion.
I felt horny so i tried to summon a girl i know. I expected her to come walking in the men's room and have sex with me. It happened the second i thought about it. It was great, but the dream started to fade halfway, probably due to excitement.
The dream faded everything was black with some strings of colored lights here and there. I didn't feel my body, but more something like a cocoon floating through the blackness. I had a couple of false awakenings in the wrong bed, i kept my awareness of being asleep and dreaming all the time, but i couldn't control anything because there was not much. It was really weird and fun, it lasted for quite some time, then i woke up.

First time summoning a person and an event, i'm amazed at how easy that went. The part afterwards was weird but fun, I think i'm gonna figure out what to do should it happen again.

Hmm, lucky weekend, this morning another lucid, and for the first time ever i rememberd to do the lucid task of the month.

I was with a friend of mine who i haven't seen in a while, we were chasing each other, through streets, over cars, in the forest, finally in a shop. In the shop for some reason we had to walk in a line and do as everybody else. Go up the stairs, go down the stairs backwards, do this, don't do that, etc. Naturally i screwed up and the shop clerk came to me to explain it all again.

While she was talking to me i noticed something funny, i looked closer and noticed that she had no nose. I thought i was dreaming, did the hand rc and wanted to go flying, but the moment i wanted to jump in the air i remembered to do the lucid task of the month. I had to think for a few seconds to remember what it was, and i remembered it was looking in the closet and under your bed. But i was in a shop. So i expected a closet behind me, i turned around and there it was, i looked inside. When i opened the door to the closet it fell off. Inside was nothing special. I turned around and noticed that i was in a bedroom, i looked under the bed, some paper, a plastic ball, again nothing special. So i crawled from under the bed to do something else, but then i woke up.
