Recorded morning of 4/19/07
Moderate night of dreams.. not as much detail as normally remembered, probably due to my son waking me every 30 minutes til about 3:15am complaining about nightmares, ugh!

--I was working at a store in a large mall, the entire mall was closing and all was empty, except my store. It was after 6pm and I was to be closed at 5:30 but had a customer with brown high heeled boots who wouldnt leave. I casually mentioned how I was late meeting my parents and grandparents (who were visiting from out of town and leaving tomorrow) for a concert. They suddenly felt bad for keeping me and left.. without buying anything!! I quickly left and was doing my makeup in the car on the way when my cell phone rang, it was my mother telling me that it was too late for my grandparents and they needed some sleep, but if I was on the way they would still (hit a bump in the road and it made me smudge my eye makeup that I was applying... 'midnight black' mascara) want to meet me for dinner. I agreed and continued to meet them. I parked the car in a large parking lot that was poorly lit and started to walk towards this tall fence that had a black plastic tarp around it, blocking the view inside it. It was a baseball stadium, and there was a small hole in the plastic so I peeked in and saw it FILLED with people and a country singer giving a concert on the field. I looked wayyyyy up into the stands and immediately zoomed in on two people very very high in the seats. It was my parents. My mother was wearing blue jeans and a pink shirt that I own and was sitting close to my dad with her feet out in front of her, crossed at the ankles, her hands tucked together just inside her thighs.. almost like she was chilly or cold and trying to warm them, even though it was a warm night. My dad was sitting next to her, but I dont remember anything about his clothing or positioning. I was suddenly aware that I would have to walk in front of all these people and I was dressed in ratty old grey sweatpants and a tshirt. Very odd clothing for me as I normally dress well. I didn't want to be seen in this and was trying to decide if I wanted to just call her and tell her i wasnt coming, or just walk up there anyway.

My dream shifted to one of my sons (5 yr old) and his friend who were playing in the playground. His friend had a lil crush on me, it was so cute. I tried to play with them in the playground, but his friend kept getting shy and would hide his face. I decided to read instead and I sat on the grass, it was very soft but longer than I would have liked it and for a moment I thought of mowing, but went back to reading. Soon the boys came and sat by me while I read until it was time to go inside. I worried for a minute that I might forget my shoes outside so I put them on my lap.

----then the damn alarm woke me! Have a great day everyone!

Dream starts with me waking at my exhusbands house, he isnt there but there was a note on the door, the note was on two pieces of paper, but not because it was long, but one paper was overlapping another and he wrote big enough that it was on both sheets. The note said "I slept with my arms around you all night. You and the cat have one week to decide if you want to come back, after that I assume you still don't want to be with me anymore." (NO WAY IN HELL!..anyway...) I laughed at the note and took it off the door to put it in the trash, as I did that I decided to have a party in his house so I invited some friends over, male and female. They came over, and one of my friends, Chad, was sitting next to me when the phone rang. It was my ex, asking what was going on over there... I said I was having a party, he wasn't too happy. When he asked about his note, I laughed at him and hung up. Some friends wanted a "tour" of the house so off we went exploring. I found my old wedding dresss, it was hanging on a rack with the back facing out and tucked under. I untucked it and spread it out so my friends could take photos of it. The beads were still on it and it looked gorgeous, some of the beads were catching the light just enough to make them shimmer in blues and oranges, pinks and purples. There was a ruffle around the edge I didn't remember seeing before at first, but the more I looked at it the more familiar it became.


Dream shifted...

I went to a department store, similar to Target or Walmart (is this a nightmare? haha) I was shopping for some random items, including bubble wrap and plastic forks. I saw a few people I knew there and at one point we were giggling and hiding behind a desk in the furniture section. Not sure what we were hiding from but it wasn't serious, just playing around. I went down an isle and the entire right side had people standing on the shelving. All of them facing out, with their hands to the side, eyes open and very very still. THey werent dead, but they were all soft of "standing at attention" as if for sale. I walked by, looking at them as if it were completely normal. When I left the store I got into my car and started to drive out of the parking lot. There was a sign there, promoting some issues with construction sites. The sign said something about how much dust gets blown around and is imparing our vision while we drive. I remember part of it said "Blowing dust from construction floats over 300 & 60 feet, obstructing our view while driving" (Yes it was like that, 300 & 60), as I considered what the sign said, I noticed that I had an attorney in the car with me, who started telling me about a lawsuit against the city for accidents caused by the blowing dust. We drove down the street and went over a hill a little fast, which caused us to be airborn slightly before touching back down with all four tires again. I grinned and said "lets do that again, but higher!" He looked worried, but I saw an oncoming hill and hit the gas hard. We neared the hill then up.. up.. up.. we went. VERY high, just above the first layers of clouds. I remember seeing some of the whispy white puffs of clouds and how small the streets and cars were. The attorney was panicing but I was fine. I was slightly concerned about where to land, but it was more of a 'where should i land' and not a 'how will i land'. We were on our way back down pretty fast, but landed safely. It was fun for me, but not my passenger.

Then... that damn alarm again!~

There was more detail, but some of it has faded from my immediate memory. If more of it returns to me I will add it later, gotta get to work!

Okay.. we are going back in time now. I just read an article on sleepwalking and it definately is something I have much experience at. I haven't done it since I was about 21 or so, but was a regular in that field from about the age 6 til 13, then started to slowly dwindle off of it.

The house I grew up most of my life in, you could walk a circle within it. Start in one room and go all the way around the house, passing directly through my bedroom and also my parents.. the rest of it being hallways or family rooms. One of our family rooms had an old woodburning stove in it. It was an old and rustic looking thing, and it was safely surrounded by bricks about 1 foot around it and filled in with decorative white rocks. My sleepwalking episodes mostly consisted of me getting up and walking around the house, usually 2 or 3 laps of the circle, then crawling back in bed. There were a couple nights that I went to the back door and started unlocking it, which forced my parents to install a deadbolt lock high enough from my reach so I wouldn't take a stroll down the block at 3 am. One night my parents will never forget, was the night of the "burning chickens", as it has been labeled. My mother heard me up for one of my many nighttime strolls and followed me quietly, I was about 7 years old or so. She knew enough to not wake me suddenly so I didn't freak out. She had read to softly talk to me and walk me back to bed without trying to wake me. (This is handy as a couple of MY children have done this a time or two already..ugh, heaven help me!) My mother followed me around the house then was curious when I stopped in front of the woodburning stove. It wasn't warm, nothing was burning inside of it, so she let me continue. I kneeled in front of the stove and started to cry and cry and cry. She came over and asked what was wrong, why was I crying. I proceeded to tell her how the chickens were burning. The chickens were burning and I didn't help them in time and I couldn't help now, it was too late. My mother had no idea what to say so she told me something along the line of how they were okay, and were in my room, waiting for me to come to bed so they could play with me. Not sure how long but she said it took a while to get me to stop crying about the chickens and go back in bed.

Very strange. Anyway.. back to my regularly scheduled dream journal...

I was BUSY last night, lots of dream snippets!

First:
I was selling cookies, similar to girlscout cookies or something, and I had every flavour to sell, except chocolate mint, that was sold in purple boxes. It seemed everyone wanted that one, but I couldn't get it. There was a teacher that knew me and we sat down to talk awhile together. I was telling her about a ladder that I had, and how the sticker on the side of it was peeling off. She seemed interested in it but I was becoming bored with my own conversation (hahaha) so I stood up and left. I returned later all excited because I had chocolate mint cookies to sell! Suddenly people were showing up from no where and ordering the mint cookies, I sold hundreds of boxes.



Second:
I was on a tour of Europe with some friends, and some strangers. There was a couple on the tour who knew or were related to our tourguide, who was an annoyingly arrogant man named Matt. Matt kept taking us places that seemed to give a life lesson, but nothing constructive about the places we were visiting and it was starting to piss me off. He took us to this old building that had a tall chainlink fence around it. We went in and there was a small room all in black. We all sat down and he gave us all a folded brochure (spelling?) that suggested something sexual on the cover. Almost like a sexual "self help" note. It looked familar to me but I didn't open it, I was too upset about missing out on our tour to do this stupid stuff with Matt and the group. I seemed to be the only one realizing that he wasn't giving us a 'tour' at all. He looked at us all and started preaching... "Who is the boss?" Everyone looked down like they didn't know an answer to a 2nd grade question. "Who is the boss? Who is the boss? Who is the boss? Open your paper and see, who is the boss?" He kept repeating. People were frantically looking or giving answers like "the President" or "my manager" or something like that, trying to get the question right. I scowled at Matt and just sat there. He walked over and asked me that damn question again and I just looked at him and said " I AM! And I'm not reading this thing, I want to see landscapes, buildings, history... get us out of here, now!" He smirked at me so I got up and left myself. I walked out of the building and it was daylight.


Third:
I was walking with one of my sons and we had the twins in the strollers. (I'm a single mom with four children, 7 yr old son, 5 yr old son, and twins 3 1/2 yrs old...son/daughter) It was my 5 yr old that was with me and the twins, but in my dream the twins were infants again, crawling age. we were trying to get out of the rain and saw some people going into a door so we followed them. The door lead into a desending wooden stairway that was jammed with people. A human traffic jam! I told my son to get the baby from the stroller and follow me. We unstrapped the twins from the strollers, they were cheap and lightweight strollers, the kind you buy at Walmart for like 10 bucks. We set them on the top step, then my son and I jumped down to the bottom of the steps, over the heads of the people. When we got to the bottom, we opened the bottom stair and out came the twins, they had crawled under the stairs safely down to the bottom. I remember the wooden stair at the bottom had some splinters in it and it bothered my hand when I touched it.

Fourth:
My oldest son and I were staying in an old house. We had just moved in and it needed some work but was in decent shape. It was raining outside but it was a pretty rain and looked purple from the window. It was cold outside so I went up to take a hot shower. When I was done I came out in my dark blue towel and started to do some cleaning, even before I got dressed again. My son walks up and tells me I should get dressed because someone was coming over. I asked who and he said grandma and grandpa were coming. I reminded him that they were not coming because they were at the baseball game (in the rain?) and wouldn't be over for a couple hours or so. A car pulled up and a man walked out and up to my door. He was dressed in all black, but his shoes were brown and I remember thinking how much I hated it when people did that. I never answered the door, even though he knocked for almost 30 minutes.

Then my son woke me up!


Ahh...and as the day progressed today, something triggered a moment of recall from last night. I drove over a bridge here in the city I live in and I had a flood (literally) of recall... In my dreams somewhere last night I was driving over that same bridge and the river beneath was overflowing, and rushing very very fast. I remember the bike trail along the side of the river flooded over and being washed away. Not sure when this was in the midst of all my dreams last night, but it was definately there somewhere.

Rewinding back a couple weeks to a dream I had... normally I wouldn't backtrack like this but this dream is completely messed up and I don't know if it has anything to it or not, but its violence merits it to be recorded none the less.

My dream begins in a mansion or very large house, and it's mine. My boyfriend and I are there and are throwing a dinner party for some friends. All of our friends bring their children over as well, and someone is in charge of watching all our children while we have dinner together. During dinner, three men enter and 'take over' the party. They charge in and start beating and killing a couple of our guests and also some of the children. I grab my boyfriend and we rush off to a store where I am frantically looking for "white quartz". I am looking and asking around in a panic for a white crystal quartz about the size of a quarter but a bit longer. I come across a huge display of it and take some. We race home with the white quartz where the violence is still taking place and I hold it up to them and walk towards them. Almost expecting it to have some sort of power like kyptonite to Superman or something. To my disappointment, it does nothing to the 3 men. So, I pull out a boxcutter/razorblade cutter from my pocket and begin slashing the life from the 3 attackers. The boxcutter is white and some of the paint is scratched off of it, but it is quickly turning red from all the slicing I am doing. I remember taking 5, 10 15 swipes of my blade across their necks and chest. Eventually, I prevail, but not after creating a horrid slasher movie scene in my own hoime.

Not sure what THAT all means, but hey.. there it is.

Another rewind moment. This dream was recorded about a year ago or more. I came across it while looking in my poety file. Yes, I'm twisted, I like it that way. Anyway the dream....



I was at a holiday get together, like Thanksgiving or something. It was being held at a local church basement. My mother came out and informed me that in order to finish making the mashed potatoes, she needed milk and three pieces of string. So, some guy and myself left on the quest for the milk and string. I made a big deal out of the fact that she needed milk. I was perfectly ok with her needing string, but the milk just confused me. So, we get in the car and i look up, and a very dark cloud started to fall over a picnic table. I thought it was a tornado, but it was clearly just some thick clouds in a very narrow funnel like shape. They came down and touched the top of the picnic table, then raised up just a bit. I panicked. I ran around and gathered all the kids that were playing nearby and screamed for everyone to take cover. They all ran to the basement of this church and then i just walked back to the car to get string and milk. Turns out, every business in town was out of milk. So I drive out of town and end up at my own home.


(then my dream shifts)


I decide to go to a nearby town to go swimming in the indoor pool. But, i dont feel like driving, so i walk. 20 miles, one way...I walk. So i get about 30 feet from the door of the swimming pool, when i realize, i dont have my suit with me. Nothing to swim in. Nor do i have on normal shoes. I am wearing ballet slippers, and have just walked 20 miles in them, and it shows. They are kinda ragged and worn from rocks and hard pavement, starting to fall apart. So, i decide to take a walk in the park not too far away since i wont be swimming. I reach the park and am thinking as i walk, thinking how i wish i would have driven here, because these ballet slippers probably wont make it all the way home, and ill be walking barefoot. I see a shortcut and take that, knowing it will bring me through a section of the park that i know well. the spot that i always write in. So im walking through this wooded area, and i look to my left to glance at my writing spot, and i see two semi-trucks and trailers parked, in MY spot, which is impossible, that kind of vehicle wouldnt fit there, but i was upset, and prepared to say something about it. It was then that i noticed the men. There was a mini camp site set up, and there was a pink trailer home there too. All these men, kinda dirty, scruffy men, were there and talking and laughing and drinking themselves silly. So, i figured it best to just keep moving and ignore the truck in my spot, surely it belonged to one of them. I kept walking, focused on the wooden bridge that lead me out of this area of the park. I tried to ignore it, but i could see some of the men approaching me with lewd catcalls. One of them grabbed me, and was rather dirty and drunk, kept asking what i was doing there, and saying things like "you are just asking for it arent you baby? you want this? i bet you do"..and licking my face. I was disgusted with him, and i made a note that his shoes didnt match. I was even more upset about his lack of fashion then his grossly abusive behavior. So i start screaming for help and for someone to call the police. I look up and notice one man, shaking his head in disbelief (sympathetic) and walk into the pink trailer. I point and tell my wannabe-rapist .."look, he is going in to call the police, now let me go!".. and to my amazment, he did! I got up and all but one of the men walked back to the camp. I brushed myself off and looked at the remaining man standing there. He was so young, maybe 19 or so. I walked over to him, he looked sad, like he was crying. I touched his chin and smiled, i said to him.. "Never abuse a female, okay honey?"...he smiled and said ok. Then i kissed his forehead, then turned and started walking back on my way again.


(dream switch again)


I am in a pickup, black. Im riding in the back of it and behind it is a flatbed trailer that we are pulling. I know there is a man driving, but i dont know him. There is a little boy with me, not sure who he is, he is calling me "mom" but he isnt my son. There is another woman sitting with me and the boy in the back of the truck. On the trailer we are pulling with the truck, is about 5 men, all friends or family, not sure. They are sitting on some couch arrangement or something on the trailer. A car behind us turns to the right, which i know is to the North, and this boy says.."where are they going?"..i said they were hungry and getting something to eat. so this boy starts questioning me about where he wants to go get some food,when suddenly the truck completely stops, then starts going backwards...very very fast. The traffic in the other lane is still going fine, but the lane we are in..all the traffic is going backwards. So basically all cars are going in the direction in both lanes. So we are going backwards..so so fast..like 50mph..which isnt normally THAT fast, but going backwards, with a trailer, IS fast! Im holding on for dear life. Finally it stops and i get off to look and see what was going on. I look up and see flashing lights, and firetrucks and police and all kinds of emergency vehicles. Its then that i realize a powerplant or chemical plant or something has caught fire, and they were evacuating the city. Its also at that moment that i realize i had on no pants. So i tell the boy that we cant go eat food, because i have on no pants, and they wont serve me in a restaurant without pants, not to mention, the town is about to blow up. Then some airplanes come over us and drop these plastic tubs nearby, with instructions to clear out any merchandise from the buildings just south of us if we are owners, so we wont lose our inventory in the soon to be blast. Out of the blue, my mother shows up, grabs a tub and says to grab one and follow her to one of the buildings, because stuf from her photography studio is in there and we need to get it out. So i go (without pants)with her and another lady..all the men sit on their asses. We go into this building, that is cold, and plain. Its painted a very pale yellow, almost tan in color actually. nothing on the walls, and little girl toys everywhere. Barbie dolls, clothing ..everything pink and purple...but mostly pink. They are both gathering up things in tubs, and i am grabbing empty hangers. No idea why they are there, but there is hundreds of them and im trying to get them all in these tubs i had with me. We set them just outside the door, and go back in for more stuff. When we come back out, we notice someone running off with a hanger. So looters were obviously about. Then we start dragging these tubs out and to the street, to make our way to the truck...when i realize everyone around me is hispanic. Everyone. Even my mother and this lady helping us. I shake my head because i cant believe i didnt notice it before. And everyone is sitting around like they are waiting for a parade. then in the middle of the street, a podium appears, and a man gets up and starts to make a speech. everyone is cheering and clapping, and one man approaches me to see if i need help, i get offended and tell him off before dragging my tub down the street...


end of dream..i woke up then.

Happy Earth Day All~ Not a very busy night of dreams last night that I can recall, but here they are..

I was calling up my ex to have him meet me on the corner of a field. I called it a field but it was actually an old playground park that I grew up near. The park is called "Four Corner Park", and it is turned so it is like a diamond shape with the residential blocks around it. I asked him to meet me on the East corner and while I waited for him, I noticed the old white house just on the corner of the block just to the North of where I was. It has been home to some kids I knew growing up who were always dirty. Their body, clothes, house...always dirty. I saw my ex appear near the South corner and I waved him over to the East. He came and asked what was the problem. I said there was no problem, I just wanted him to see the inside of my car because it was all cleaned out and neat. I explained that it is in our divorce decree that I show this to him twice a year, and this was one of my times to show him. (In reality, I am the neat one and he is very very messy...so in my dream this kind of upset me that I would have to do something like this.) He said it looked fine and was being all nice to me. Smiling and hardly speaking, just being agreeable and kept looking at me.

Dream shift... was walking down a street and stopped by two men who had webbed fingers. They reminded me that I needed to be at my appointment soon. I had a fishing meeting. I went into the building I was supposed to go to and as I entered it became a huge lake, and I had walked onto a boat. On the boat were two fishing experts. They started talking about different kinds of fish and pointed to a tall tub filled with water. I climbed over and looked down to find two fish, they were sleeping and vertical in the water with their faces pointed up just above the surface. One fish was bright orange like a goldfish and the other was white with a banged up side, like it had fallen or been scraped. Both fish had "lips" that were puckered but very wide. They were both snoring and moaning in their sleep. Their teeth were very small and sharp and filled their mouth. One of the experts was laughing that they had fallen asleep and tapped on their lips softly. I asked if I could touch their lips too... he said no, it was too dangerous.

Then I woke.

Holy Sh*t!!!

Was going through the forum just now... tired as all hell, falling asleep at my keyboard. I had a mini flash in my brain that I was talking to Seeker! Hahahaa!! Like he was right here standing next to me and telling me that I needed to check out 'this' post, or 'that' tut, or 'this persons' profile. OMG, hahaha!! It was too fast to have fallen into REM sleep, so what the hell? Just my mind flipping through things or what? Cheese/n/rice I need some professional help I think! Hahaha...

If you're tired enough sometimes you fall straight into a little dream. It's happened to me many times. So no, I don't think you need professional help... yet. :wink:

Seeker seems to be popping up in a few people's dreams lately. He appeared in one of mine not to long ago too. Im beginning to suspect he's a dream peeper. But shhh... don't tell him I said that. Puhleez dont tell him. :puppydogeyes:

What a disappointing night! My dream recall is complete and utter crap this morning!!! I know I was dreaming because I woke briefly and drifted right back into it. But can I recall a single thought of it? No!!! GROWLSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

April 24th 2007

My dreams last night seemed to stay on focus a bit, but still were a little scattered. My recall wasn't near as good as it normally is, but at least it was better than the complete blank out I had the night prior.

I was in school, elementary school, but an adult. Everyone there was an adult. I was sent down to the office to 'take my medicine', which I was confused about because I am not on any medications. I was sent to the "blue" office. There were 3 offices, one blue, one purple and one white. When I got there, two teachers Mrs S, and Mrs J, were mixing and preparing my meds. It looked to be a cup of crushed vitamins in water, and some floating white powder of some kind. I was very upset about it and I kept asking them WHO told them to give me medicines, WHO set it up for these meds to be brought here for me...etc etc. They kept skirting my questions and not giving me an answer. This of course got me more upset. So I stomped back to my classroom without taking the meds and assuing I was going to be asked to leave, I began saying my goodbye's to my friends. On the way back to the classroom a woman stopped me to tell me she loved my shoes. THey were my new yellow high heel sandals, very cute. Before leaving I took a few moments to say goodbye to my friend "R", and somehow the impression was that he and I were more than friends. When he hugged me I could feel his strength around him, it was a very nice feeling. I went to a smaller room with about 3 other people in it, one of them was a brother of a friend and about 2 years older than i. He told me a bit later in confidence, that I need to grow my nails longer and that I could use a pedicure later in life.

Thats all I remember. :(

Okay, I burned incense last night since I had my first LD during the same environment. I chose Musk, again, it was the same scent as last time, and it worked&#33;&#33; Here we go...

I was dreaming that I was scuba diving with a friend of mine and he insisted we surface but I wanted to go deeper into the water. He said that it was colder and darker as you go deeper and our equipment wasn&#39;t designed for that, then he said he was hungry too and wanted to get some food. I told him that he could get some steak later and he looked at me funny asking how I knew that he wanted steak. I told him I could smell it. (Underwater with scuba gear on?) He tried to resist again but I talked him into going a bit deeper in the water. I said "I wish I had some light", then it got lighter. I paused for a minute, slightly confused and said "or even warmer?" and the water got nice and warm like a bath. At this point I realized I was in a LD&#33;&#33; I yanked off my mask and grabbed my friend by the hand and pulled him lower and lower and lower into the water. We got to the bottom of the ocean and were walking around talking to one another and pointing out things. Mostly me talking and him listening. I took off his mask and told him to breathe and he would be fine. I picked up a bright white starfish and flung it like a frisby, haha, I dont know why but I found that extremely funny... and still do&#33; I asked if he was ready to eat and he said yes, so i walked us to a large rock and as I touched it I turned it into a door and we walked through the rock and into the street of some local restaurant area. I told him we should sit in the middle of the street and eat, so we walked in the middle of the traffic and sat on the pavement. The cement was a bit damp and had a dirty city street look to it. The cars went around us, drove up the side of buildings and went through the shops, over trees.. just to avoid us while we ate. I don&#39;t remember what we ate, because all I can recall is an empty fork, but it was delicious (or I made it delicous). He started asking me if I wanted to catch a movie and I stopped him and said "listen how about we just forget the movie and make out?" (Hahhaa.. get right to the point huh?) He seemed to like that idea so we got up and walked over to some romantic spot on a hill. I had on some really cute jeans and I kicked off my pink wedge shoes so I was barefoot. I don&#39;t remember what he was dressed in (like it matters? *Smirks*) but I know the grass was a bit longer than I would have liked it and it was almost &#39;reaching&#39; alongside his pants as he sat down. There was a sunset and gorgeous oranges/reds/purples in the sky. We got all snuggly and started kissing.. however I was so excited about being in my lucid that I stopped the fun make out session and said "watch this&#33;" and I got up and started walking on my hands upside down, then balancing on my fingertip upside down. I stood up normal again and sat down in front of him and used my finger to draw a circle in the air. The circle left a glowing white/blue ring in the air and I put my hand in the middle and made it grow bigger and bigger and bigger. He asked how I did that and I just laughed.

Not much to report this morning, only a fragment of a dream. I did not get to bed until 2:30am so I didn&#39;t expect much in the way of recall. But here is what I have....

I was with a couple friends. We were all wearing the same shirt, a tshirt with blue numbers on the back. Mine was number 27, the other two were 56, on a friend of mine named Tim and then 21, on a friend named Jessica. I don&#39;t remember much about Jessica other than she had long red hair. Tim was very tall and seemed to be fairly intelligent as I can recall. We weren&#39;t on a team of any kinda that I can remember, so why we had similar shirts on... I don&#39;t know. We sat down near a fountain in a park and I wanted to make a wish so I tried to find a coin in my pockets but did not have any. Jessica just sat there but Tim told me that he had some coins and he pulled a HUGE amount out of his pocket. So much that when I tried to hold it in two hands it spilled over to the ground. I made a wish with one of the coins, but I don&#39;t remember what for...however I remember something to do with the color orange.

Then I woke to the alarm.

April 28th 2007

No dream to post "yesterday" morning. I say yesterday because its the 28th as I type this, but only 1:40 am, so its just barely the 28th&#33; Anyway, no dream to post yesterday as my boyfriend just arrived yesterday and I was so super excited to see him that I barely slept. I haven&#39;t seen him in 3 weeks so... yeah. Anyway, now that he is home for a couple weeks before his next adventure, my dreaming should return when (if&#33;) I sleep.

I have been curious about asking about Dream Guides, but not sure how to phrase it, or even what I want to ask. The thoughts I am having are things like, what is a Dream Guide exactly or are they gender specific? I seem to have a male presence in my dreams 99% of the time. Not always a sexual one (sometimes though&#33;), however when it IS of a sexual nature, its rarely the same guy&#33;&#33; Yikes, I am a slut in my dream state?&#33; Point being... I am wondering if my Dream Guide (if I am even sure what their presence is for) is male, simply because there seems to be a male character in the majority of them that I know and/or trust in my dream. Perhaps they are all my DG but he changes his appearance? *SIGHS*... I dunno. (Gonna post this paragraph in the forum for some feedback I think&#33;)

Anyway, back to my bf and eventually some dreaming&#33;&#33;

Odd dream last night. I was in an airplane, taking a flight to some unknown destination. We were in the air and suddenly the entire plane was filled with potted plants. Some sitting on the floor, others the seats, more hanging from the ceiling. FILLED with green plants. No flowers, just lush green plants. So much so that I had to put my hand up to move leaves from my face. Somehow I knew there was no pilot, even though the plane was still flying in a controlled style. And there were no other passengers on the plane other than myself. I wasnt afraid, I was confused about all the plants.

Thats all I remember. *sighs* I was only asleep for about 2 1/2 hours, so no other dreams are recalled.

April 30th 2007

Very short night of dreaming. I don&#39;t remember it all.. but it had something to do with me being at an old elementary school to do some teaching with a fellow teacher friend of mine. I don&#39;t remember his name but he is very tall. The classroom is inside an oval cement tube. About 6 feet high and about 10 feet wide, so its not a circle, its an oval and it is like an underground tunnel, only it is about 20 feet long/deep. The classroom is inside this concrete tunnel. That is all I remember.


I am getting very disgusted with my lack of recall lately. Kids have me a bit stressed, perhaps that is it. Very annoying and slightly depressing as well. :blue:

A bit more recall last night, which is good considering my 5 yr old pissed me off BIG TIME last night and I was in a horrible mood.

I saw a female using a cool looking pen. It was red and shadowed grey as it was used. It was like nothing I had seen before so I went to the store to buy some. I had two of my sons with me, the 7 and 3 yr old. We went in and I found a package of the pens. They came in many colours and were packed in 25 per bag. I grabbed two bags and stuffed them into my purse quickly. We looked around for a while, then we walked out without paying. The alarms went off, but they were delayed so we were about to the car before the man came out after us. I quickly tossed them under my car, but planted one inside the pocket of my younger son. (Yeah I know&#33; Bad Mommy&#33;) I knew the man and we talked a little bit, then he told me that i needed to come back and go through the cenors again because he thinks they malfunctioned or something. So I took the kids and walked through. Of course my son set it off.. so I checked him and pulled out one of the pens. I sighed and shooked my head, apologizing and saying something about young kids not knowing any better. He laughed and said it was okay and let us go.

dream shift...

I was visiting my friend Shari, who just got a new house. She was giving me the tour of all the rooms. They were set up very charming, but the house was small and kind of trashy none the less. I knew her previous boyfriend had beaten her, which is why she left and got this place. We got to her daughters room and her bed was wooden on the headboard. It had the word &#39;escape&#39; carved on it. It was a little creepy.

I woke up singing the commercial "What you need..when you need it...at Bombgaarssss&#33;" over and over. I don&#39;t have a tv or radio going in my bedroom, and I don&#39;t remember hearing that on the radio yeseterday, so no idea why it popped up in my dreams last night.

Trying to hide from a killer. Another woman and I, in a large house, running from room to room for safety. She was a friend of mine, but I cannot recall her name. She is asian and absolutely beautiful. We were dressed in expensive gowns, as if we were attending a dinner party. I took her to the 'east' side of the homes interior and then upstairs, telling her we would be safe there. She asked how I knew and I said, "its the guest area, and the men's rights not to have people up there." The area had a very warm and comfortable decor. Rich dark wood framing, plush dark colored carpets. Soft lighting bright enough to see clearly but still inviting to relaxation. We walked around a bit and then I heard a noise. I spun around and flung two spinning blades at a very large man who looked very scarey and was holding a gun. Both the blades hit him in the face, digging into his skin just below his eyes. We ran off and never saw him again.

More but my recall is fuzzy.. will go downstairs with paper and try to get it all down.

ANOTHER LUCID!! This makes 3 ! Yeah!!

I was dreaming that I was outside, looking at the night sky. Stars were everywhere. I started to wish on one of them, but half way through my thought process.. I realized it was an airplane. So, I picked another.. and it was ANOTHER damn plane. The more I looked around I noticed they were ALL planes! I reached up and made a swipe at the sky in disgust, but when I did, my hand shoved a section of the sky clean of the planes. I was confused, but thought I might be dreaming, so I did it again and sure enough, I wiped more out just like I was clearing dust off a counter. I was so excited! I started wiping the sky clear of all the planes, then started poking new stars in the sky as replacements. Then I snapped my fingers and they all moved around slowly, then started to become shooting stars one at a time. The sky was black, the starts were silver, but as they shot across the sky they had a purplish and redish glittered tail. I looked at my arms and noticed they were sprinkled with the glitter from the stars. I looked at my feet, and they had glitter on them too, but when I looked back up it was daylight and a big blue sky with a bright orange sun, which I then changed to green. I put my finger on the sun and started moving it from one side to the other of the sky. When I took my finger off, the tip of it was green, even the lil grooves in my fingerprints.


Thats all I can recall right now. :(

Another lucid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was very short, so I must have been too close to actually waking to sustain my dream state. My dream started out with something involving a conversation with my mother. She was standing up against a closet door and talking to me. Something in the room happened, not sure what, a flicker or bursts of light or something very very odd. I said aloud, "thats not possible", then it hit me... maybe I'm dreaming?! So I looked at my mother, who apparently wasn't my mother, even though she looked, talked and acted like her.. anyway, I looked at her and said "if this is real, I wont be able to go through you". I then took my hand, palm down, fingers straight out and pushed it clear through her chest, with my fingetips touching the closet behind her. I got all excied and said "yesssss!!!" then turned around thinking how much I wanted to try flying... then everything got dark and hundreds of stars appeared in the sky, twinkling and shining, and I was pulled out of my lucid and woke up. I was pissed!!!! UGH!!

No lucid last night, but definately one to remember.

I was dreaming that the entire world was stripped of human life. Almost every living human being was wiped out from existance. There were only a few, like about 40, people left alive and I was one of them. We all met up in an old high school classroom. Some of the few left alive with us were 'teachers' of some kind. Not school teachers, but instructors who were able to help us sink into a mental state that allowed us to relive experiences with loved ones who are now dead. So we broke up in groups of like 5 people @ 1 teacher in order to get into our almost dream state of remembering what "life" was like. Each of us had our own experience as we went under for a few minutes. Mine was with my father. I was talking to him and trying to remember what it was like with him alive and in my life. I remember thinking how amazing this ability was. When I came out of that state, I was in my classroom again and this time everyone who survived was there and facing one teacher in the front. This teacher was female, a bit older with an odd look to her that wasn't frightening or gross... just off in some way.

We all listened to her talk, her hair was a silver gray and a strand of it kept falling into her eyes, despite her constant fixing of it. She kept encouraging us to write our feelings, or read, or paint or dance. Something to channel any emotion we had about this experience of being the only humans left on the planet. She brought up another person who was in our class but for some reason went missing that morning. We assumed she was dead, so it was a hard subject. The teacher mentioned something about this girls paintings and how expressive they were. She said that someone should write poetry about them, they were so beauitful. I quietly started to cry and she came over to me, asking what was wrong. I told her I would be honored to write about her paintings, and that I missed her greatly. She smiled and rubbed my back before telling me to look at the doorway. The girl we were talking about walked in the room, carrying a baby with white and pink blankets wrapped around it. I was so happy! The girl walked around the room with the baby and we all clapped for her. She came over to me and hugged me.

Soon after all that we all went for a walk in the school, discussing the issue of being the only humans. We didnt dare go outside, it was too dangerous. All kinds of animals wanted to hurt us. They would see us in the winows of the building and charge the glass. I remember a large animal, almost like a dinosaur charged into the side of the building and we all scattered in fear. I ran and ran from it but it kept up quite well, breaking through walls and doors. I somehow managed to get away and made it back to our classroom.

Two nights ago I lost a friend in a car accident. An accident that happened right in front of me, literally. I am having a hard time with it and cannot sleep. I tried taking some meds to help me sleep last night and it knocked me out completely. Good? Not necessarily. I had a horrible nightmare, filled with disgusting and frightening things... and was unable to shake myself awake from it. It began like this...

I was at a park with my children. My ex husband showed up with his wife. They sat next to me on the grass while the kids played. I began crying and did not know why, then my ex held me and rocked me softly, comforting me. While he did this, his wife sat there about 3 feet away and watched, angrily. Before I knew it, my ex pushed me away and started calling me names. He was calling me a bitch, slut and countless other names that I'm not sure we are allowed to say here. (Odd considering he was the one having an affair during our marriage.) I cried harder and covered my face wishing he would just go away. He hit me in the head and told me to pay attention to him when he was talking to me. I looked up and he was pulling his pants down. He turned and put his ass in my face, told me I was a disgusting person and I deserved this.. then he started shitting all over me, literally taking a crap right in my face. I started to gag and tried to move away, but he then smeared it in my face. When I begged him to stop, he took me and drug me across the grass until we got to something that looked like snow but moved like a river. He stuck my head in and tried to drown me. I fought and fought while he continued to yell and degrade me. I remember struggling and trying to save my life. I don't remember anything after that.

I am sure my emotions are battling things out in my head, hence the horrid dream, but either way, it was terrible.

I haven't been dreaming in a while since my friends death, so last nights dream was quite refreshing...

I was at a hotel and both my parents where there. The hotel room was set up like someones home. Complete with way too many knick-knacks all over the place. It was cluttered with stuff, but homey anyway. I was going to go swimming with some other people I had met at the hotel. The hotel was in a different area than the pool. It was at night and I had to walk about a block in the dark, across some grass and a parking lot to get to it. When I got there we all sat in this wicker type basket, almost like a bucket/basket one gets into when riding an air balloon. There were 4 of us inside of it, 2 men a woman and myself. I did not know who the woman was at all. One of the men I also knew nothing about, but the remaining man I had just met but somehow seemed to know inside and out. We laughed and laughed at random things. Everytime he laughed a little tuff of sandy brown hair on his forehead jiggled and it cracked me up like crazy. His eyes were green, but I remember thinking how pretty they would be if they were blue. We started pretending we were in some 'mission impossible' movie and were trying to be clever. I had on some kind of skirt, it looked like a square dancing skirt, and it was bright red. It had a huge round bottom that was a stiff circle because of a hoop of some sort inserted into the hem on the edge. I looked at him and raised my eyebrows a couple times... then reached down and yanked that hoop from the hem, pulling it out like a sword. We laughed about this forever. So much so that I woke up laughing briefly. Then I drifted back to sleep, and cannot recall anything more. Dangit.

I was dreaming that I was in a room filled with chairs, lots of friends of mine, female. One of my friends, Lisa was sitting near the front of the room. I went to sit by her and then some guy walked in the room and started talking to all of us. We pretty much ignored him. That is when I noticed this guy in the back of the room sitting alone. He was about 6'2" and very handsome with blonde hair. I moved over to talk to him and we hit it off very well. So well... that we decided to get married, the next day. So I went home and started to plan out my next day. I was getting things ready at a friends house and she had to go into a closet to get something. The closet was across a small marshy looking area about 30 feet wide. There was water and mud and all kinds of wet yucky mess to walk through, but she did it. On her way over an animal of some kind came over and watched her. She got to the closet area and hand to lean over and reach inside. When she did, her pants went down and her whole ass was showing. I started to laugh a little, but I laughed harder when the creature smacked her butt and she went tumbling into the closet. I laughed and left. (Nice friend huh? Geeze MD!!) When I got back to the room to meet my groom, he did not show up. The other girls were there again, but he was a no-show. I was slightly angry, but not really. So us girls all left the room and walked across the parking lot to catch a bus. When we got on everything was in a blue light, and the girls all looked at me like they were upset about something. I had no clue what that was about but it made me uncomfortable so I got off the bus at the next stop and walked the rest of the way home.

(Was napping downstairs and snapped right into a dream)

I was driving home in my car and it was night time. I kept seeing cars parked in the middle of the street, so I would move and drive around them. I kept thinking 'this is so strange, why are they parked there?'. Then the tree branches were hanging down low...very low. I was getting annoyed at them and decided to just park my car at the side of the road and walk up to my door instead of try and get in the driveway. When I got out of my car I looked and saw that I was parked about 5 feet from the curb. I got annoyed and said.. "okay, somethings going on here"..then I considered I might be in a LD and so pointed my finger at the car and pulled my finger back...scooting the entire car towards the curb. Yeah!! I then looked around at the dark night, shadows everywhere, low hanging creepy branches and scoffed at the scenery. I closed my eyes and reopened them and it was daytime and all the trees were behaving and didnt have branches hanging in the middle of the road anymore.

I walked up to a house, that didn't look like mine, but I decided WAS mine because I did not feel like walking any further. haha.. I sat on the steps and started singing something by Bon Jovi.. then I woke up.

A bit discouraged with this dream. I had a brief LD last night, early in the night during a nap, which I recorded above, then while I was in, I popped in DV chat for a little bit. Then, while in DV chat, a few of us decided we WOULD have an LD and I was looking forward to it, as well as completing the LD Task for the month as well. However, that did not happen, but this dream did.....

I was with my best friend Wayne, at some show with him. I was wearing a beautiful long red flowing dress. We saw a couple of his friends there as well as my friend Kelly. Kelly and Wayne's friends met and did NOT hit it off well at all. Kelly was a real bitch to them, but Wayne and I tried to stop the situation and ask everyone to meet us for dinner in an hour. Well, all agreed, but then Kelly decides not to go to dinner. She then took me aside to tell me that she feels bad for being mouthy with them and buys them some M&M's. So she does and has me take them to dinner to give them to the couple. When dinner is over, Wayne and I go back to a hotel together. We stay in the same room together, in the same bed together. The hotel is booked full so we are actually sharing it with other people too. We are sharing it with little girl and her mother. The mother is sleeping on a small blue cot at the foot of the bed and the girl is on the bed next to us. We wake in the morning and start laughing and flirting, even kissing a little and necking a little. He is wearing an orange shirt and his skin looks very tan in it, which is odd because in reality he has very pale skin. The little girls mom wakes up and we ignore each other as we get up and start with our morning. Brushing teeth, getting dressed etc. Wayne is still flirty, tickling me as he walks by. I make some funny noise in laughter that sounds funny and I said "I sounded like a teradoctyl!" We both busted out laughing.

My God I've got bad handwriting when I am only half awake!! Had a series of dreams last night. Slipped into an LD briefly, but not long enough to reach my goal...which was the task of the month!! Ugh!! I'll keep trying.

DREAM ONE: I was dreaming that I was in some room with many people listening to a speaker at the front of the room on a small stage. He was talking about something and I had no clue because I was paying zero attention to him. I was sitting next to my ex bf's mother. She had locked her arm with mine and kept smiling at me like we were best friends. Every now and then she would nudge me with a smile and point across the room to her son, my ex bf. He would smile and blush a bit when he saw me looking. I looked at him like "wtf?" then back at her again. She was clearly trying to hook us back up, which was NEVER going to happen. She did this about 4 times.

DREAM TWO: I was ordering a new tire for my sons bike. They only had the size I needed in a white tire, which would look stupid. I kept ordering the one I needed, but the white one kept arriving. I got angry and tried to tell the clerk at the bike store what I wanted, and his face just melted, literally. It slide into a blurr and went down across his blue shirt. At first I was frightened, but then it hit me that there is no way this could be happening... ding! I took the bike tire back and said "this is not white, this is black", and it was. So I walked outside and was swinging the tire in my hand as I walked. I went to cross the street, there were no cars at all and the street was dry. So I took a look around and swung my arms high and jumped in front of me about 5 feet, landing in a huge puddle of water and making a large splash. I was completely dry but the splashing was all over the place. As I splashed I made the water change colors from purple, to blue and pink, then finally I made it change to white. I looked at my bike tire and it was white again. I said "no! no no no no!" and got really angry...then I must have slipped out of my LD because I was back at the bike counter with the white tire again.

DREAM THREE: My foot was caught on a branch on the ground, I was in a hurry and couldn't get it free. I knew I was late and I finally got it free before running off to make my appt. But, I was still late as I ran up to the building.

Has your Mother passed away sence this dream? I know it's a strange question but, I had a dream like that before my mother passed away. It gave me time to enjoy her more before she passed. Maybe that's what your dream was all about. The Children will be there but your mom won't be there forever even if we wish it were so . I hope this didn't upset you to much. My prayers go with you. No dreaming last night. Bf is here and we are leaving for Hawaii tomorrow for a week.. so I am not sleeping AT ALL!! Yeah, because of "that" :oops: but also because I am so excited about the trip. My daughter was crying tonight (she is almost 4 yrs old) saying that she was going to be mad at me if I got on a plane. She said they are dangerous and she didnt want me to get on it and then the plane would crash. I explained to her that I fly all the time and I will be okay this time too. She still got upset with me. Poor thing. :(

Now..back to packing...hmm, skirt, shoes, top, shoes, shorts, shoes, shoes, shoes.....

Wow, I am so far behind on my journal. I was on vacation and recorded some dreams which I will properly post and date later, but for now...here is the lucid I had last night. I was glad to have one as it has been a while since my last one.


July 8th 2007

It was nighttime and I was visiting a man. Not sure what the relationship was, but it seems to be an intimate one and also felt like it was an affair or something improper in some way. Like maybe he was married or we werent supposed to be seen together for some reason. Anyway, I left the business building where we were at to go to my car. I had parked it around the corner in a shadowed area and I had to walk over/through some construction to get to it. It was a little scarey and I was uneasy about it, but then a police officer was patroling the area on foot and asked what I was doing in the construction area at night. I explained that I was taking a short cut to my car and would appreciate it if he assisted me because I was kinda frightened as it was. He agreed and walked me to my car. When I got there I thanked him and he turned to walk away. As I saw him walk away I got into my car, turned it on and started to back up to leave. Thats when someone, a man, popped out from the back seat, pulled a small pocket knife out and slit my throat. Blood started sliding out of the very clean straight cut in my neck. I remember feeling angry about it. I was mad that the police man didnt stay until I safely drove off. I was mad that I had parked in that darkened area. Then it hit me, I was... mad.. and not dead. I quickly pulled my head up and looked behind me at the man and he was gone. I got out of my car and started to walk in the street.. thinking to myself "am I dreaming?" So I started to run then I jumped in the air and started to fly very very fast up into the sky and over the buildings. My feet were hot, and I saw flames coming from the bottom of them. I started to laugh and was flying around the buildings in the area. My cool new form of transportation faded and I started to land on the ground again. I was trying so hard to keep flying, but then I woke up to a thunderstorm as the dream ended.

Thank you for caring so much. Yes this did happen before my mothers death, long before. What ever that thing was It was terrifining and black with no shape and I lelt just evil,pure evil.

I love dreams when you fly. I have had only oneand, I love it. I didn't have all of the creepy stuff going on thank God for that. I hope you get to fly again and. have a nice flight.
