Okay! My dream journal as of the 25th of April.
Well, the past 3 or so weeks I have had a really disrupted sleep schedule and my recall has dropped to nearly 0. When I was getting enough sleep I had awesome recall about 3-5 dreams a night and really vivid. Now, it is the same as when I started. A few dreams a week, low vividness.
So, I guess my LUCID EXPERIENCES: will be in red Although I haven't had many
Although I may not update the journal every day, I will try to include every nights dreams.
Hopefully keeping an online journal as well as a paper one will keep me motivated and also have my dream experiences legible to others. And myself. That's right... all of you who have messy handwriting-me included- know what I'm talking about!
I guess my dj will be boring for a week or two while my dream recall gets up to scratch! I'll try to make it as easy to read as possible. So lots of spaces every couple of sentences.

Feel free to suggest/comment on anything!
25th of April:
Took 50mg of Vit B-6 for the first time. Hoping it'll kick start my recall. Unfortunately the tablets were not solely B6 tablets and although taking two (25mg each) was safe, the tablets were huge and are making me feel slightly queasy.
ETA: It's been two hours since I took the B6 and I feel a bit jittery. Placebo effect??? Anyway, going to bed now. Nighty night!
1. The Train Station
Okay, well I was on a train with my cousin and her mum. It wasn't very busy but for some reason we got separated. I was in my school uniform and we were at familiar station to me when she called out get off at Domain. Domain interchange is a tram stop so I was like wtf? I got off at S.Y. station and jumped on a train to Flinders St. I walked towards Domain but somehow ended up seeing lots of people in school uniform that I knew. They were all apparently going to rehearsal that I was supposed to be at but because it was canceled they were at cafes. I ended up in a Plaza/shopping center and I ran up to a group of my friends.
"Have you seen my cousin?" I said
"Rehearsal was canceled" She says
Oh right. That was useful. The cafe that they were sitting at was this really cute little bakery, but the weird thing was it looked exactly like this shopping center in Japan that they hadn't gone to but I had. It was called Chococro. (Not a real name, a name my mind made up.)

2. Meeting old friends
I was on the train on the way to school, by myself and I got off at Flinders. I saw and heard a group of kids from my old school including this guy that moved interstate last year. I ran up to him.
"OMG hey Ross!!" -me
"Hey, how are you? Long time no see huh." -him
"Yeah I'm fine. Weren't you living in Cairns." -me
"Ah I moved back down because I missed my old school" (Kind of ironic since he hated his old school/my old school)
"Oh right. Anyway it's good to see you"
"You too." -him
...end...
Anyway, I'm not sure if this is a continuation of the old dream or a new dream but since it involves my friend...
So...
3. Metung
I was on our boat, with my Dad and sister. (He's overseas now, how did I not know it was a dream???) It was nighttime and we were anchored in this little bay a few hours sail from the mooring. It was pitch black and I was sitting out in the cockpit when I turned around and saw this smaller dingy being spray painted in the exact same colour scheme as our boat. It was named the Nelan. I tried to talk to the man who was painting it but he had a welding mask on so he didn't reply. I jumped off the boat and again my friend Ross was there. (I had night vision). I remember jumping onto the jetty and then onto this blackish muddy sand which smelt bad. Like really strong seaweed. I had a torch with me and offered to show him my boat. I ran up to this one boat with him, and with a torch, only to realize that it was some random boat. I apologized and he laughed.

4. At SeaWorld
Okay, it was daytime and I was on this amazing tropical island with my mum and my sister. It had white sand and palm trees and the water was clear and aqua. On this island there was a giant SeaWorld type of theme park/aquarium. This blonde tourguide came up to us and offered to show us round. She spoke with an American accent, was shortish and quite pretty. She looked about 20 and was wearing those trademark SeaWorld teal coloured T-Shirts. She showed us round these large pools, some which had dolphins, some which had whales and also one with seals. We seemed to be the only people on the island at that point.
She pointed up to a large cliff about 100 metres up, and we saw a little elevator in the cliff face. At the top of this cliff there was buildings and amazing looking theme park type rides. There was one waterfall type ride which looked about 10 metres across and 40 metres up. It had a waterfall of water cascading down and kids were jumping or boogyboarding off it.
She took us up this elevator to the top of this cliff face. When we faced away from the rides, we looked down to see the edge of the island. I looked over the calm blue ocean and towards the horizan. It was slightly cloudy but the clouds were white and fluffy. When we looked down over the cliff face we saw this huge rectangular pool. It had patterns at the bottom but we could also see these flat shadows swimming all across it. When we asked the tourguide what it was, she explain matter of factly that they were a pool of Towel Sharks (?????)
Anyway, she explained to us that she would leave us now and to have fun. There was a building type of thing with female toilets on one side and male toilets on the other. My sister and I went in to get changed into our bathers. I got changed then ran out to the outside of the male toilets. For some reason mum went in there.
I called out "Mum those are the male toilets you know."
"Oh, oops" She replied.
She came out and we headed over to the themepark.

5. The typically frustrating NEARLY lucid dream
So, I woke up in this dark room. It was dark but it had the window open, curtains billowing and moonlight pouring through slightly illuminating the room on the East side. It was a really small room and to my right there was a bedside table with a lamp and some books. When I looked in front of me, North, there was a desk and wardrobe. Next to the window on the right side of me there was a bookshelf. I got up out of a single bed which was against the wall, West, then looked around. I went back to the bed and fell asleep.
MY FIRST F.A. (as in the first one I can remember. ever. )
So it was the same room (not my room in real life, not a room that I had ever been in as far as I know.) And it was daytime. For some reason I decided to do a R.C. I pinched my nose and started breathing. I could just breath through my nose. I kept trying the same R.C. but was justifying it by saying/thinking to myself that my fingers weren't fully pinching my nose. ( I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I DIDN'T DO ANOTHER R.C. EG FINGER THRU THE HAND.???? the one I always use )
MY SECOND F.A.
All of a sudden I woke up. That's right, a second time. This time I "knew" it was reality and so I didn't do a R.C. My sister came in and I showed her my pinched nose thing. She pinched her nose and told me that everyone could breathe through their nose and that it was nothing special.
..end...
So, the B6 seemed to work really well in increasing my recall. I don't think it increased vividness but it definitely helped my recall especially after a rough patch of remembering nearly zero dreams.
