This Might Seem Out of the Blue

Hello hello. I decided to post my (interesting) dreams online to encourage the development of more interesting dreams. I also like talking about my dreams, so any comments are appreciated. Any lucid dreams I have will be in blue text, nightmares in red, and false awakenings in brown.

      -

Well, to kick things off, I'll post last night's dream:

      6/24/07
My mom drops my friend, Nate, and me off at a super market, Bel-Air I think, to buy some multi-grain bread. While there, Nate and I decide to get some other stuff with our own money. We fill up a thermos with some soup that is for sale and we eat a baguette. I toss the price tag for the baguette in our cart so we can pay for it later. As soon as I do that, the security guard/manager confronts us. He claims that we are stealing food. I try and tell him that we aren't, but he doesn't listen, so Nate and I go off to some other part of the store to get more stuff. We then pick up some bagels that look really good (maple glazed or something). Then, concluding that we have enough, we head to the check out line. When we get there manager is talking with the checker, who appears to be some sort of judge, as well as the highest authority in the super market. The manager claims that we snuck into his house earlier that day and filled up our thermoses with the soup his wife had made for him. The checker asks that we show him the rim (which is detachable) of my thermos. He looks at it for flecks or scratches, but doesn't see any. He then determines that the thermos was made after 9/11 (WTF?) and therefore wasn't stolen. The manager then says we stole the baguette, but I show the checker the price tag and he continues to argue with the manager. While they're arguing I look down at my bagels. There's very small print but I read it. It was a list of ingredients and a picture of the manager with a caption of him saying that he is obsesses with his products' flavors. I go to show this the checker as further proof of the manager's insanity, but I notice the checker is analyzing some other item from my cart and typing in incredibly long, complicated names into the computer, which I take to be the scientific names of ingredients in whatever thing he was scanning. Then I wake up.

Ha, webmaster, I think I might have been.

      6/25/07
Now this was a really cool dream, I took 200 mg of B-6 before having it (around 6 o'clock). I woke up feeling great. I felt energized and renewed.

The dream starts off kinda slow. I'm answering questions that a handfull of kids my age are asking me. I think they might have been from a study guide about Spartans or something. When they finally finish studying I take them outside and we start cutting up large sheets of paper with cards glued on to them. I'm not quite sure why I'm having them do this, but it seems important. We then get in a van and drive to a large open field, with a broken down fence and some remnants of buildings at the other end. We pile out of the van and start running towards the building. I notice many more vans pulling up with teenagers coming out of them. Everyone's runnign towards the ruins at the end of the field. I start tearing down part of the fence so people can get through easier. Once everyone reaches the ruins, I realize why I'm there. I'm the leader of these people and I'm going to lead them in a fight against someone. The dream flashes foward and I'm standing at the head of s small group of men (teenagers) and we're all armed with paper towel tubes and pens. Suddenly I see the advancing army of hundreds of men, simmilarly armed. I start to become nervous, because I know that I don't have enough men with me to hold them back, but I charge forward anyways. Just as we're about to clash, the rest of my men burst from hiding in the ruins and surround and push back the attackers. The dream flashes forward again and my men are milling about the field. We were able to push the attackers back behind the fence, and right now we were at a stand still. I see my troops are somewhat demoralized because we hadn't gained any ground after pushing them past the fence. I decide to rally my troops. When ever I shout something, all of my soldiers shout back. The power and respect I command is exhilerating. The dream flashes forward to a simmilar situation. I start to rally my troops again. This time I really get into it. Towards the end I'm shouting inaudible prases and my men are shouting back just the same. I then wake up feeling absolutely great.

My whole body tingled and I felt rejuvinated.

I won't type up my second dream, but it was very long. Though, that dream left me feeling disoriented and confused when I woke up. It wasn't as pleasant.

WOOOO, first Lucid (not counting when I was really young). It took me a bit of time, but I got there. I'm not sure if I actually took any B-6. My first lucid is on the opposite side of the country (In Miami, w00t)

      6/28/07
I get up in the middle of the night (FA) and decide to take some B-6 because I didn't take any before going to bed. I take just 100 mg when I notice a small table behind be with 2 mp3 players on it. I pick up one and listen to it. Suddenly, music floods in saying, "you're dreaming" in different voices and tones (one is a woman screaming it sounding horrified).I find this rather odd and decide to do a reality check. I do the nose check and I can breath (LD). It took me a moment to realize what that meant. And I thought, "Wow, cool, I'm finally lucid dreaming." I then realized how exhausted I felt and it was really hard to walk and keep my eyes open. I finally gave up and went to sleep/woke up.

WoooooooOo, this is cool, finally lucid. And I almost forgot since I didn't write it down. >.<

Ricky, it's quite possible we had some of those. We made a lot of weapons and armour. I know we had other stuff besides the pens and tubes.

Alright, second lucid dream! This one was really awesome. It happened two nights ago.

I had installed Brain Bullet on my comp and taken 200 mg of B-6 and done some mental repetition before going to sleep (I will have vivid dreams and will realize I am dreaming).

      6/30/07
I wake up in my bed in California (I'm in Miami at the moment) and everything is dark and a little strange and I think I might be dreaming. I decide to do a hand reality check, but when I try to look at my hands, I can't quite focus on them. I realize I'm dreaming. I walk down the hall into my mom's room.

"Mom, you're in a dream, did you know that? You're in my dream!"

"Well of couse, I'd think I would know that."

I grin and walk downstairs to the living room. I notice two overhead lights in the room and decide to turn them on without use of a lightswitch. I shout, "Lights, turn on!" several times but I'm only able to get them to flicker dimly. I look about for something to chanel my power, like a wand or staff, and I notice two lit candles on the ground. I think that by focusing on the candles I'll be able to focus my power. I stare at the candles and pass my hand through them a couple times. Upon looking up I notice that all the lights are on in the house. I feel slightly charged and want to test my abillities. I focus on summoning flame in my hand and after a bit a fireball appears in my hand. For a couple minutes I'm in a black void just throwing the fireball around and practicing summoning it. I then come back to the living room and decide to go upstairs.

When I get upstairs I see Thiago (foreign exchange student) playing with an inflatable beach ball. He tosses it too me and I toss it back. Then my dad comes out of a room and starts complaining that I might mess up the carpet or wake him up again. I simply say "stainless" and "sound proof" to each of his complaints. Each time I said somethign, a little bell chimed signifying that I had succesfully changed my environment.

I then decide that playing with a beach ball is kinda boring and I think that sex might be more intersting, but I hear a very loud buzzing noise and wake up to a mosquito flying around my head.

Man, this is the only dream I've remembered this week, besides the two lucids. Sleeping in Miami has been blackout. >.< I don't even remember much of it at all.

      7/4/07
I'm in San Francisco. I'm up in some sort of ruin area in the headlands. I have to close a door or something. It's around dusk. I have the feeling that this is quite normal and that I've done this several times before (a feeling I associate upon waking up with reocurring dreams). Joe was calling me or talking to me. I then am in a big hurry to beat someone to something or finish something quickly. That's all I remember.

Hey hey, 3rd lucid, I'm on a roll! Didn't do a whole bunch in the dream because I woke up early. Oh, 7/7/07 too! Didn't take any b-6 or melatonin before sleep, just went to bed thinking about having a lucid (pretty much like every night)

      7/7/07
The dream is set sometime in the future. I'm in a rocky sort of mountainous area. The ground and rocks are dry and reddish. There are some sparse trees scattered about. I'm at some sort of tourist attraction where people go to see destroyed areas of pervious humanity. I think that some sort of high power or alien race controlled this because I remember it being very restrictive and controlled and punishments or breaking rules were sever. I want to go on a small train that takes people to a certain ruin, but I don't have the cash, so I seek on and hide while the conductors check tickets. When the train (almost like those tiny kiddy trains. Whoa, now that I think about it, it seems like the trains from the Calla if you've read the Dark Tower series) reached the ruins it zoomed through it really fast like a roller coaster, then stopped so people could get out and look around. I sneak off and wander around the outskirts so as not to get noticed. When I head back to get on the train, I find out that the train has already left! I start to panic a bit now, because I know if I'm cought outside of the train I would probably be help prisoner by whoever controlls the trains. I start running back to the original compound keeping an eye out for the next incoming train so I can duck behind some trees and not be spotted. I suddenly realize I am dreaming. Just then I notice the incoming train. I stop, plant my feet and yell, "Stop!" but nothing happens. I then reinforce to myself that everything is part of my mind and I created it all and yell stop again. It suddenly seems as if time itself stopped. I then remember that looking at your hands and studying them can increase vividness in dreams (I think Billy_bob posted this technique) and I studied my hands, but I felt rushed and didn't really focus on it. I then feel like I have to get back to the compound quickly incase the train starts moving again. I start to walk but then remember the zooming technique where I make everything move quickly towards me. I don't seem to be able to get it to work, but when I start to walk again, it takes only seconds to reach the compound. Shortly thereafter I wake up due to some noises in real life.
