      Post wet?dreamer's Dream Journal - AKA The LOL journal

      Hey guys.

      I thought I'd make an online DJ, because generally I have reasonably humorous dreams(hence the name), and if I make an online DJ and record it every day then hopefully my subconscious will notice that it is important, and start to remember much better.

      Sadly, I have no time now to record last night's dreams, but rest assured, I will record them here!

      I need to get a laptop so I can put it on here straight away in the morning!

      Anyone have an old laptop that knows what the internet is? I might be willing to buy it......

      Well. Adios Amigos!

      Post 7/07/07 - The First Entry!

      Sorry for the delay, but my internet decided to go and have a lie down while I wanted to type my dreams up! I thought about putting them in notepad, but just didn't.

      Key:
      D=One of my best mates.
      DD= The other one.

      Dream Numero Uno - The big sand tower

      Me and my two best friends from school were sitting on this huge tower made out of massive blocks of sand. The tower was standing in the sea, and it was very big. It made me nervous to go near the edge. On one side, it wasn't very steep down, but on the other side it was a sheer drop. I made some comment about preferring the less steep side. Then I slipped off the steeper side, and managed to grab onto the edge.
      For some reason, I thought that not losing my glasses was more important than getting myself up. I was seriously debating asking DD to take my glasses off me so I didn't lose them when I fell, but then D started pulling me up. We were both safely up, and then the sand brick we were on fell off, with me and D still on it. As we were falling, I still felt a need to take my glasses off and pocket them, where they would be safe as my body smashed into the water.

      NB: This tower is really high.
      Also, the aforementioned sand bricks are really big, about 2 metres each way.

      I just want to say, The first dream I had this time will probably only make sense if you have read Lemony Snicket's Series. I have thinking quite a bit about it recently, wondering how the series makes sense, and that probably triggered this dream.

      Count Olaf and the Orphans

      I got on a bus, and it was full of orphans. DD was at the back, so I went there[He is not an orphan, he was just mixing in to be friendly]. He gave me a book. It was a thin paperback, and the cover was coming off. It was a pale pink book. It was about the orphans, and although I can't remember any of the words, I think it was part of the Snicket Series. It seemed to be the answer to all the mysteries throughout the series.
      The orphans all got out, on the corner near to Patria's [A corner shop near my school], and they all went into a house. I went in too, and it turned out to be their new home. It was next to some secret place where Count Olaf [The evil guy from the books] didn't want them to go.
      Then I was in Olaf's house, and it was nice. Then someone told him that he had just relocated the orphans next to the answer to the secret, and he had a heart attack. I laughed.

      The buses

      I needed to catch a bus, so I stood at the stop.My private school bus [a blue thomsonfly one] came along, and Terry [the driver] was driving it. I had to get it (for some reason?) so I ran across the road, nearly getting killed twice. I just made it, but then a guy in a car beckoned to me out of his window. The bus was right there, so I put my hand up and Terry, to ask him to wait. I went over to the car, and the guy said to me in a stern voice, "That was silly" (about the crossing the road business) and he was serious about it. I walked back to the bus. But he drove off. I think this was his idea of punishment for being dangerous in the road. Somehow, I asked him what bus it was, and he said it was the 22. So I laughed at him, because that wasn't my bus, but he thought he was punishing me by making me miss it. I walked back to the stop, and I asked the people there if the 34 had gone. They said it had, and it had somehow gone while I was laughing at and talking to Terry.

      I feel that that dream has a few morals, and is almost a modern Aesop's Fable. Everyone is punished for their silliness (well, mostly me)

      The naming of Woodlands (The School)

      Uh oh I really have to go. I will finish this another time.

      Bye

      I have decided to take a break from this online DJ as I cannot remember a single dream (except the few mentioned) since I have started. My recall is usually better than this.
