I tried for a MILD. I didn't wake, and when I woke up I was so incredibly sick I couldn't remember anything. I'm pretty sure with my clogged sinuses my sleep apnea machine didn't work thus I never achieved the REM sleep stage.

Unfortunatly my first few days trying this I fell quite ill, which I imagine brought great suffering to my sleep patterns.

I forgot to a MILD attempt but I did wake up and remember to immediately try and recall my dreams. No such luck, my mind was blank. I felt I had a full sleep cycle last night.

I woke up this morning, still slightly sick but well enough to go to work. I did not think about waking up after dreams however when I did wake up in the morning I groggly tried to recall what I dreamt. I couldn't recall specifics but I did recall having dreams and their abstracts. I think that's somewhat of an improvement! I felt I had a full sleep cycle last night.

I was walking on the catwalk of a billboard. Apparently a new law was passed that any designer that creates a billboard must now install it him/herself. I blinked and I was in a large oversized bed with a red plaid comforter (this was not my bedroom). There was a commercial for a 70's compilation album playing overhead. It was the end of a Elton John song, and then it played some Fleetwood Mac. I woke up. I feel like I had a full sleep cycle.

I was at some sort of Wal-mart or grocery store. It was very, very large with bright white lights. I was playing with a remote control car waiting for someone to get off work. I left with that person trailing behind. I still don't know who it was at this point.

I walked through the shrubs and out of the parking lot, jumped down the side of a little hill and looked at the adjoining strip mall. Second from the first building on the left was a men's sports bar of some sort. It had a large 44+ only sign and two months. I assume were some sort of rotating indicator of the current birthday month? The months were "july - august". The outside of the building was 2 panels of glass which I saw some people just get seated, then two doors covered from top to bottom with a complementary (red/blue) colour scheme fill of portraits of people I'm sure were famous but I did not recognize. We were not 44+, but we went in anyway.

They sat us at a table behind the people we just saw seated in the window. I say with my backs to them, J to on the other side. J was the other person. Two guys came in wearing only toilet paper and looking somewhat drunk. They were seated in the last open window seat behind J. after awhile one turned and asked "so how old are you guys" before I could answer J yelped "21!" they laughed. The waitress came by and they whispered something to her. She announced they would be buying a round of a specific type of beer for everyone. I'm not sure what type. I don't like beer and I made a face at J. I imagined the taste and got a little nauseous. I got up and walked over to the bar, just then music started playing and the two guys that were behind us were now on stage dancing. It was quite gross and we left.

Instantly we were at home. Private Note #1

Instantly again we were at Walmart (different than before) and I was shopping for a gift for someone graduating. For some reason we were getting colour pencils and things like that... I woke up.

I purchased an old AT&T work van and decided to really get it fixed up. I went to the auto shop outside the mall where I worked. I don't really work in a mall, but in my dream I did.

I asked for them to "do everything" and they went way over the top. They gave it a custom body and painted the whole thing a colour-changing purple/green. They decked out the interior with electronics and new materials. On the roof they added a swing set, a vacuum cleaner and something else I can't remember.

I spoke with the guy to about what they did. The The bill was $2,993.34. I had them remove all of the stuff from the roof but keep the rest even though I would have to spend $49.99 to patch the holes from where the mounting brackets were installed. He said fine but I would have to pay them before they closed at midnight or they would keep the van 'till Monday.

I ran back to my workplace where they were having a mini-party, it was new years eve. I grabbed my phone (which I left at work for some reason) and looked at the time, it was 11:45pm.

I became partially lucid for some reason, most likely because the whole place was just so bizarre. I knew I was dreaming. In retrospect, I should have done an RC here.. I decided to call J and the phone instead teleported me back to the auto shop. So much for LDing tonight ha. I didn't make it in time but they took the swing set off anyway. I went to get in the car.

I was too tired in the beginning to try for a MILD (yes, so tired I couldn't lay there and think!), but I do think I had a full sleep cycle.

Back in highschool, but now I was working there. Lady took me on a tour of the adjoining stripmall. Tanya & Matt's ice cream. Then I was a cop, but I could get the handcuffs to work, and they were really thin. Had an off latch. Paddy wagon was more of a horse trailer...

I tried for a MILD tonight...

I was at the pool at the Hyatt Grand Cypress, there were many complex caves not like any I have been to before in RL I was exploring. I jumped down a small waterfall and went to exit the pool but the ladder had an out of order sign.

I climbed over the wall and bumped into a little girl speaking gibberish and I just nodded and walked by. I bumped into a Mafia member who gave me a stack of cash and said "see you in the finance office" and he ran off. I had no idea what to do.

I went into the hotel and found the finance office on the 4th floor, awkwardly holding the cash alot of people were looking at me. He said first thing is you need to get rid of that filthy dough, go hide it somewhere.

I had no idea what to do, so I went to the small in-hotel bank and spoke with an elderly teller. She wouldn't let me open any account with the money that I could close just as fast so I put it in my personal checking account and was careful to write down the exact amount.

I returned to the finance office and for some reason I couldn't understand the mafia boss, I was scared crapless. After him explaining it over and over at least 10 times I got it. At 2:30pm the next day I was to drop the black bag containing $2,750.00 of the original $5,336.62 into the first *regular* emphasis on regular for some reason stall of the men's restroom on the floor which is the cartoon network floor. Then I was to take the service elevator to the bottom floor and leave. They would contact me with instructions on the rest of the money, at least I hoped they would anyway. I hate having money I can't control in my account. He gave me a long automatic rifle of some sort, which I will try and find a photo of later.

I franticly ran around the hotel looking for the "cartoon network floor", including getting on some of the main elevators which were more like huts with a twine robe hoisting them back and forth. I had to jump at least 4ft. from the elevator to the floor I wanted to get off.

I went into the emergency stairs and used them to go as high as I could (2nd from top, top floor was locked.) I got out and I asked passer by if they knew where the cartoon network floor was. Just then from a loft above a woman and a man employee from the hotel said "Oh yeah, Mr. name I forgot said you would be coming. Here, take these keys!" and they threw me two cards.

I woke up. and went back to sleep.

Can't recall what happened in the second mini-dream, it had the mystery machine anyway I woke up again about 15 minutes later anyway.

I couldn't wake up, and thus, forgot my dreams again...

I was sitting on a couch in the living room of my old house, except where I was facing the couch would have had to been in the kitchen. It was daytime but the drapes were drawn closed. I had an intense feeling of dread.

I thought "Hey, this is dumb. I'm probably dreaming." and tried to do a RC. First I tried to pinch my nose. I could still breath but I wanted to double check. I rubbed my hands together. They were cold and tingly, I was lucid.

The dream became unstable. I tried looking at my hands, they fluttered in and out of existence. The dream stabilized, this was my first LD since I found this site so I tried to remember tips I read. First thing was I wanted to get out of this room, or at least remove the spooky factor.

I closed my eyes and when I opened them the drapes were gone and I could see clearly. The house was as I left it, completely free of furniture, but with the new tile floor the new owners put in after I had left. "Ok, good deal. Now to get out of here." I thought. I closed my eyes and concentrated on going...

I was at work in an office going through graphic and photo magaines to take notes, and I guess to get rid of them. i was wearing a blanket it was so cold. The office manager D kept asking if i was cold. People kept coming in talking me or arguing with each other and D would come in and yell at them to stop flirting with each other (even though they were fighting, odd?) or drop off more mags or whatever and always always ask if my chair was ok which i commented on and she said wll she just had one ready to go...

I was doing prison time. I had used a 62 in the 63rd's place. How horrible of me. The warden came, it was time for me to have my last meal. I walked down the corridor. (I had an FA) The phone rang, I woke up. It was JW, his car broke down. J was complaining about me getting a call...

I was at Adams Middle School, may have been a teacher of some sort. I was walking down the stairwell and three girl scouts were coming up. They said "would you like us to sing a song for you?" I said "of course". They started singing a very weird song, which ended in this screeching vulture sounding language of some sort. I warned them it was not appropriate to sing that song at school (thus the teacher status). They giggled and we both continued our ways in the stairwell.

I was at the office I currently work in. I had to introduce a new girl who happened to be dating a co-worker. She was indian kind of like the girl from "The Office". The people in the office were being quite rowdy, had to yell a bunch to quiet then down. They split up on either side of the room. i made a joke about red team blue team because we played a game like that when the office population was smaller, they laughed. I introduced her by name she started twirling around, I was very confused at this...

I attempted to MILD...

I was talking to J about an upcoming homework assignment (I'm no longer in school). There was some confusion and I admitted I had no idea what to do. I would have to talk to the instructor. We went to the international academy (my old school). I was looking for CC, but I ran into EC my English teacher from high school. He tried to help me but said that CC quit and went back to being a regular designer.

I'm starting to believe my lack of dream memory is causing me to loose important pieces of DS, I'll have to make it a priority to MILD every night...
