dream journal

Thought i'd start a dream journal on here since i'm most likely not going to take the time to write it down, and it's a lot easier to type it up.

I used to be able to lucid dream quite often when I was little. I have kind of had lucid dreams recently, but idk if they would really be called that. They basically came from the WILD technique(but I had never read about it... just coincidentally ended up being similar). I don't know if they were real lucid dreams or just extremely vivid daydreaming, or if that's basically what a WILD is. I have pretty good dream recall and usually remember a couple dreams per night if I think back. I'm going to start doing reality checks throughout the day, as well as attempting something similar to the WILD technique, and hopefully I can start lucid dreaming before too long.

Hopefully I won't forget about this lol and I should start tomorrow.
