Lot of my dreams scare or worry me...
I am not the happiest of people (at least when im by myself, which like anyone is a god amount of time). I am Bipolar and have been depressed many many times.
Im not looking for sympathy just here to ask a simple question. Well maybe not so simple :P
I have always had dreams that really worried me when i woke up and left me in a bad place because they directly tied to real life worries or angers i have/had. Since i have been following this site my dream recall has been getting much better, whic is great but scares me because i have had MANY more of these types of dreams in the last week or so.
They have been all different ones, some involing people like my x and seeing her with another guy... thats just one example though, there have been at least 5 or so recently that just depress me and put me in a bad mood when i wake up. Is there anything i can do to try and reduce these or not let them bother me as much? (because i certanly dont want them to get worse)
